Great to skip the line!
Jun 2019
You should visit San Marco to know what is is! We expected the cathedral to be much bigger and larger. But the only way to find out, is to experience it by yourself.

I normally don't enjoy tours massively taken over by tourists but I really enjoyed this one. Max was really knowledgeable and explained with all sort of details the magnificent basilica ceiling.

Skip the line St Marks Basilica Venice
Dec 2019 • Couples
Excellent tour guide on 12 noon 6/12/19. Very informative and passionate about the Basillica. No line to skip as it was really quiet and free to get in but well worth the money for the fabulous guide. Would suggest you skip the free glass factory tour as its really expensive glass.

Francesca was our guide. She spoke English very well as one of my party of 4 did not speak any Italian. She gave us many insights into St. Mark’s previously unknown to me. Witty and Anecdotal she made the tour both interesting and Fun.

Fascinating review of this historical monument
Oct 2019
Really glad we could join this tour. Our guide put the church into a historical context and really pointed out so much that we would otherwise have missed. Really appreciated not just skipping the line but getting an overview of this monument.

Fabulous guided Skip the Line St. Mark's Tour with Stephania
Sep 2019
Wow! St. Mark's Basilica's interior is a beautiful sacred place that touched me deeply although I am not Catholic. Our tour guide Stephania was very thorough. I cannot say enough about how excellent she was, and I could understand her English very well. Skipping the line was great too.
Although the instructions to find the guide said to meet at " Torre dell'Orologio, Under the Clock Tower (please note that it's NOT the Bell Tower) in St. Mark's Square.", Be aware that that location is in a busy sidewalk intersection, so they actually wait about 25' to the left of it. And ladies, remember to wear something that covers your shoulders and knees.

Worth it just to skip the queue!
Jul 2019 • Friends
We visited Venice last year but didn’t visit the Basilica. This year we promised ourselves we would. Having seen the queues before we knew we had to book a ‘skip the line’. Just after we started the tour one of our headsets kept cutting out even though within a few metres of the guide. By the end of the tour it wasn’t working and when I handed it in and explained the issue, the lad that was collecting them in just mixed it up with the others, which means someone else will then have had the same problem. It wasn’t the earpiece but the actual radio receiver. Putting this issue aside the guide was knowledgable, polite and ‘funny’ at times making the tour enjoyable. Though for about 20 minutes we were just sat at the front of the altar while she talked, the tour around the altar and leading up to it was worthwhile and the cost of the tickets is a good price just to skip the queue.
Would I recommend it? Yes.

Excellent Guide.

We had an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and had a nice dry sense of humour that we appreciated. Going at the peak time of year it was also helpful to skip the lengthy lines.
