- bubblyputs0 contributionsLots of laughter, very fun hostFrancesco was very friendly, his English is excellent (he lived in London for some time), the class was very fun with lots of laughter. It was actually just us (couple) and him. He was very generous with Prosecco and we learnt how to make the perfect lasagna. Thank you Francesco.Written May 14, 2024

- johndonaldfaflunky0 contributionsTerrific experienceChef was friendly and on top of things. Showed us step-by-step technique for making proper Venetian gnocchi, which we intend to replicate. Shared food from other couple who were making lasagne. Had plenty left over for a dinner a few days later.Written June 24, 2023

- I3418QWjohno0 contributionsMoney Well SpentChef Francisco is highly motivated and well versed in his craft. He has an easy going yet no nonsense approach with an excellent comprehension of English. His explanations of Italian food regulatory controls and standards were both nuanced and well presented. I certainly learned a significant amount in just two hours. Now, I can make gnocchi almost as good as my mother made. Gracie Francesco. John Ottulich Queens, New YorkWritten April 26, 2023
- Vickie P0 contributionsA Truly Amazing ExperienceThis was truly an exceptional experience. The knowledge and technique Francesco shared took cooking to a higher level of understanding. He explained everything clearly and was a joy to be in the kitchen with. He enjoys getting to know people and conversation was quite pleasant. I have to say, other than getting to eat the final product, my favorite part of the class was explaining the ingredients chemistry. It helped make sense why things react the way they do. I would recommend any of his classes. His knowledge and expertise is not arrogant but humble and polite. The location is in the heart of all the action and was very easy to find.Written April 22, 2023
- Emi7ykelly0 contributionsMUST DO experience in Italy!!!This was an AMAZING experience! MUST DO experience in the Veneto region of Italy. Francesco is so knowledgeable, a great teacher, and a wonderful host. My husband and I did that class together— we have different experience levels with making fresh pasta. I make fresh pasta quite frequently and my husband does not. Neither of us have ever made gnocchi. We both learned a lot and made delicious gnocchi with white sauce. This class is great for all experience levels. Francesco walked us through every step of preparing the fresh dough, shaping the gnocchi, and making a delicious white sauce. The class is very hands on and you will do all of the work so when you go home you are confident you can make gnocchi on your own. Francesco served us Italian wine with our lunch. The location is very picturesque right in downtown padova. We had lots of leftover gnocchi to take home for dinner. We will definitely be doing more classes with Francesco. I highly recommend this class.Written August 27, 2022

This pizza cooking class was excellent. Francesco is very friendly and knowledgeable. He makes the class fun with his sense of humor. There were six of us in the class, and we all enjoyed it. We didn't want to leave. I would recommend this class for anyone.

Padova - Italy The city is simple and quiet but charming! We went to a Japanese restaurant, drank drinks, ate prochutto crudo, despite the sun it was cold 14º..

Passionate teacher who takes you through the art of making ragout, delicious pasta and super tomato sauce. Also filled ravioli. A true discovery with a few tricks of the trade.
