- miellemandy0 contributionsMust visit in milanoGood experience in the middle of the city. Walking distance from our hotel in porta venezia, also walking distance to duomo milano and brera area. So you can do all of those place in one go. The Castello was beautiful and clean. There was a small shop in the back area of the castle on the way to parco sempione selling hot choco and fries that were really one of the best we had in milano.Written December 28, 2024

- charleswmiller03110 contributionsEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCEI am writing to commend Ms. Campbell, a gate agent at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, who went above and beyond to assist me during a recent travel experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived late for my flight to Fort Lauderdale, and it was clear that I was not alone in this predicament. Many passengers were also running late, which understandably led to a high-stress situation at the gate. I was saddened, however, to witness several individuals directing their frustration toward the ticket agents, particularly Ms. Campbell. Despite the challenging environment and some passengers’ hostile behavior, Ms. Campbell remained remarkably professional, composed, and kind. When it was my turn to be assisted, I expressed my apologies for being late and acknowledged the unfair treatment she had received from others. She responded with genuine grace and understanding, stating, "Don't you worry, sir; I will do the best I can for you." True to her word, Ms. Campbell found a solution for me, securing a same-day rebooking with a direct flight and even retaining my original seat. Her dedication and efficiency were invaluable to me in that moment, and her respectful, positive attitude truly exemplified Spirit Airlines' core values. Ms. Campbell embodies the values of respect, innovation, and authenticity that Spirit Airlines promotes. In my brief interaction with her, she not only displayed a respect for all passengers, even those who were unkind, but also showed innovation by quickly finding a solution to rebook my flight without a connecting leg. She handled every passenger interaction with authenticity, transparency, and patience that went beyond expectation. Employees like Ms. Campbell are a true asset to Spirit Airlines. Her ability to remain calm, positive, and solutions-focused in a high-pressure situation reflects the dedication and customer-first mindset that any airline would be fortunate to have. I hope Spirit Airlines recognizes Ms. Campbell’s exceptional efforts and continues to promote such professionalism and customer care as cornerstones of the travel experience.Written November 7, 2024
- DmitryCH670 contributionsUnforgettable! My dream came true, I visited the world famous and one can say the main opera house in the world - the Alla Scala theater. Moreover, I got to the premiere in this theater. They gave the opera Rheingold by Richard Wagner. Tickets started selling online 5 months before the performance. The site was down for the first 10 days. Cheap tickets after that remained in single quantities. I strongly recommend everyone who wants to get to the theater not to buy No View tickets under any circumstances. Better add money and at least buy Limited View. I watched it out of interest, from the No View seats the stage is absolutely not visible!!!Written November 5, 2024
- BS80930 contributionsGreat tour of the Turin Royal PalaceI recommend the tour: “Turin: Royal Palace guided experience”. The palace is large, so we were grateful to have a guide pace us through the palace rooms, armory, and Chapel. Our guide was deeply knowledgeable about Turin history and about the palace itself. He shared interesting information about the building itself, the statues, artwork, and use of palace rooms. We learned fun facts such as the reason some of the wine glasses on the formal dining table are pink, and why the horse statues in the armory look so real. If you go, plan to spend some time after the tour to enjoy the Savoy gallery of art masterpieces, which is included in the royal palace ticket.Written November 3, 2024
- musingsinmunich0 contributionsWell worth the money for the experience!I am so glad we went with this tour. The Uffizi is way too big to see everything alone and the context of what you're looking at matters. I would have had such a difficult time figuring out how to navigate most efficiently to see the highlights. Francesca did an excellent job really highlighting the most popular artworks in the gallery while also providing an informative and interesting overview of Florence. She was extremely patient and as a bonus, even was generous with taking so many photos of me and my mom. The Uffizi is such a wonderful museum and the experience felt even more special with her guidance.Written November 3, 2024

Pensavo di conoscere Milano fino a quando non l'ho girata con una guida veramente brava, entusiasta, disponibile ad ogni richiesta nonchè erudita che ci ha fatto scoprire angoli unici e ci ha illustrato particolari veramente interessanti.
