- Mobile4426430 contributionsWonderful evening - delicious and authenticWe loved our cooking experience with Eugenia. We were really stunned by the beauty of her house and the warm hospitality she and her husband extended to us. It was really a "hands on" learning experience and fun, too. So know we know a lot about pasta and Tiramisu and will try to cook it at home. What a perfect couple and wonderful evening! Thank youWritten March 15, 2025
- MTAmom0 contributionsBrings people togetherJenni and and her husband bring joy to the world!! do not hesitate, sign up. Normally, I don’t sign up for activities during travel, but since we were with a teen, we have a shot, and it turned out to be a huge hit with all three of us. Really fun!! We were the only guests that evening. Jenni is an elegant hostess. her house and kitchen are lovely, not to mention immaculate. I love that we were not rushed, we were treated like old friends at a dinner party. We had nice wine, hors d'oeuvres, and conversation. then we got started on the cooking. Jenni was was well prepared and an excellent teacher. Jenni’s husband was an assistant, photographer and also answered our many questions. Once the food was ready, we sat down at the table which was elegantly dressed and enjoyed the fruits of our labor. I must add that we made requests according to dietary needs and they were taken seriously and the menu adjusted easily and without any issues. We really appreciated that. Overall, this was a highlight of our trip and one of the best meals we had the whole week. It changes your conception of a city when you meet real peole, not just running from museum to monument, but taking the time to break bread with locals and learn about real city. We loved it! Thank you Jenni, your work brings humans together.Written December 4, 2024
- dabulous0 contributionsGreat class in spite of Trip Advisor and ViatorWe loved the cooking class with Eugenia and her husband, Mauro. They are both charming, as is their home. They taught us many cooking tips, we made delicious food and enjoyed our time getting to know them both. We’d recommend it to anyone interested in learning about cooking and Italian ways. That said, the communications from Trip Advisor and Viator were excessive and confusing. I literally got a couple dozen emails and a few texts from Trip Advisor. I usually couldn’t figure out what the communications were telling me, as they were just filled with hyperlinks to TA’s social media accounts. Also a lot of messages about impending billing. Enough! Once I finally got in touch with Eugenia we cleared up everything and had a great class.Written November 21, 2024
- N6854VZjeffreyj0 contributionsWow - A true delight!Wow, what a fantastic cooking class and experience! Benedetta is truly an amazing cook; and she is now a new friend. Shopping at the central market was a delight. We sourced farm fresh produce for our cooking class from the local Turin area. Upon arriving at Benedetta’s lovely home, we engaged in enjoyable conversation and jumped into preparing our meals. My wife and I were also fortunate to meet Benedetta’s mother who was also a true delight. Our cooking class was enlightening as well as hugely enjoyable. Once finished, we ate the meals we prepared and enjoyed a few glasses of wine with our instructor/host and her mother. The conversation was really nice. It reminded me of sitting around my table back home in the US with my Italian family. So wonderful! My wife and I have attended many ‘side-trips’ on our various Italy adventures, to include other cooking classes. We can honestly say that the class with Benedetta, and the conversation, was absolutely the best we have experienced! We will always remember that day fondly. If you are ever in Turin, Italy, this cooking class with Benedetta is a MUST! Thank you, Benedetta.Written November 20, 2024
- 785venessat0 contributionsBest fun everWould give more than 5 dots if I could. Best fun ever. I will definitely have a go at making pasta at home. Benedetta and her mum and daughter were fabulous hosts. I felt warmly embraced and well taught and fed.Written November 9, 2024
- travmm0 contributionsit will change your cooking styleA fantastic experience that changed our perception of cooking, making fresh pasta at home took us literally minutes. Sara and Alessio have a lot of specialist equipment and we are wondering if we should not remodel our kitchen 😂. We had a fantastic time first at the market buying ingredients from the best farmers and then in a very hospitable house where every minute was a pleasure! We cooked delicious dishes together. We highly recommend Sara and Alessio personal cooking experience!Written October 24, 2024

- Seaside603882558450 contributionsGreat Way to Meet LocalsWe were hosted by Jenny (Eugenia), our chef, and her husband Mauro at their lovely home. They are very welcoming and engaging. We learned how to make several typical Piedmontese dishes and then eat the dishes with nice local wine and fine lemoncello. This is a great way to meet locals while touristing.Written September 23, 2024
- Suefrank19540 contributionsTurin Treat!Wonderful evening with good food and generous wine. We learned a great deal from our hosts about pasta making and can’t wait to try it on our own. The most enjoyable part was getting to know our hosts Sara and Alessio. Highly recommend.Written September 22, 2024
- RandalJBarnes0 contributionsPasta in TorinoFirst, Cesarine is an amazing concept that has been incredibly well realized. From the selection of the experience to the connection with the host, Cesarine is well designed and well executed. Now, on to our experience with Benedetta and pasta. If we could give Benedetta six stars we would. She was welcomed us into her beautiful home. She was an excellent teacher. She used demonstration, examples, stories, and humor to guide us. We are excited to go home and try out what we learned in our class on pasta making. In fact, we have already ordered a manual pasta maker! We will be applying Benedetta's lessons at home very soon.Written August 15, 2024
- PSinclair10 contributionsExceptional experience - pasta and tiramissu class with 3 generations! Outstanding!Five stars doesn’t do Benedetta justice. Incredibly attentive and welcome from before we started the evening. The warmth and family feel here was immediate. The journey of making our pasta and Tiramisu was thorough and well explained. The food that was served was out of this world in terms of flavour and how it was presented. Sharing the evening and meal with three generations of the family was an experience like no other and will always be a memory that I hold close to my heart as it’s truly what family is about. Benedetta you are a shining beacon of family life and of Italy. Thank so much, I won’t ever forget this experience.Written July 27, 2024
- Wanderer2562310 contributionsIn the home cooking experience!Benedetto was the most gracious host! From the tour through the Merchantile to the Fresh Farmers Market—everything was explained with appreciation for the product and great knowledge for the many ways to prepare. In her home, we prepared fresh pasta, bruschetta and tiramisu, along with many appetizers for our very special lunch, where her mother, Louise joined us to share in the conversation and share family recipes. This was the most memorable experience—I highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to immerse themselves in a real Italian kitchen and better understand the passion they share with food and its preparation.Written July 22, 2024

- F9550AMjamiep0 contributionsLoved this class & would do! it all over again & highly recommend to anyone who is interested in cookingThe cooking class with Jenni & her husband was one of the highlights of our two week trip through Switzerland & Northern Italy. They were so gracious and their home was beautiful & charming. They put extra effort into the surroundings with family heirlooms of linen table clothes/napkins and china. Surrounded by beautiful things, we were taught to make home made pasta dishes and tiramisu- all of which turned out beautifully and tasted wonderful. The presentation of not just the surroundings but of the food made us feel so special. I have forwarded information about these classes to friends who will be traveling to Italy this summer. Lots of laughter & learningWritten July 2, 2024
