About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- andrzejbS6582DM0 contributionsExcellent, knowledgeable guideExcellent! Very knowledgeable gentleman guide. For lovers of Italian opera and opera history, this is a must ! My children 6 and 9 also enjoyed learning about the history of the theatre.Written November 30, 2024

- charleswmiller03110 contributionsEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCEI am writing to commend Ms. Campbell, a gate agent at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, who went above and beyond to assist me during a recent travel experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived late for my flight to Fort Lauderdale, and it was clear that I was not alone in this predicament. Many passengers were also running late, which understandably led to a high-stress situation at the gate. I was saddened, however, to witness several individuals directing their frustration toward the ticket agents, particularly Ms. Campbell. Despite the challenging environment and some passengers’ hostile behavior, Ms. Campbell remained remarkably professional, composed, and kind. When it was my turn to be assisted, I expressed my apologies for being late and acknowledged the unfair treatment she had received from others. She responded with genuine grace and understanding, stating, "Don't you worry, sir; I will do the best I can for you." True to her word, Ms. Campbell found a solution for me, securing a same-day rebooking with a direct flight and even retaining my original seat. Her dedication and efficiency were invaluable to me in that moment, and her respectful, positive attitude truly exemplified Spirit Airlines' core values. Ms. Campbell embodies the values of respect, innovation, and authenticity that Spirit Airlines promotes. In my brief interaction with her, she not only displayed a respect for all passengers, even those who were unkind, but also showed innovation by quickly finding a solution to rebook my flight without a connecting leg. She handled every passenger interaction with authenticity, transparency, and patience that went beyond expectation. Employees like Ms. Campbell are a true asset to Spirit Airlines. Her ability to remain calm, positive, and solutions-focused in a high-pressure situation reflects the dedication and customer-first mindset that any airline would be fortunate to have. I hope Spirit Airlines recognizes Ms. Campbell’s exceptional efforts and continues to promote such professionalism and customer care as cornerstones of the travel experience.Written November 7, 2024
- DmitryCH670 contributionsUnforgettable! My dream came true, I visited the world famous and one can say the main opera house in the world - the Alla Scala theater. Moreover, I got to the premiere in this theater. They gave the opera Rheingold by Richard Wagner. Tickets started selling online 5 months before the performance. The site was down for the first 10 days. Cheap tickets after that remained in single quantities. I strongly recommend everyone who wants to get to the theater not to buy No View tickets under any circumstances. Better add money and at least buy Limited View. I watched it out of interest, from the No View seats the stage is absolutely not visible!!!Written November 5, 2024
- BS80930 contributionsGreat tour of the Turin Royal PalaceI recommend the tour: “Turin: Royal Palace guided experience”. The palace is large, so we were grateful to have a guide pace us through the palace rooms, armory, and Chapel. Our guide was deeply knowledgeable about Turin history and about the palace itself. He shared interesting information about the building itself, the statues, artwork, and use of palace rooms. We learned fun facts such as the reason some of the wine glasses on the formal dining table are pink, and why the horse statues in the armory look so real. If you go, plan to spend some time after the tour to enjoy the Savoy gallery of art masterpieces, which is included in the royal palace ticket.Written November 3, 2024
- musingsinmunich0 contributionsWell worth the money for the experience!I am so glad we went with this tour. The Uffizi is way too big to see everything alone and the context of what you're looking at matters. I would have had such a difficult time figuring out how to navigate most efficiently to see the highlights. Francesca did an excellent job really highlighting the most popular artworks in the gallery while also providing an informative and interesting overview of Florence. She was extremely patient and as a bonus, even was generous with taking so many photos of me and my mom. The Uffizi is such a wonderful museum and the experience felt even more special with her guidance.Written November 3, 2024
- GregA5330 contributionsToo much museum, not enough La ScalaOur guide was very good and knew her stuff but this was not the tour we had expected. If you want a tour of the museum only, this is for you. The museum is small and has a few interesting artifacts and many paintings of opera royalty. We had imagined we would see costumes, the stage, and behind-the-scenes kind of stuff. Unfortunately, none of that was included in the tour and we barely had any time to see the theater as we were rushed out due to a rehearsal.Written October 28, 2024
- Antony W0 contributionsFabulousA fabulous experience lead by the wonderful Linda. Very informative with a tasting of about 6 or 7 wines; Vin Santo and meats and cheeses. Incredible and all for free. You must do it and then treat yourself to some of the wine to take away.Written October 27, 2024

- Roam061406946290 contributionsHighly recommend this experience. We spent a very pleasant few hours at Castello Tricerchi. Firstly a tour of the parts of the castle pertaining to wine making, followed by a wine tasting and a lovely three course meal. It was great to chat over lunch with people from other countries. Many thanks to our host, Alessio, for looking after us so well. We would definitely recommend this experience.Written October 26, 2024
- 750dimitrisl0 contributionsCastle MuseumSforza Castle is an amazing place to visit. We have been there a couple of times and it was nice to visit again. It's a museum housing masterpieces of great painters and sculptors. Some of Michelangelo's works are kept there like the Rondanini Pietà on which he worked for over ten years until his death.Written October 26, 2024
- prpeters19500 contributionsA medieval township for the ages!Visiting Tuscany, the township of Montepulciano is a must see! The views from this medieval town are breathtaking. Over 1,400 years old, the first settlement was built between 4th-3rd Century...just walking these streets and viewing the buildings...you can literally feel yourself absorbing the history.Written October 24, 2024

- shapgo0 contributionsGood tourThe tour was informative with the right timing and not overbearing. We learned so much about this famous place which was used for even more than the opera. Although we had to be patient since there was a lighting rehearsal for that evening's performance, we did get into a box to view the theater and that was a thrill. Make sure not to miss this historical and very interesting site and book your tour earlier rather than later.Written October 9, 2024

Lovely environment and host however very little actual wine tasting. Only tried 3 wines in the whole 2 hours or so. Felt more like wine etiquette school rather than tasting and comparing wines.

Had a nice time. Maybe it was my own fault but didn’t know that there were going to be strangers with us in the wine tasters group. Sommelier had high standard knowledge and also good humor. Snacks were maybe too small, but wine tasting itself had an interesting prospective. Overall happy that we went :)

Funny guide. Good food. Great wine. Good beginners course, mainly focusing on the surface of winetasting. A little bit noisy from the kitchen while the tasting took place. Other than that, very good:)
