We covered a lot of ground in a fairly short time. Our guide Serena was amazingly warm in in spirit and knowledgeable about the area. She was very flexible with timing our trip and even took us to a store where we could sample local chocolates. Time and money very well spent. It was a great way to get a quick overview of Milan.

Customer service was good and the tour guide was nice but he knew nothing much about Milan and I didn’t learn anything during the tour. I have been on so many good walking tours in the past and this one did not cut it.
