Rafa is an excellent guide. She is personable and knowledgeable about Milan. She took us to hidden gems in the city and catered to our requests. We enjoyed her company and easy going style.

Our tour of Milan was extremely enjoyable. Reza is very knowledgeable and professional tour guide. He showed us a variety of places from the Milan’s Douma to fashion district and some other hidden gems. He made our experience very interesting and engaging despite pouring rain. Highly recommended.

It was my first time in Milan and I only had 2 days before my business trip, so I booked a full day tour with a local for my first day. Pritika was my assigned guide, and she contacted me before my trip to understand my interests. We shaped the day’s agenda together, and she did some research to find a couple of things I was interested in. I wanted to experience the city like a tourist AND a local, and Pritika exceeded my expectations!! She was prompt, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. We took the subway and the tram, so I got to experience those and the central station and then today was able to navigate by myself. The places we went were a great selection, and Pritika knows so much history, but she also shared some fun facts. She was flexible with the day’s plan, and we stopped for gelato and had a tasty lunch at a pizza spot. And, even though we didn’t get to 2 of the places on my list, she sent me links that I used today to go to them. I highly recommend this tour, and Pritika as a guide - it was a wonderful and fun day! I got to do way more than if I had just wandered around Milan by myself. Thank you!

Shan was very knowledgeable about Milan and we were shown both large well-known sights and lesser known ones. He gave us tips on Italian coffee culture and treated us to a delicious cappuccino. He was on-time, respectful and optimistic despite the rainy day.

We had just one full day in Milan and spent it on a 4 hour walking tour with Rafa. She did a great job of covering the key sites while being mindful of my husbands need to stop and take some breaks along the way. We enjoyed learning about Milan while also getting to know each other. The personalization makes such a difference in our level of enjoyment!

We had a great experience with Reza. He contacted us before our tour to find out what we were interested in and then a few days before to confirm our meeting time and place. He had extensive knowledge of the city and its history and culture. He let us go at our own pace and made adjustments to fit our needs. We really enjoyed our day together and definitely felt we had gotten a great overview of the city.

This was exactly what we needed for our first full day in Milan. Our guide was very sweet and very knowledgeable. We got to see some the best spots in Milan that we wouldn’t have known about without her. It is a lot of walking so definitely wear comfortable shoes. Definitely recommend especially if it’s your first trip to Milan.

The tour guide Reza provided the ultimate tour of Milan in a day. He is very knowledgeable and entertaining. He provided many fascinating incites about the places we visited. I would recommend Reza when you are booking your tour in Milan, I would also highly recommend that you book at least two months in advance if you want to see the highly sought after tour sites like the Last Supper. Also make sure you tell them all of the areas you are interested because tickets to sites need to be purchased in advance.

Massimo did an amazing job of tailoring the route, sites and conversation to our group - from our history-enthusiastic members to the younger set showing us things that were “spooky”, made us laugh and found the most amazing gelato stop in Italy…we appreciated the morning and it was the perfect “whistle-stop” tour…

A great trip to Lake Como. Shan was an incredible guide. He contacted us several times prior to the trip to make sure he was providing us the best opportunities. He planned the trip in reverse to avoid the long lines for the boat trips. Great thinking, the tour was perfect. Shan is very knowledgeable and very accommodating.
