        Not very happy
We left Genoa 30 minutes late. We waited for a bus coming from Milan with other tourists, after which we went to explore Genoa by bus but also walking . I really liked the guide who introduced Genoa. After Genoa there was a bus ride to Santa Margherita, the guide who came from Milan remained to introduce, her English was not very good and she didn't seem to know everything she was trying to describe, at the stop in Santa Margherita she explained to us in bus the instructions for what was going to happen in the next few hours. It was raining outside, clearly we had to go out with the child and sit in the torrential rain because she wanted to explain everything again. This really annoyed me, it seemed to me that she behaved very rude , not everyone had an umbrella like her. This totally disappointed me.

Visiting Lake Como and Bellagio with My Family
Our family trip to Lake Como and Bellagio was an enchanting experience filled with natural beauty, charming villages, and memorable activities. Here’s a detailed review of our visit to this picturesque Italian destination. Arrival and First Impressions As we approached Lake Como, the breathtaking scenery captivated us. The serene lake, surrounded by lush mountains and dotted with elegant villas, was like a scene from a postcard. We decided to stay in a family-friendly hotel in Bellagio, often referred to as the "Pearl of Lake Como," which was conveniently located near the lake and main attractions. Exploring Lake Como Boat Tour We began our adventure with a boat tour on Lake Como. This was a highlight for the whole family. The boat ride offered stunning views of the shoreline, with its luxurious villas and quaint villages. The kids enjoyed spotting different landmarks, and the commentary provided interesting historical insights. The gentle breeze and the calm waters made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Villa del Balbianello One of our stops was the Villa del Balbianello. This historic villa, set on a promontory overlooking the lake, was a fascinating place to explore. The gardens were beautifully maintained, and the interiors of the villa gave us a glimpse into the luxurious lifestyle of its former inhabitants. The children were particularly excited to learn that the villa had been used as a filming location for movies like "Star Wars" and "James Bond." Discovering Bellagio Wandering the Streets Bellagio itself was a delight to explore. The narrow cobbled streets, lined with charming shops and cafes, were perfect for leisurely strolls. We spent time browsing local boutiques, enjoying gelato, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. The kids loved the small, family-run shops that offered unique souvenirs. Gardens of Villa Melzi We also visited the Gardens of Villa Melzi. These beautifully landscaped gardens provided a peaceful retreat. Walking through the gardens, we enjoyed the variety of plants, sculptures, and the stunning views of the lake. It was a great spot for a family picnic, and the kids had fun exploring the different paths and discovering hidden statues. Activities and Dining Hiking For a bit of adventure, we took a short hike along the trails surrounding Bellagio. The trails were well-marked and suitable for all ages. The hike offered panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains, which were absolutely worth the effort. The kids were thrilled by the sight of wildlife along the way. Dining Experiences Dining in Bellagio was a culinary delight. We enjoyed several meals at lakeside restaurants, where we tasted local specialties like fresh fish from the lake and traditional Italian dishes. The family-friendly restaurants offered a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were attentive to our needs. One of our favorite dining experiences was at a trattoria where we enjoyed homemade pasta and delicious desserts. Practical Tips Travel: We found that taking the ferry was the best way to get around Lake Como. It was convenient, scenic, and the kids enjoyed the boat rides. Accommodation: Staying in Bellagio was ideal due to its central location and charm. Many hotels offer family-friendly amenities and stunning lake views. Timing: Visiting in the spring allowed us to enjoy pleasant weather and fewer crowds, making our experience more enjoyable. Conclusion Our family visit to Lake Como and Bellagio was a magical experience filled with beautiful landscapes, cultural exploration, and memorable activities. The combination of natural beauty, historical sites, and charming villages made it an ideal destination for a family trip. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, or cultural enrichment, Lake Como and Bellagio offer something for everyone. We left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for this stunning part of Italy.

        Excellent tour
Very well planned tour. I would recommend the tour over doing it yourself and taking train and then ferry. We got on a bus in Milan which took us half way up Lake Como. Then a brief private boat showed us sights along the lake. We arrived in Bellagio, spent a couple hours there and then bus ride to Como where we had a little time to sightsee and grab a coffee.

Great Trip, adjustment to times at each location would be ideal
Great day out, guide Monika was helpful and informative saw all we wanted to in Verona, only point we would make is that two hours free time in Verona was a bit too long while after a boat trip in Simione there was very little time to explore the town. One hour less in Verona and an extra hour in Simione would have been ideal. Apart from that great trip.

Horrible. Choose a tour where the guide speaks English
Terrible tour. The guide’s English was horrible. He kept coughing into the mic which was directly in our ear. Then kept taking calls on the tour. It was too long, the tour guide wasn’t nice or engaging. We left before it was done. Also, the Milan Visitor Center sucks. No bathrooms and 4 chairs when there were 30 of us. Do better .

Amazing experience at Duomo and Last Supper
What made the experience amazing was the tour guide himself. He did an absolutely wonderful job. He made sure the tour was very engaging, he was passionate about the history and culture of the places, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this tour if you get the same guide. Thankyou

This Verona and Lake Garda tour is not to be missed! 💯
This tour was amazing. Very informative, the guides are lovely and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to visit Bergamo. I went with my family and they loved it too. Verona was a beautiful city. Romeo and Juillet balcony was a delight. Although it was busy and crowded, it was great to go see it. Roman Arena of Verona. It was stunning to see and walk around We had some free time then to explore and have lunch. Sirmione in Lake Garda was beautiful. I would recommend doing the boat trip. It was totally worth 15 euro cash for it. This is separate from the tour. It was a very enjoyable day and I saw lots whilst on this tour. Thank you all for the tour.

        Most time on a bus
Be sure to read the fine print!! This is not the train with the windows on top, that would be the Bernini Express. This is a red train without windows on top. You are only on the train for about an hour and 15. Was a majordisappointment. The views were beautiful but most of the trip is on a bus.

        Ok
This tour was great as far as destinations, but it was so busy when we arrived by boat, we lost our tour guide who was supposed to meet us there. It was close to 45 minutes before we found him.

        Disappointed - poor customer service
Very disappointed. My Uber dropped me right at the Zani Viaggi point. I called for support and was directed to the wrong area. Initially the agent told me the bus was still there and then minutes later told me the bus already left. I explained that my flight leaves tomorrow and would not be able to reschedule. The agent told me nothing could be done. There was a lady from a different company at the stop who heard my dilemma and allowed me to pay and go on their trip last minute. I’m grateful that someone else could help.

        Verona & Lake Garda
Great trip content. Well informed and pleasant guides. Andrea's tour around Verona was full of unusual facts and very entertaining. Juliet's house very crowded, only to be expected, but Andrea still managed to make it enjoyable. Only complaint is that first coach stop at service station very rushed. No time to drink coffee as order took so long to be delivered. Maybe think about longer stop or perhaps let them know what time you are arriving and how many people there will be to serve at same time.

        Would not recommend this tour.
The guide did not speak loudly enough. He walked too fast and did not check to make sure everyone was together. There are no bathrooms in the visitor center and only a few chairs.

The guide was very disrespectful and racist to people of colour.
We had a very bad experience with their guide on our bus tour to Lake Como. Our guide was very disrespectful to us but jolly to other white people. Perhaps he didn’t liked how we looked. In one incident, we were late by 2 minutes for boarding ferry and he was very rude to us. We had a 2 year old baby and it made us slow. In another part of the journey, two white girls were late and he joked with them that they have to pay for everyone’s dinner. In another incident, we lost our way to board the coach after getting off the ferry. We went to another direction but found the coach in 2-3 minutes. This time he was super rude to us. He publicly shouted that you were not listening that is why you are late. He didn’t had a little bit empathy that we were travelling with a 2 year old baby. Again, two white people were also late and he didn’t say them anything. This made me wonder if he is racist to people of colour. He didn’t stopped here and took the announcement system of the bus and made publicly humiliated us that unlike others those who are on time can applause themselves. This ruined our entire travel experience.

The bus was not adequately air-conditioned and the day was not that hot it was overcast and low 80s!

The tour guide walked way too fast and talked way too fast. Her English was excellent but the accent and the speed at which she talked made understanding impossible. I also think the devices used were subpar.
I explained we would like to meet her at the point of contact as one of our party was slower and we did not want to delay the tour. Her reply was that it was a 3 or 4-minute walk, not true, it was at least 10 minutes.
The boat ride is a public Ferry. N95 masks are required. The second ride was an hour-long ride that was stifling!! The guide is nowhere to be seen but talking so fast about the villa on the right, there are 30 villas on the right, very poorly organized. The boat trip was torture.
About the n95 masks. I saw the boat crew turn away an elderly couple for only having surgical masks and a stop later let on a young attractive girl with a tissue over her face. Terrible.
Lugano and Bellagio were wonderful. free time was great. Eat early at Bellagio as the time for service at restaurants is quite long.

I am truly disappointed. I paid for a trip which was supposed to take 12 hours, took only 9. I paid for a 90 minutes long cruise on private boat an sightseeing, but didn’t get anything. Everybody in a bus load 100 euro for being stack in a bus for 6 hours. Furthermore guides didn’t want to take responsibility for hour trip being cancel out, and they were truly rude. Company doesn’t want to refund money to anyone, that’s simple a scam, Hope you won’t buy it.

I went on this tour yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our tour guide Fedra was outstanding, she took such great care of us and gave us so much insight and knowledge into the places we visited. The transport was wonderfully well organised and it was a lovely small group of nine of us which was perfect. A really fantastic day which I would recommend to anyone!
