Rafael was a perfect host, very personable and very down to earth about the culture of Italian food. Makes you feel very much at home as he teaches you the tricks of cooking pasta and tiramisu. An amazing glimpse into Milanese life

Host Raphael shared both his passion for food and skills in curating simple, quality ingredients as well as finely honed preparation techniques to optimise the dining experience. Heavy doses of humour and frivolity throughout that left us happily sated in body as well as soul!

Rafael was an incredible host! I went with my 2 teenage sons during a quick trip to Milan. This was by far one of the best “adventures” we had during our 10 days in Europe! Rafael is an amazing chef and treated us like family from the second we walked into his home. The pasta was impeccable and I cannot wait to bring all of my new found knowledge back home! We absolutely loved our experience with Rafael. He is a wonderful, generous and engaging instructor and we felt at home in his lovely loft. The recipes he taught us were easy to follow and remember. We are definitely getting a pasta maker and feel we can talk about quality olive oil and mascarpone with confidence.

We had a really nice time at this class , we met another lovely family and cooked up a storm. The class is small and intimate and lots of fun . Learnt some new tips and tricks and felt very welcome into the hosts home . Would definitely recommend.
