- youngtraveller68500All the spa gear but not the spa atmosphere! The spa itself is amazing, so many incredible rooms and you stay much longer than you think when you first walk in! The evening apperatif was lovely, lots of buffet style choice of different snacks and well organised and topped up. One star removed for how busy it is. Not a spa experience in that sense. They seem to just cram people in and be making the most money possible in this sense. Perhaps limit numbers a little and bring it back to being a proper spa.
- J M00So much to do, and food was offered tooWe enjoyed the evening general stay - all robes and towels were complimentary and had lockers to store everything while you weren’t needing them (no locks required). The spa consisted of around 15-20 rooms each with a unique experience and was really enjoyable to walk around and explore them. The complimentary food was two drinks of your choice and a sort of snack board. The bed thing about the experience was that they managed to gauge exactly how many people to let in at once so nowhere felt really oversubscribed at any one time. Would recommend, good value for money.
- 323coralm00A must!Beautiful spa. Must visit when in Milan. I loved all the rooms - so relaxing and chilled. There was free food and Prosecco included- get yourself there.
- Ino201400Never againThey've gotten a lot worse. First of all: too crowded and rude. Some shoot anything and anyone with their smartphone (privacy?). Others make noise and speak loudly. Nobody intervenes. Nobody checks. Second thing: too expensive. Has anyone visited the spa in Switzerland or Germany? These are not amusement parks. Last thing: the water contains too much chlorine and it's not even clear if it's really thermal.
- Nina K00Perfect golden hour retreatAmazing spa, a little over crowded for my taste, beautiful location. Great hang out spot for friends. I recommend going for sunset hour.
- Climber4080250339700Influencers ParadiseTook a chance by going after seeing how busy the spa has been due to social media take off this past year. We went for the Under The Stars package on a Wednesday night thinking it may not be too busy. It was rammed and not a spa atmosphere. The changing rooms are clean but very small. A lot of the rooms are located downstairs with lots of small tunnels which felt really busy with people. Flip flops were taken by others a few times. The whole thing just feels like an influencers paradise now unfortunately - the rooms are just busy with people taking videos for Instagram quickly and then leaving to go into the next room and it’s just a real shame for a spa. It was very noisy, no tranquil silence like others spas I have visited. Everyone is sat on their phone and outside they are all smoking. Just defeats the principle of it being a spa?? We left after about an hour; which was just a real shame but made me glad we didn’t pay for a more expensive package. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to be honest, maybe wait until it dies down a bit from the Tik tok storm.
- Maria A00AmazingBeautiful spa views outside were amazing. So much to do inside form jacuzzi pools storm simulator saunas steam room. Options were endless. Was quite busy but not in a way that was negative. Would 1000% go again.
- lorna_rachel00Such an amazing spa!! You have to go if you get chance!Me and my sister just came back from a few days in Milan as part of our Italian holiday, and we are both so glad that we visited QC Terme while in Milan! It was just an absolutely amazing spa (and we’ve both done several others but loved this one)! There are so many varied amazing rooms, there’s nothing like the water themed rooms anywhere else that I’ve experienced or heard of too and I loved the light up lamp style relaxation room. There’s so many facilities and the surroundings are just beautiful, especially the outside water area! It was very busy when we visited but as there were so many rooms and areas we didn’t find this a problem. The buffet style lunch and afternoon drinks and nibbles were delicious too and so filling! The one weird thing was not having pockets with the robes, so just be aware of this if you want to carry things round with you like glasses or your phone!
- Fearless3946877678700Skip itUpon walking in, the counter personnel direct you to a self check-in machine. No personal service for the cost was a bit sus. The machine may have quickly told me I get a bracelet to wear which includes a locker code, but if it did, it was not highlighted or boldly printed. Upon entering the locker room, there were no attendants to help if you did encounter issues, which I did. After 15 min of trying to figure out the system myself, a cleaning person, who didn’t speak English, pointed to my bracelet. I then saw in small print a locker number that I was assigned. I went to that and followed the instructions on the locker. That was fine but I just wasted all that time. My husband on the other hand was held out over 30 min trying to figure out the locker system on his own. He also was trying to access the safe inside the locker, without success. He eventually located a female cleaning person in the locker room and asked for help. Again, for the cost, you would expect service. Zero. (They should be paying the cleaning staff more.) Once inside, no great map or signs to let you know what’s there. I booked an evening which, according to the website, includes aperiterme (appertivo). This was not the case. No drink, snack for you! Lots of older teens on top of one another. Stayed away from them and their floating bodily fluids. Beautiful place to be seen. Not very relaxing. No service. Would not recommend.
- conniebol00Beautiful luxury spaThis place is stunning, ideal for a couple, lots of different rooms to explore, such a relaxing vibe! One negative would be that is does get quite busy so prepare to be sat amongst other couples.
- Livakely00Excellent Spa experienceGoing to this Spa was the highlight of our bachelorette weekend, were we could all relax, especially the future bride. Excellent value for money, would recommend 1000% So many rooms, so many fun experiences and delicious aperitivo !
- Norfolkbornandbred100The best spa - but beware of frisky couplesSo this is my second time visiting QC Termemilano, this time with my two younger sisters. It was wonderful being able to show them just how beautiful the facilities and vast amount of experience rooms are. The food and drinks at dinner time were fabulous and all included within the ticket price. Our only complaint - which was handled well by who I can only imagine was the manager - was the ridiculous amount of frisky Italian couples. We literally saw a couple have s$x in the rain room AND film themselves, completely inappropriate and she had the cheek to give me a dirty stare. THEN as we left to go to the outside pool, we caught yet another couple doing the exact same thing in the smoking area?! There’s a time and a place for these things, a spa is not one of them. I did see security patrolling the pool earlier, not sure where they were at the time but I’d had enough so went to the front desk and told the manager who very quickly ran over to the smoking area to sort things out. Other than that, I will be returning as overall the spa is a truly wonderful experience and the UK has nothing like it! My only advice to QC Termemilano is they might need to step up their security or at least put a sign up to ward off the select few that think it’s a swingers party!
- 85leahg00Wonderful experience, but ....We went to the spa for my daughter's 26th birthday which was 9th June 2023. The trip had been planned for quite some time and were very excited to be going Milan. We had an amazing time, the facilities are excellent! Wish we had stayed the night/weekend but we only went for a day and it was an adventure filled, jam packed one! We flew in, got a train to the city centre and then the metro which was a few minutes walk from the establishment. The reception staff were very welcoming and they refunded us for a guest that could not make it at the last minute which we were not expecting. I have not experienced anything like this before and found my way around easily. There were a lot of people at the facility on the day we arrived but it didn't feel crowded, only a little in the changing room. The only reason we I have not given my experience 5 stars is because of one incident. My daughter was in the changing room and asked the changing room facilitator/cleaner whether she could have another dressing gown as someone had taken hers. The woman proceeded to get agitated with her speaking in Italian which my daughter could not understand so was not able to respond to. The woman then called a colleague and started to complained to her whilst pointing at my daughter. She was gesturing in such a way that it didn't take much to understand that she was being very disrespectful and inappropriate towards a paying guest there for a unique experience. One of our party was so upset by this incident that she complained to the manager who was a little dismissive and asked a colleague at the front desk to deal with the situation. How the situation was dealt with was to give us a free lunch (party of 6) and an extra hour in the spa. Now although we appreciated the gesture, we didn't complain in order to get something free, we complained because my daughter had been mistreated by a member of staff. The reason I am writing about this here is that on the day, I felt that if I got involved everything would have been ruined for my daughter because I would have insisted that they speak to the member of staff and I would have wanted an apology! It appeared that the manager did not feel that the situation warranted his full attention which was disappointing. No one spoke to that particular member of staff about her inappropriate behaviour, she could have completely ruined my daughter's birthday when she embarrassed her in front of her family and everyone else in the changing room! I feel that the in future, if a customer makes a complaint about a member of staff, the management should show that they will not tolerate it by ensuring that member of staff concerned is reprimanded and apologises to the guest. They should also not assume that offering something free will solve the issue. By not taking action, this could happen again to someone else and ruin their entire experience. I hope that someone from the spa facility reads this review and that they implement changes to deal with this type of situation should it arise again in the future which I believe it will by the way that particular member of staff was interacting with some of our party some time after the incident!
- AbhishekJ9100Best evening spa experience...What a wonderful experience it was and such a large property right in heart of the city was just excellent. Loved their Thermal rooms and outdoor pool area... the cherry on cake was the thunder cinema experience...
- melissalG6215ID00Amazing 5 hours pass in QC TermemilanoTo start, this spa experience was much more affordable than we expected, considering that May is a month in which tourism peaks in Italy. We selected the 5 hours package with apertivo included and it was amazing, you have the time to try every part of the spa without feeling too rushed, also the rooms were not overcrowded because you can only access by reserving ahead. My fiance and i loved the experience, from the inside part of the spa, which sets an atmosphere of being truly in an ancient Roman spa, to the outside pools (we decided to head to the backyard pool because it usually is less crowded than the main pool and you still get the same things). We took some of the most instagram worthy pictures, but the most important thing it gave us a very intimate and loving space to talk. We would love to repeat the experience and we advise it to everyone.

Best spa I've ever been to! Has so many different saunas you can easily spend the day there! Staff are polite. Incredible pools outside too, I felt very relaxed throughout the day. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who is in Milan, just make sure you pick a weekday so it's less busy.My mum and I got the massage she said hers was good but mine was very average, I think for the price it wasn't good enough so if I came back I wouldn't bother with it.
People have complained a lot about the apertivo, it's not the best one I've had in Italy but it's definitely nice enough. It would be nice to have a veggie or meat option (I eat meat but prefer veggie food)
One of the rules that was strange however was having to be in your robe to have the apertivo, we wanted to be dressed as we wanted to leave after and eat after we'd showered.

It is a really beautiful place and a lovely way to spend a day in Milan. I went solo but you should only do this if you’re comfortable in your own company as the place is full of couples. I think they should slightly reduce how many people they allow admission to because it did feel a little crowded at times. I would say it’s good value for money for how many sections there are to try in the spa indoors and outdoors and the food and drink provided is excellent. The place was kept very clean and staff were helpful. Would recommend

Nice place (shame about the looming skyscraper next door, but not their fault). It would be great if they let in about half the people they do: you have to wait for a place in one of the pools near the jets, you can’t get at your locker as they are so close together and for some reason everyone has been allocated a locker in the same area (!), you have to Q to shower or use the hairdryer, or to be seated at the restaurant. They definitely need to renew their bathrobes and include a pocket for the ever-present mobile… otherwise it’s great. I’d love to go when it’s shut to the public!

My friend and I, both travel agents took a trip to Milan to investigate the sights of the city. We booked the spa for the 2nd day and had a 0930 slot. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and could have stayed for another 5 hours! There was so much to do and see. It is very good value for money, and we left thoroughly relaxed and refreshed.
There was a huge selection of saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi pools. The cinema thunderstorm room and the outside jacuzzi pool were a personal favourite.
I would advise adding on the Wellness Buffet Brunch and would personally recommend the 2-course salad and desserts as opposed to the Wellness Lunch, slightly cheaper and looked nicer than the hot options. There was a huge selection of meats, cheeses, salad and breads which you could help yourself to plus dessert options. Also included in the price was wine and beer. There is nowhere else to purchase food from so bear that in mind if you decide not to add it on.
Will be returning again!

Really cool wellness spa in the city center or Milan. Lots of options for hot springs, steam rooms, saunas, etc. My husband and I were planning to check it out and maybe stay an hour but 5 hours later we were still there! Lots to do including a lunch buffet with wine. We went in a Saturday and it was quite crowded though. I would suggest visiting during the week.

We booked a 5 hour package which allowed us access to all the experiences. Would advise arriving early as it does get busy by the afternoon and it is difficult to access lounging areas by then. However, access to the pools/other experiences was not a problem, plenty of space. We had the buffet lunch, the salad bar was lovely, however the first course food was tasteless. The spa was clean and the staff were helpful. We really enjoyed the experience and thought it was good value for money. Thank you, Siobhán & Lee.

I could be a pleasant spa but there were way too many influencers and self obsessed imagine people taking selfies and pics in the pools, saunas and so on.
Get a life and some decency!
No control by the local staff about this issue and about some generic common sense rules in any europeans cities.
Shame.

Me and my friend had a wonderful spa experience at QC TermeMilano. There were so many different rooms and pools to experience that we stayed for the full 5 hours and enjoyed every moment of it. We also received Prosecco and snacks during our visit which was included in the price. We visited on a Monday afternoon and although the spa was busy, we didn’t have to wait to get into any of the rooms. I would definitely recommend and I will be returning next time I visit Milan.

This was a really cool “kick-off” point for our Milan vacation. While it was faulty crowded, it was still a great experience to experiment with the various features afforded at this place. There was a wide array of options for relaxation and the sparkling wine/appetizers were a nice touch! Definitely worth the trip.

I have visited Qc terme many times, both before and after Covid. Each time very amazing and very relaxing, their range of rooms is amazing and often not too busy to find peace away from people. On my recent visit i had a 50 minute massage which was very standard (almost felt like a good run instead of a meaningful massage, my back is full of knots but she failed to even discover them?). Since Covid I have been so disappointed with the included aperitivo, I understand this is difficult for everyone with Covid, but to be handed a tray with 4 pots of random pieces (included meat when I am vegetarian) at the door and told to sit, this is nowhere close to the standard the aperitivo used to be. When I told them I was vegetarian, it felt difficult and there was no alternatives, just a copy of one if the other pots, not very inclusive. It’s such a shame as this really brings down the quality that the spa used to have.

Why does it say duration 2 hours? Do you only get 2 hours in the spa? We were looking to stay all day?:/

I didn’t see any kids at all while I was there. I have a feeling it may be over 16’s. I have a 12 year old and I don’t think I’d take him (having been there) as it’s not aimed at that age. Not sure on the actual policy though. Sorry can’t be more helpful.
