If you’re a foodie that enjoys mingling with other foodies from around the world, this tour is for you. Our guide Chiara made it an enjoyable experience! Come hungry because you will have a LOT of food, so even though it’s delicious (Risotto Milanese 😋) I suggest that you pace yourself. Chiara also made excellent wine recommendations! We had a group of six - my wife and I from Northern Virginia, two gals from S.Africa, one woman from Atlanta and one from N. Carolina. All well travelled and great conversationalists.

Ciara was wonderful. We loved all the locations on the tour. Highly recommended. Lots of good food. End with gelato!!!!

We had a great 3+ hours with Chiara taking us around Milan and sharing history and food for the region. We had 6 stops and they were all delicious. The risotto was the standout! Save room. Chiara is entertaining and helpful for suggestions around town. Couldn’t recommend this more!

Chiara was an excellent guide who created a welcoming environment and shared a lot of interesting information not only about the different food we tried, but also the history of the city. All of the restaurants had great food, and overall we felt we had a great variety of options during the tour.

Milan "Gourmet Food Tour" lived up to the name.  Francesco, our guide, was excellent, fluent English, pacing the 3.5 mile food walk to the slowest participant.  We started near the Duomo, finishing near the fashion district. Pastries, risotto,  pizza, charcuterie platter of veggies/cheese/ regional cured meats, and then gelato. Abundant Italian  wines (or beer).  Francesco built group harmony, added lots of Milano history and food orientation.  The food selections and venues were good. Francesco was exceptional. We highly recommend,  great value for the price.    

Awesome experience, the food was great and Maria Chiara went above and beyond to show us cool hidden spots and give us cool information, not only about the stops we made but also about Milan and its history! Definitely recommend !!

Chiara was our guide, and she went above and beyond. her food knowledge was amazing, and she also took us on several quick side tours that were nearby so we could experience Milan through a local’s eyes. we had the best afternoon with Chiara! f we come back we will take a cooking class from her!

A great journey which included less visited parts of Milan and great food. Risotto Milanese, Pizza romana, Tuscan charcuterie with Chianti. A great lunch time trek - you won’t need dinner.

This was an amazing experience with Chiara! We had such a great time, and it felt extremely personable. If anything, she made it feel like we were visiting our friend and she was showing us around. The food was delicious, and I’d recommend the wine pairing she suggests. I would highly recommend this when coming to Milan!

We had a great time with Francesco Very sweet and knowledgeable about culture architecture and food. We were lucky to have a private tour as the other couple no showed. Great pleasure to spend time with this young man. He helped us fall in love with Milan!

Since this tour was in late July in ended up with only two in the group. Hence, we had all the attention of our guide Chiara. We visited 5-6 sites. Among them that were excellent was a pizza place, where there was a wide selection of choices. All that we chose were very good. Another place served excellent risotto. The best I have ever taken. Our penultimate visit was to a small which served a hearty lunch with wine. While the wine was decent the food itself was excellent. In all places we were unable to eat aa the food that was served. Finally, m we ended with gelato, which was a welcome end on a very hot day. Chiara mixed the food tour with a historical tour on the area covered. This was very good. Overall, this was an excellent tour and Chiara was exceptional
