About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 245laurend0 contributionsStunning views throughoutExcellent visit to the cathedral. We got there earlier than our allocated time but that didn't matter as the view from the ground itself is stunning. We were able to get up the stairs around 30 minutes before our allocated slot. Going up and down the steps was tough with dodgy joints, and not always easy without a handrail! But once at the top, the views were glorious! Plenty of opportunities to take photos and although crowded at times, still allowed for plenty of space. Inside the cathedral is just as beautiful, whilst many people were inside, the silence was powerful and the experience very thought provoking.Written November 3, 2024
- F2978RNclarem0 contributionsNot worth $150+The guide was nice but the overall quality of the tour does not justify the price. It also ended over 1.5 hours early and I think it’s irresponsible to advertise a tour as 6 hours if it will deviate with no warning because people need to be able to plan the rest of their day accordingly. It was fine, but there’s probably lots of similar tours that would be a better and cheaper experience.Written November 3, 2024
- kvary20180 contributionsWell worth the fee and footstepsOur dear tour guide Manuela was very engaging and informative about Milan. She escorted us through the city at night pointing out historical details that made our tour so interestingWritten November 1, 2024
- marieantoinette9370 contributionsTerrible customer service. No accomodation for extreme circumstances.Terrible customer service without any accommodation for medical circumstances. My fiancé and I booked a tour with them in Milan to see the last supper and other historical sights. My fiance became violently ill the morning of the scheduled tour. He required urgent medical attention. We requested a partial refund as soon as we were aware of the situation/ were able to contact the company. We were told we were not even able to be offered a partial refund (we understand that the tickets to the last supper are pre-booked). They were rude inhospitable in their responses. I will advise friends and family to ensure they do not book any tours with them in the future.Written October 31, 2024
- joshmuller0 contributionsGreat tourGreat tour. Simple to follow and very educational. They could do a bit better job of giving you information leading up to the tour. Where to meet and what to expect. Not a big deal though, it was still greatWritten October 30, 2024
- D5427ZHmarkw0 contributionsLast Minute. Com Car Hire Rip OffWe booked a holiday with Lastminute.com and the holiday was good and the car hire that Last Minute suggested was cheap and we opted for this extra. The Hire Company was in Croatia, Dubrovnik and we gave them the paperwork and they said they needed a 1400 euro deposit that would be held on account and not withdrawn from our credit card which was true. The next item was an international supplement at a cost of 120 euros which wasn't explained but we investigated this and it was a recovery charge if your taking vehicle across the boarder which we were but Last Minute do not tell you this. Unfortunately our hire car suffered damage in the storms named "Boris" and when we returned the car the hire company told us we would be charged 450 euros for the damage but we claimed we had damage waiver insurance and they said claim this back from Last Minute but they pass the buck onto the Hire Company so presently we are 570 euros out of pocket as the hire company do not reply to emails and they do not answer there telephone in Croatia and you are left holding for 10 minutes at an international call rate.Written October 30, 2024

- judykI8456HJ0 contributionsBeware of Added ChargesWhen returning the car, I filled the tank up 8 miles from the airport. When returning the car, they charged me $50 because the tank was not full. Total ripoff. Also, the license plate fell off. I did not realize that until I got to my destination. I was charged $250 for the lost plate. It should not be the responsibility of a driver to check beforehand that Drivalia license plates are secure.Written October 22, 2024

- Kathleen G0 contributionsGood for hidden gems around the cityOur guide was very knowledgeable and had a lot of interesting stories to share about the city and the architecture. There is a lot of walking. At one point we opted for the Metro, which was fine. Our tour was so condensed that we skipped lunch. Don’t know why. Perhaps it’s the timing of the tickets the tour company was able to get for the duomo and the last supper. One thing I liked about the guide was that she gave everyone space to absorb the majesty of the surroundings. Quiet, reflective time. She would give facts and highlight things to notice before we saw the attraction then give us time to look at it and marvel at it on our own. Especially at the Last Supper, but didn’t talk while inside the chapel but she was happy to answer questions afterwards. Lots of hidden gems around the city like ancient ruins and whatnot. Skip this tour if you just want to see the Last Supper and get tickets to that yourself. Also, the Duomo tour doesn’t include any of the special exhibitsWritten October 19, 2024

This tour is extremely over priced and I don’t recommend at all. You get to see two paintings and nothing else. There are no lines to get in. We got charged $172 for this which really made my experience unpleasant and I feel cheated! I don’t recommend this tour at all. If you really want to see then go without the tour

Our guide Maria was amazing. She spoke about the painting and history for about 15 minutes non-stop before we went in and she continued in even more detail inside and during our 15 minutes. The whole tour is about 45 minutes of which 15 minutes is inside the actual room where the painting is. If you want to know more detail and history behind the painting then just looking at the picture this is tour you want. You will not be disappointed!

I am very much into the history of places and artefacts so to see Leonardo da Vinci’s painting of The Last Supper was deffo on my bucket list.
It was only an hour long tour and to be honest that was enough. My guide was very knowledgeable and answered questions that people asked.
It took my breathe away to see this painting.

This was by far best spent money in Italy! The tour was well organized, and we loved what we saw. But more than that we appreciated our guide - Lucia. She is such a fan of her work, so knowledgeable and professional! We were a little concerned about this tour because of certain negative reviews, but we worried for nothing! So happy we got to do this! My husband and I incorporated this experience into our date night, so went out for a romantic dinner afterwards, and just couldn’t believe how enjoyable the whole day was.

Booked tour through trip advisor. Had no idea what company I would wind up with nor what time. We were pleasantly surprised with the time, which was 2:45 PM. And with Viator. Great tour, small group. Knowledgeable, English-speaking guide. Hassle free. Well worth the price

Laura was cheerful and informative. She was able to answer every question. The attraction was worth every penny. The painting was old which is to expected after many centuries. The last restoration alone took 22 years. it is truly a must see work of art. Take a look at The Crucifixion on the opposite wall. The methods of painting are different and the contrast is evident.

On 20 of October, we took a Last Supper Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line held by Fabiano. I and my husband left tour impressed. The guide, Fabiano is very professional and erudite, his narrative is interesting and lively. Even now, almost 3 months later, we remember so many things about “Last Supper”. Thank you.

We are sorry you went through a bad experience but we are a company that offers guided walking tours, therefore the number of Last Supper tickets available is something we are not responsible of.
Thank you for understanding

Written April 4, 2019
Don't know about rates. They did not provide wheel chairs from what I could see. But does appear wheel chair accessible. Not a lot of walking at all. You meet in front of building and walk a couple of hundred feet. First floor too. Standing for a half hour while you wait for tour to commence and while you view paintings. But there are benches.

Hello, I would like to take an evening tour, but without dinner. Is this possible? Thank you.
Written May 27, 2018
Hi, I read on your site that we spend 30 minutes viewing the last supper but every other company says viewing time is limited to 15minutes. Is that correct. Also is it possible to just by admission tickets without a tour?
