We chose this trip at the end of our Milan visit. It was an excellent decision because we had a terrific guide, Renzo from Your Travel Diary. As a local he had a wealth of information about the history of the Lake Como area, the city itself, the even recommended sites & local restaurants. Having a knowledgeable guide talk to you beats reading books & signs any time -- especially when you have been touring for 2 weeks. We also picked this tour because we could return by train to Milan after the tour with Renzo finished around noon. He handled our tickets and left us with excellent suggestions and answered all our questions! We were only caught short because the weather was warm & sunny. I think every family from Milan took the train to the Lake that day! It was crowded! We also planned to take a boat around the lake & we waited too long to purchase tickets --- all sold out! And a private boat was too costly. Our only other disappointment was that the shops were closed on Sundays (our fault we should have done more research). We were glad we wore comfortable shoes because we defiantly got our steps in that day at Lake Como! However, our excellent guide Renzoand experience was the highlight! We'll just have to return again on a week-day!

Our guide Arabella was great - this was one of the few tours still available to see The Last Supper while I was in town, and I loved it! Highly recommend

Emilio Crinose, our guide made our day a delight. He. Was charming and helpful and full of knowledge of Bologna. We loved all the places he took us to, the lunch was delicious and in a little restaurant full of character of the place. We loved Bologna and would Recommend Emilio as your guide for this tour. Simply the best.

Had a good time. Our guide really provided a lot of information and pointed out a lot of things on the last supper painting. Be warned, it’s a lot of walking if you do the sforza castle tour.

Sara was our guide . We had an amazing time . A little stressful at the meeting point in the station. But that was our only hiccup . The stops are fantastic , her recommendation for lunch amazing . Even took me to great shops . The entire day was great .

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience on this tour. Andrea was our guide and he made this experience even better! Not only did I not have to worry about getting tickets to the Last Supper before they sold out but the commentary during the viewing was so perfect. I am so glad I didn't do it on my own. Andrea was very educated on this experience and the piece we were looking at. The church after was so incredible. We are so glad we got to see them both. Then we stopped afterwards at the oldest bar in Milan, Bar Magenta! it was great. Loved the area, we had a nice leisurely stroll through the park and then Brera district. Perfect day in Milan. Great tour!

We booked a tour to Cremona. Everything was perfect and without a glitch. Beatrice of Travel Diary booked us train tickets from Milan to Cremona and even validated the tickets for us before our trip. She arranged for the Cremona guide Francesca to meet us at Cremona train station itself. It was a great day trip - most significant parts of Cremona were covered, including the Iconic Clock Tower and Violin Museum. We even got to see a violin recital! Thank you so much for arranging such an awesome tour for us!

Excellent wine tasting experience! We were able to taste 4 of Italy's high quality wines while also learning about the wine and the italian wine regions. Sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly which made the entire experience a great time. The wine bar is definitely a place I would return to if ever back in Milan!

The tour really was worth it, and that was largely because of our tour guide, Alexa was great. Her knowledge of the city Milan and its history was impressive given it wasn’t a city she grew up in but moved to.. The Last Supper really was incredible, and an absolute treasure to see.. I’d book this same tour again in a heartbeat.
