- charlottefoth9800Great day outIt is a really beautiful place and a lovely way to spend a day in Milan. I went solo but you should only do this if you’re comfortable in your own company as the place is full of couples. I think they should slightly reduce how many people they allow admission to because it did feel a little crowded at times. I would say it’s good value for money for how many sections there are to try in the spa indoors and outdoors and the food and drink provided is excellent. The place was kept very clean and staff were helpful. Would recommend
- 323coralm00A must!Beautiful spa. Must visit when in Milan. I loved all the rooms - so relaxing and chilled. There was free food and Prosecco included- get yourself there.
- Ino201400Never againThey've gotten a lot worse. First of all: too crowded and rude. Some shoot anything and anyone with their smartphone (privacy?). Others make noise and speak loudly. Nobody intervenes. Nobody checks. Second thing: too expensive. Has anyone visited the spa in Switzerland or Germany? These are not amusement parks. Last thing: the water contains too much chlorine and it's not even clear if it's really thermal.
- Nina K00Perfect golden hour retreatAmazing spa, a little over crowded for my taste, beautiful location. Great hang out spot for friends. I recommend going for sunset hour.
- Climber4080250339700Influencers ParadiseTook a chance by going after seeing how busy the spa has been due to social media take off this past year. We went for the Under The Stars package on a Wednesday night thinking it may not be too busy. It was rammed and not a spa atmosphere. The changing rooms are clean but very small. A lot of the rooms are located downstairs with lots of small tunnels which felt really busy with people. Flip flops were taken by others a few times. The whole thing just feels like an influencers paradise now unfortunately - the rooms are just busy with people taking videos for Instagram quickly and then leaving to go into the next room and it’s just a real shame for a spa. It was very noisy, no tranquil silence like others spas I have visited. Everyone is sat on their phone and outside they are all smoking. Just defeats the principle of it being a spa?? We left after about an hour; which was just a real shame but made me glad we didn’t pay for a more expensive package. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to be honest, maybe wait until it dies down a bit from the Tik tok storm.
- Maria A00AmazingBeautiful spa views outside were amazing. So much to do inside form jacuzzi pools storm simulator saunas steam room. Options were endless. Was quite busy but not in a way that was negative. Would 1000% go again.
- lorna_rachel00Such an amazing spa!! You have to go if you get chance!Me and my sister just came back from a few days in Milan as part of our Italian holiday, and we are both so glad that we visited QC Terme while in Milan! It was just an absolutely amazing spa (and we’ve both done several others but loved this one)! There are so many varied amazing rooms, there’s nothing like the water themed rooms anywhere else that I’ve experienced or heard of too and I loved the light up lamp style relaxation room. There’s so many facilities and the surroundings are just beautiful, especially the outside water area! It was very busy when we visited but as there were so many rooms and areas we didn’t find this a problem. The buffet style lunch and afternoon drinks and nibbles were delicious too and so filling! The one weird thing was not having pockets with the robes, so just be aware of this if you want to carry things round with you like glasses or your phone!
- Fearless3946877678700Skip itUpon walking in, the counter personnel direct you to a self check-in machine. No personal service for the cost was a bit sus. The machine may have quickly told me I get a bracelet to wear which includes a locker code, but if it did, it was not highlighted or boldly printed. Upon entering the locker room, there were no attendants to help if you did encounter issues, which I did. After 15 min of trying to figure out the system myself, a cleaning person, who didn’t speak English, pointed to my bracelet. I then saw in small print a locker number that I was assigned. I went to that and followed the instructions on the locker. That was fine but I just wasted all that time. My husband on the other hand was held out over 30 min trying to figure out the locker system on his own. He also was trying to access the safe inside the locker, without success. He eventually located a female cleaning person in the locker room and asked for help. Again, for the cost, you would expect service. Zero. (They should be paying the cleaning staff more.) Once inside, no great map or signs to let you know what’s there. I booked an evening which, according to the website, includes aperiterme (appertivo). This was not the case. No drink, snack for you! Lots of older teens on top of one another. Stayed away from them and their floating bodily fluids. Beautiful place to be seen. Not very relaxing. No service. Would not recommend.
- Jordyn R00Nice Spa Facilities but Rude Guests - a 3/5 experienceWe went very early morning (9am) on a Tuesday morning - so shouldn’t have been heaving at that time. The changing facilities are rather strange and seem cramped given everyone goes in at the same time and is seemingly allocated a locker near each other making it difficult to put your things away, despite the locker room being rather large. The spa itself is lovely and much bigger than you may have seen on tiktok. I had read reviews previously about people filming and taking pictures in the spa itself and that seemed to be true. I am a 23 year old female myself and seeing lots of young people attend just to put on the internet seemed strange - it is a place to relax after all. The facilities are great, I loved the rain room, waterfalls and pools the most. There are too many saunas I think and would like to see some more water based activities but is personal preference. Loved the relaxation rooms - had some water beds and UV beds that played lovely natural music and really relaxed you. The outside pool area was very busy and everyone reserved beds with towels despite being nowhere to be seen. There is one around the corner from the main one which is quieter and had some nice seating. Wasn’t a fan of the practicality - you have one towel the whole stay so when you have a shower after you are forced to dry yourself with an already chlorinated wet towel. Would be good to have some fresh ones in the changing rooms to shower. Overall an ok experience - spa itself 4/5, other guests more a 2/5. End up at a 3!
- Norfolkbornandbred100The best spa - but beware of frisky couplesSo this is my second time visiting QC Termemilano, this time with my two younger sisters. It was wonderful being able to show them just how beautiful the facilities and vast amount of experience rooms are. The food and drinks at dinner time were fabulous and all included within the ticket price. Our only complaint - which was handled well by who I can only imagine was the manager - was the ridiculous amount of frisky Italian couples. We literally saw a couple have s$x in the rain room AND film themselves, completely inappropriate and she had the cheek to give me a dirty stare. THEN as we left to go to the outside pool, we caught yet another couple doing the exact same thing in the smoking area?! There’s a time and a place for these things, a spa is not one of them. I did see security patrolling the pool earlier, not sure where they were at the time but I’d had enough so went to the front desk and told the manager who very quickly ran over to the smoking area to sort things out. Other than that, I will be returning as overall the spa is a truly wonderful experience and the UK has nothing like it! My only advice to QC Termemilano is they might need to step up their security or at least put a sign up to ward off the select few that think it’s a swingers party!
- un_milanais00A wonderful experience1. I was there for the 5-hour entrance without massages, entering at 10 a.m. on a Monday morning. I can imagine those who had negative feelings of overcrowding were there in the evenings and at weekends, when there were probably also more young people with mobile phones, loud conversations and over-affectionate behaviour. The numbers built up during my time there, so perhaps a 9 a.m. entrance would be optimum, but it never felt overcrowded—there were plenty of seats in the garden and there were so many different 'rooms' that people spread out between them; I only saw a few people taking photos (and one sad young couple at a table looking at their separate phones); couples loosely embraced would be what you might expect and no more than you see on a beach. 2. I have to praise the owners and their designers and architects for an interior that was a series of fascinating spaces and rooms. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen. (The changing rooms were small, but then changing rooms generally are; a few more toilets should be provided.) 3. The 5-hour day entrance is not really to a serious medicinal spa: it was more of special multi-sensorial experience, and none the worse for that: you are pleasantly exposed to sounds (thunder, rain, birdsong, gentle music), perfumes (lavender, ozone, roses and many others), tactile sensations (hot and cold, stony surface, stones, soft mattresses) combined with all the fascination of water in its many varieties (flowing, bubbling, cascading, raining down (accompanied by film and sound of a thunderstorm), water swirling turquoise and white). For me, it was a wonderful experience.
- 85leahg00Wonderful experience, but ....We went to the spa for my daughter's 26th birthday which was 9th June 2023. The trip had been planned for quite some time and were very excited to be going Milan. We had an amazing time, the facilities are excellent! Wish we had stayed the night/weekend but we only went for a day and it was an adventure filled, jam packed one! We flew in, got a train to the city centre and then the metro which was a few minutes walk from the establishment. The reception staff were very welcoming and they refunded us for a guest that could not make it at the last minute which we were not expecting. I have not experienced anything like this before and found my way around easily. There were a lot of people at the facility on the day we arrived but it didn't feel crowded, only a little in the changing room. The only reason we I have not given my experience 5 stars is because of one incident. My daughter was in the changing room and asked the changing room facilitator/cleaner whether she could have another dressing gown as someone had taken hers. The woman proceeded to get agitated with her speaking in Italian which my daughter could not understand so was not able to respond to. The woman then called a colleague and started to complained to her whilst pointing at my daughter. She was gesturing in such a way that it didn't take much to understand that she was being very disrespectful and inappropriate towards a paying guest there for a unique experience. One of our party was so upset by this incident that she complained to the manager who was a little dismissive and asked a colleague at the front desk to deal with the situation. How the situation was dealt with was to give us a free lunch (party of 6) and an extra hour in the spa. Now although we appreciated the gesture, we didn't complain in order to get something free, we complained because my daughter had been mistreated by a member of staff. The reason I am writing about this here is that on the day, I felt that if I got involved everything would have been ruined for my daughter because I would have insisted that they speak to the member of staff and I would have wanted an apology! It appeared that the manager did not feel that the situation warranted his full attention which was disappointing. No one spoke to that particular member of staff about her inappropriate behaviour, she could have completely ruined my daughter's birthday when she embarrassed her in front of her family and everyone else in the changing room! I feel that the in future, if a customer makes a complaint about a member of staff, the management should show that they will not tolerate it by ensuring that member of staff concerned is reprimanded and apologises to the guest. They should also not assume that offering something free will solve the issue. By not taking action, this could happen again to someone else and ruin their entire experience. I hope that someone from the spa facility reads this review and that they implement changes to deal with this type of situation should it arise again in the future which I believe it will by the way that particular member of staff was interacting with some of our party some time after the incident!
- W6055ICpamt00Girls weekendWonderful city is Milan ,great for a weekend . Lovely restaurants . The spa was great too Goid fir sightseeing and plenty of shops too
- E869WA_00Please do something to improve your services! On Saturday we spontaneously decided to go to the thermal bath and relax. We were in the neighbourhood and so decided not to waste time with online booking and just walked in. This was our second visit to QC Terme Milano and I believe, that last one. I’ll list some reasons why below: 1) You won't be accepted without booking online in advance. 2) it is not possible to book on the spot. We ended up booking everything online. But here's another problem. On Saturday around 3pm the only entrances available were from 8pm. Ok. We came back to the QC Terme at 19:40, they wouldn't let us in and made us wait until 20:00. We even spoke to the general manager (Roberto), but he was such a formal figure that he was unable to make any impact. 3) Warning. Cost of admission is €72 per person and it doesn’t change whether you enter at 5PM or 8PM 4) You have probably heard about “wonderful aperitif at QC Terme” included into the price. It's a shame that for those entering after 7PM no aperitif is included. 5) The price is the same. The price is €72 with or without aperitif. 6) There is no information about this on the website. 7) The bar is closed after 8PM and you can't even buy your own food. 8) At 10PM a free herbal tea and even water ran out and there wasn't even anything to drink. (Having saunas and hot thermal bath for hundreds of people it is a must to give access to water!!!) 8) The changing rooms were a mess at midnight - no one even bothered to dry the floor ven for safety reasons, not telling about the queue in the shower and dirty changing rooms 9) Nobody has given us a branded small giveaway as QC Terme does usually Don’t know what to say except a DELUSION. And I’m pretty sure, that with this approach of the management nobody will get back to me offering a discount or at least the apologies to keep my loyalty.
- 138christyt00Loved the experienceThis was such an amazing experience and value for the money! We spent 5 hours enjoying the amenities and the aperitivo. If you have a choice doing the daylight and then the evening is like two different experiences because the decor at night is beautiful! Start to finish this was a 5-star. Other reviews said it was crowded and lots of pics being taken. We didn't have that experience on a Sunday night. But I would not say it's a quiet, private place if that's what you are looking for.

It is the best spa I have ever experienced in my life 😍
The mixture between nature and historical monuments like the roman wall and the tramway turned into a sauna with a cinema wall telling the history of tramways.
So many choices between the different saunas with many perfumes ( orange, flowers, wood...) the cinema pool where you can live the sensations of wind, rain like you was into the wild.
The jaccuzi in the garden was just amazing.
You can stay how much you want.
We stayed from 5.30 pm till 11.30 pm and you can really try every wellness activity and enjoy your stay.
The face training with soft cremes was so cool.
The aperitivo was good but you have the right to only 2 drinks which I consider not enough and also not mentioned in the booking.
I recommend more drinks and to ask clients for allergies to know what to offer to them.
Anyway it stays till now my best spa experience 😌

Top notch facilities , aperitivo was satisfying and the staff were so helpful (shoutout to Irish!) and accommodating! This bathouse boasts a very intimate and romantic architecture, no wonder couples were here so late during the evening. The only complaint is the time we ourselves booked, go here on a Monday or a Tuesday, Wednesday to Sunday night at 1800 and beyond could be full of people. Make sure to also return the bath gowns and the slippers as a courteous gesture.

This place is lovely. So many treatment room options. My favorites were the cinema room and waterfall room - sit under it for the ultimate massage.
Could definitely get busy as we went on a tues evening And the place was packed. people mistakenly take your towel/robe/slippers, but you can ask for another.
I would recommend bringing a water bottle with you
The appertivo is a yummy selection of olives, cheese, bread, grapes, and jerky. With a selection of different mixed champagne drinks. You can also ask the staff to make campari.
The changing room can get crowded though.
Would love to come back

This is an absolute must when visiting Milan! It was great value for money and exceeded both my and my partners expectations. It was fun and relaxing all at the same time. We went between 1-6pm on a Monday so it wasn’t too busy we were able to get into all the spas and saunas with ease. We didn’t realise when making the reservation online but we had food and drinks included too which was a nice surprised. It was just a tray of chips, cheese, olives and grapes to share but there was also unlimited drinks at a little bar you could help yourself too and they brought some hot food out on a little cart for everyone to help themselves too which we weren’t expecting but was a nice surprise.
The lady who welcomed us at the front desk was so lovely and helpful. Most staff members speak English too which was really convenient since my partner and I only just got to Italy 2 days before and know minimal to no Italian. The lockers have a towel, robe, flip flops and even a plastic bag to put your wet swimmers in when you’re done. There’s plenty of drinking water available, warm tea and even moisturising stations in certain little spots. There were heaps of different spas and saunas to try (both indoor and outdoor) it was a really quick 5 hours. I would definitely recommend doing the all day pass but they didn’t monitor the times too closely when we went and ended up leaving at about 6:20 instead of 6 when we were meant to leave but I easily could have stayed longer it was unreal.

This experience was by far the highlight of our trip. Having read some negative reviews we were a bit apprehensive about spending the money on this but so glad we did. A lot of the reviews seem to be pre Covid complaining about the aperitivo being pre Covid. Now you have a deducted time slot with your own tray of food and drinks. But it is the spa facilities that really makes it. Several outdoor heated pools, a sauna bus, relaxation room, and don’t forget to go downstairs for so many more rooms! It was meant to be 6-8 but we ended up spending 6 hours here. A must do in Milan!!

My sister and I attended on Wednesday 4th may for the 5 hour entrance. We loved it! The experience was amazing, so much different things to do - saunas, steam rooms, salt room, outdoor and indoor pools, waterfall affect room, face training to name a few! We spent hours just walking around and finding so many cool things. Relaxing atmosphere and all guests seemed to be having a good time! The setting outside is beautiful especially as the night goes on. Only negative I would say is the aperitvo (food) part. We went for the food at the time we were told by reception and the drinks and board was lovely - but staff were rushing us out so fast, we’d only been sat down for 5 minutes and we had 3 different staff members come over and ask if we were finished when we clearly weren’t. Other than that 10/10 experience will come again on our next visit to Milan!

Fun mother-daughter trip with my 18 year old. We enjoyed visiting the various saunas, steam rooms and pools. The aperitivo came with a charcuterie that was very filling and actually ended up being supper for the two of us. After having some experiences in Milan dealing with busy crowds, it was nice to have some down time in a serene location. We left there feeling very relaxed.

Cute but overrated, aperitivo scarso, which translated means that the aperitif was,
1. of poor quality
2. very small quantity for the price and the hype that comes with it. One of the “waiters” was kind of weird, and like eager not to give me my second glass included. Anyway there are much better spas that have a better comparison of quality and price.
Just my opinion :)
Location is nice and quiet but the whole experience could have been cooler.

Really nice spa, with very helpful staff.
We thought a lot of the different rooms were similar, and a bit repetitive. I think more could be done to really give guests an experience they wont forget. Whereas we felt it was just a lot of similar sauna/steam rooms and the outdoor pools are the same too.
Overall a great way to spend an evening though, and would recommend

My first experience in a SPA and what an experience ! Everything was perfect. The welcome was nice, the place is huge and you can discover a lot of little secret rooms to relax... you can go through saunas and relax rooms and drink amazing teas 🍵 along the way.
I highly recommend the cine room in the floor -1 which is a real unique experience ! You could had more effects like jacuzzi bubbles or water waves to improve the experience.
The only weak point in all our stay there was during aperitif when we said us not to drink more than two glasses. The ticket said unlimited but 👍
