Dear Johathan, the meeting point was clearly indicated in your voucher and luckly you could be able to reach it at around 2:13pm (the tour starting time was at 2:15pm so you were in time). Furthermore in the square there was a big stage in front of the meeting point (so it was not easy to find it) and everything was set up for a concert that would have been take place on the day after, but for sure you forgot to mention this in your review. The Sforza Castle tour was not belonging to our company so better if you write this part of the review in the correct tour page. Last but not least it was raining and there was a lot of people on the rooftops, true, but it was not our fault, i suggest you to write this on the Duomo Cathedral Tripadvisor page. Dear Peter, as you can understand everybody have to queue for the rooftop as you have to pass the security check, anyway for the booked groups (like ours) the queue is faster, furthermore you skip the line to get tickets at the ticket office (1 hour waiting), but for sure you forgot to mention this.
