The tour guide, a middle aged gentlemen (sorry I don't have his name) was really great and his commentary was so interesting.
Also, there was a mistake on booking dates. We showed up for the tour on June 28th and it was booked for July 28th! I'm not sure it was my mistake or theirs, but they put us on the same tour the next day which was very good of them and "saved the day".
I would recommend this tour. If you are older or handicapped, be aware that there is a lot of walking involved.

I just completed this tour an hour ago. Max was our guide, he is a local Milanese. His knowledge and information was thorough and delivered with humour and enthusiasm. I only purchased this tour yesterday afternoon, and at the time the quota of ‘last supper’ tickets had been already allocated for the time slot that the group was viewing the fresco, which was explained to me, which was no problem as I had booked very last minute and did not realise the need to book a long way ahead. Max came to the rescue and went off to see if I could join, returning with a ticket moments later. It Made my afternoon and the tourist office allowed me to pay upon the completion of the tour. That’s a five star rating right there. Very much enjoyed the tour. There is moderate walking, and was a cold damp day so rug up if joining in winter. There were no kids on the particular day I went, half the group had an English speaking guide, the other half a Japanese guide. Very well organised. A great way to see Milan if time poor.

Do not do this offer. I don’t know what other people experienced but we didn’t get into the Duoma, there’s no guarantee. And we were told we could take our ticket and wait in line another day, we were only in Milan for the day. This is of no value, just buy a ticket and wait in line. Don’t waste your money, there’s no added value if you can’t get in.

A disaster of a company with terrible attitude and zero customer service. They overbooked the tour, so having received our confirmation and payment being taken, within 2 days we were informed our tickets were being cancelled and no alternatives to see the last supper were available. transaction fees and currency fees ended up totalling £25 on our UK-issued card, however the customer service "specialist" Jessica wouldn't even bother returning an email or even acknowledging the issue. Disgustingly poor service, I would advise anyone considering using this useless company to find a decent guide elsewhere - plenty who would give these pathetic excuse-makers a run for their money out there!

They cancelled the tour on us at the last minute with no valid explanation. AVOID this company -- you could lose your chance to see the Last Supper.

Good afternoon from Zani viaggi,
We are sorry to inform you that we can't confirm your booking due to the cancellation of our entrance to see the last supper. I just can’t believe it! Booked months in advance and your dreams to see this is gone, very disappointing.

Milan doesn’t have the quantity of sites to see vs. Rome or Florence but the two primary sights on this tour, the Milan Cathedral and Da Vinci’s Last Supper were AMAZING!! We couldn’t believe we were 20 feet away from this fresco we’ve seen in books and movies and on prints hanging on church walls all our lives. Didn’t have any idea how big it was. Just beautiful. And the Milan Cathedral is massive and spectacular. Pictures don’t do it justice. The carvings and sculptures were so intricate. You really have to visit it in person to appreciate it. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the bus transportation between sites was much appreciated. Well worth the ticket price to skip the longer general admission lines, although we still had to wait in the much shorter group entrance lines.

The tour started with a walk to the Duomo where we got in the fast track line. We waited about 30 min and then had to leave without getting in, though we got tickets to go later on our own. Then we walked through the Galleria and then over to La Scala which was nicely done. After that, we went to the Last Supper with our timed tickets which was also nice. However, after that, we spent about 30 minutes riding around on a bus to see sights. However, the guide spoke in 3 languages which meant you were seldom in sight of what the guide was talking about in your language. The bus also never slowed or stopped for a good view. This part of the tour was essentially worthless to me. Unfortunately, we only had that afternoon to go back and get into the Duomo and it was raining, lightening, and thundering. WE did stand in the rain and get in (yes the lines were still long), but we were not able to go up to the rooftop as we wanted. I had no idea that when we bought this tour we might not get into the Duomo. Tickets to these places sell out very fast when they are first available at the beginning of the season, so many times you must buy a tour to see the sights. If you can't get your own tickets ahead of time, buyer beware and check out all the details of the tour you buy. We were not aware that we would end up on a very large bus! This whole operation in Milan seems like a scam for the tourists, but I guess it gives lots of people income there.

Interesting tour of Duomo, churches, plazas. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of history. Be aware of the heat in August as this is a 3 hour walking tour. Would have done it better on a more comfortable temperature like in October. Definitely recommend this tour for a first time Milan visitor!

No, it did not. We did a separate and longer Duomo tour (with the rooftop) before this tour. When we went the tour began with the Duomo. Some others like us had done the Duomo already. We simply notified the guide and he told us where the group would exit to meet back up. We took the time to walk around the square and enjoy some gelatto. TIP: if you do this- We put the headsets back on a few minutes before so we could hear the guide approaching the exit. We did this tour primarily for the Last Supper. It was a great overview tour.

Yes, you can definitely go into the Milan Cathedral without paying. You can go to mass there seven days a week and I'm pretty sure you can go at other times as well.
