        Top sites of Milano
Really enjoyed this tour. The tour guide knew his stuff. It was a jam packed 3.5 hrs with gems you wouldn’t learn otherwise.

        Worth it
A bit expensive, bit otherwise a very good tour. The main reason we got it is because we wanted to see the Last Supper but it's impossible to find tickets last moment, so this was the only available option. But we did enjoy the rest of the tour as well (Scala, Duomo, etc). The tour guide did good job too.

        Good!
It was a nice tour overall. Our guide was very knowledgeable and with a good sense of humor. I wished the group was a bit smaller so we could move from one spot to another faster and cover more information vs waiting for some ppl taking their time to take pictures, window shopping, get lost etc.

        Great wholesome experience
Enjoyed the trip to St Moritz and staying there for a few hours to explore. At the time it was snowing and it was extra special to experience. Our train ride home was also great and full of photographic memories. Our tour guide Monica was so warm and welcoming and full of information that really added so much more to our tour. Thank you for a lovely once in a lifetime trip to St Moritz and the Swiss alps.

As Close As Going To A Show As We Could Get
Going to Milan in the Summer had one negative to it, there was nothing on at the theatre to go and take in the wonderful building as it should be seen. Saying that we booked this tour so we could at least have a look around and see the building. With it being out of season there was a lot of cleaning of chandeliers going on which was interesting in its own right. Our tour guide Renata took us through the history of the building including its construction and the important dates and shows throughout its time. The foyer has many statues and an interactive screen about the buildings construction. The whole tour took around an hour and at a cost of approximately £35.00each was a little on the expensive side but worth it as the only way we were able to see the theatre.

        Fly business but feels economy
Fly business with Swiss airline feels like fly economy. Start from long line to checkin, (business line seems longer than economy), terrible food selection and service at the lounge, to seat does not really go flat, the middle part stick out against your lower back, very uncomfortable. Would not fly with them again.

        Unprofessional dinner show and organization
Very bad organization. The seating plan was terrible, main stage is located between the wide corner walls thats why some of the tables can not see the performers and so the show. We couldnt watch the show and informed the staff but they did nothing. All the show consist of 2 singer and 2 dancer, careography, light and sound system poor, dont expect a professional night show, disappointing experience. Marketing images are not real.

Amazing experience in Lake Como, Bellagio
This is the best of things to do once in Milan, short trip with train from Central Station arrive in Como S Giovanni, Lake Como, it's better if you book the tickets online, you take the river taxi, go to Bellagio and spend your day there. The scenery will keep you there no matter what and it will make you love the place.

        Scam
It's a tourist trap. You get one drink in a plastic cup and a box full of stale Italian leftovers. There is no audio guide or anything, stay away if you value your money or time.

        The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. Paid around 150€ for 2 people in second class to do the experience from Tirano to St Moritz. When I arrived to the train station it was like a zoo. People were pushing me, trying to get space. The train was fully packed and we ended up standing in little corridor with so many people. Very unpleasant. Normally I am very positive person but I absolutely hated this experience. I definitely don’t recommend to anyone. If I would spend 5 € per person then most probably I would enjoyed it, however after spending so much money you would like to at least be able to sit down.

Florence’s Duomo and Baptistry came to life!
Keira handled our tour as the expert she is! We learned so much, and she is a teacher at heart! She brought the history of the Duomo and the Baptistry to life! We would highly recommend this tour!

Time was managed smartly as its a long trip we tried to cover the most important things in Venice.

Amazing management and beautiful city indeed.

Worth staying there for 1 night at least

We took the HSR from and to Milan. (~ 150 Euro for two, round trip) The trip takes about 2+ hours each way. In Venice we took the water taxi from the Santa Lucia Train station to the Rialto Bridge boat terminal and then walked to the Piazza San Marco where we joined our tour. (7,5 Euro each for the water taxi round trip)

We met our guide and toured the Doge's Palace, and Saint Marks. Lots of stairs and up and down climbing. The tour was interesting and we were glad we did it, but we should have stayed overnight in Venice; and visited the islands and more of their attractions.

The time in Venice was way too short. Should have done free time during the trip instead of the walking tour. The bus ride was really long, maybe instead of a bus we go by train.

TAO TRAVEL cancelled the trip due to “COVID” issue. See previous reviews, not the first time they use this lame excuse. Worst part, other alternatives are fully booked and we don’t have any extra days to try to go into it another day!! This is a nightmare! If you don’t want to risk being a victim of irresponsible TAO TRaVEL LAST MINUTE cancellation, do not book anything with them, they don’t care who they have to cancel using a ridiculous excuse of a “COVID@ issue to make it sound like a legitimate excuse. See other reviews, not the first time they cancel on people at the last minute when there are no other options.

Accident that added 2-3 hours to the drive. We then only had a short time to explore Venice. Tour guide was informative and great energy. Decided to take the train back instead of returning with the group. Still wasn’t enough time.

couple things to think about before you think about getting the tour
      1. It’s a 6-7 hour bus ride there and back with 5-6 hours in Venice
      2. It’s a lot of walking in Venice and your guides are usually fast and you need to keep up
      3. No bathroom on the bus but they do make one stop there and back to let you go
      4. Your time in Venice is at the mercy of your tour company and unless it’s slow season, you won’t have enough time to go into the basilica, the tower, go on and. Gondala rode, and maybe eat lunch.

So if you are totally okay with the first 4 things... let’s talk about the trip!! I had the luxury of taking a trip with Coty Wonders yesterday so am able to comprare the companies a bit.

First, we were picked up just as they said (6am from the hotel), by a small van. The driver was not very friendly but he got us from point A to B. While we were waiting for the people to arrive, we had 30 minutes so we decided to have some coffee across the street. If you do... DO NOT SIT DOWN and have your coffee as they will charge you 4.5 Euros for a coffee.

When the tour bus arrived, there was a few people around and we were not sure who was in charge until some man started yelling commands at us to have our paper vouchers ready. No good morning or Welcome. It’s one thing I really liked about City Wonderers...they were much more present and welcoming. The guide from Zane Viaggi almost seemed annoyed we were making them take us to Venice!

Now the BUS was awesome. Much better than city Wonderers but it was a longer trip. The seats were bigger, there was WiFi, and an outlet to plug in your phone.

During the 3-4 hour trip to Venice, the guide did give some great information about the history of Venice.
Once in Venice, you take a coveted boat through the lagoon to the other side. This is NOT a boat through the canal. It’s only across the lagoon.
Once the ship docks, we were taken on less than and hour tour of the city of Venice really pointing out the big sites and some interesting information about Venice. The glass shop could have been omitted. It was interesting to see the glass being made but really a waste of time.
We opted NOT to do the Gondala ride only because we wanted to walk around the streets of Venice more. I heard it was okay though
When we all returned to the meeting point, our guide was furious with a few tourists of the group who paid for the Gondala ride but did not understand his directions of where to meet. It was quite shocking to see him lose his mind at these folks. My advice for the guides (you are doing a tour in English which is most peoples SECOND language on the tour so be a little more patient)

Anyway... my impression was this was a good introduction to Venice but save yourself the hassle of this tour. It’s too long to get there and you have very very Little time in Venice
What I would suggest is taking a train yourself and take the 80€ walking tour of Venice with quick entrance to the Basilica and Doges palace.it would have been nice to see. And this way you stay until you are ready to leave.

This was such a fantastic tour! It was a highlight of my trip and I’m so grateful to have stumbled upon it here. Venice is dream-like especially if you get the chance to meander through the streets to the less crowded areas. Of course, mind your path because it’s an easy place to get lost. I also enjoyed a boat ride on the canals and despite the cost, I highly recommend the adventure as it provides a different perspective. Overall, wonderful!

This tour provides a nice introduction to Venice, but you don't have a lot of time to explore. It's basically a brief walking tour and an optional gondola ride. I really enjoyed it, but would like to return to Venice another time to actually go inside some of the sights the tour guide told us about. If you go on this tour please do the gondola ride, it was awesome!
