The main complain is that it is very inconvenient to use this card starting with to get this card at all and later on to find all the right spots to validate it or to get some extra tickets etc. Creates more fuzz than the benefits out of it.
You will find better alternatives on the market such as Tiquet etc.

Only valid for 2 days so there is no way you’ll get to use up what is stated as the full value. Unless you go on one of the day trips. Don’t upgrade with public transport pass - will charge 10 euro for a ticket you can buy for 8:50.

Our pass is created to allow the visitors of Milan to enjoy the best the city has to offer without worring about extra costs.
For 69 € you can enjoy activities for much more than that. Of course, there are choices to be made, 48 hours are not enough to see everything Milan as to offer. But there are more than enough to spend way more than 69 € worth of experiences in the city.
We hope to see you again in Milan soon.

Never buy this card. I booked online and you must get the physical card to use it. You cannot get the physical card on arrival in airport or central train station. You need to go to Porta Genova ie., spend for a taxi or metro and collect this card. There is no refund if the kiosk is closed.
I booked for 3 days and found out that the first 2 days the kiosk was closed for New Year's Eve celebration leaving the tourist stranded. The booking is valid for 12 months i.e.., you need to spend again thousands of dollars coming back to Milan to enjoy this ride.
Never Buy MilanoCard. Instead, you will find Metro 3 days pass for just 12 Euros per person.

This is just to scam tourists. I bought a Milanocard with Duomo. The ticket shop at the Duomo didn't know the Milanocard and said it was only for the train. What the operator is doing here is fooling tourists! Leave the hands of Zani Viaggi. I myself paid double the normal price for the train ticket via Zani Viaggi. As a tourist you certainly don't need Zani Viaggi!
