I spent an absolutely delightful evening with Veronica. She told me the word "Cesarine" is associated with the stewardship and passing on of cultural traditions, and her passion for and enjoyment of this was so clear. Everything was so nicely prepared for our session, and I really loved making the pasta and tiramisu together...and it was delicious, too! I felt very welcomed into her home, for an experience that was personal and authentic. But also everything was very professional, too, with her kitchen lab a bit separate from the main family home. Definitely a, maybe even the highlight of my trip to Italy. Highly recommend!!

We had such a wonderful time with Carolina and Simona. This was our 3rd cooking class while we had been traveling in Italy over the previous 2 weeks and this class in their beautiful home was fun, delicious, and a perfect way to end our vacation. We learned how to make linguine that was served with their delicious ragu, we made a dish with a Ligurian sausage, onions, tomatoes and wine served over some polenta balls (it was divine), and leanred how to make tge most deliciously simple and creamy tiramisu. Cannot wait to recreate these dishes for friends and family.

We just finished our cooking class with Carolina and Simona, and we could not be more thrilled! This is not just a cooking class. This is a total immersion into the Italian lifestyle of our wonderful hosts. We talked, discussed, learned, prepared, cooked, and dined on our own creations of delicious meat & cheese filled ravioli, and tasty polenta and sausage dish, and a scrumptious Tiramisu dessert. Carolina and Simona were very patient and kind while allowing us to learn and helping us where needed (and we did need help along the way). We also got to meet Charlotte (Charlie), their 1 year old mini poodle, which was such a pleasure since we have two mini poodles of our own. To sum it up... Excellent cooking instruction, great conversation, and a wonderful evening spent with new friends. Thank you very much!!

We attended the 3 recipes cooking class with my husband, my cousin and her husband. There were six of us in total, an appropriate amount for the space in use. Debora was a wonderful host, she made us feel very welcome and she spoke good English. Her kitchen was clean and nicely decorated and it was easy to follow the instructions. The view was magnificent, as was the location up in the hillside. We also learned much about Como and the local way of life. Very nice evening. A strong recommendation from us! -Marjukka

Beatrice was a wonderful Cesarine host and a patient, engaging, and informative instructor. Our lesson and homemade meal with Beatrice was a highlight of our family trip to Italy. Beatrice went out of her way to provide alternatives to accommodate my son's milk allergy without compromising the quality or authenticity of the meal. We all very much appreciated Beatrice's warm, encouraging, and clear teaching style. We highly recommend the Cesarine Lake Como cooking class by Beatrice. We enjoyed the experience immensely!

Carolina and Simona were amazing and kind hosts, we made fresh pasta, gnocchi and tiramisu, it was fun and everything tasted great.

AMAZING CLASS!! This was the highlight of our girls trip to Lake Como. We were hosted by Sara who did an incredible job teaching us and welcoming us into her home. Beautiful home and such a sweet person. The food was incredible and we had such a great time making it and enjoying some snacks and wine. Would 100% recommend doing this.

What an incredible experience! From the amazing view of Lake Como we enjoyed from Vincenzo's balcony to the scrumptious meal we helped to prepare (we made two different types of pasta that Vincenzo turned into dishes that delighted our tastebuds! and tiramisu!), our time in his kitchen was the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful part of the country. We even left with instructions on how to make the lemoncello back home in the states - he served this to us as a final treat for the evening. Salute!

Carolina and Simona were truly welcoming hosts. They were warm and very competent cooks. We loved being in an authentic family home learning authentic Italian cuisine from that region. It was delicious and not too tricky to replicate. I would recommend that they prepare a printed version of the recipe for the guests because we all want to be able to reproduce what they made simply. Or they could email it with precise proportions. My family and I had a wonderful time and we recommend it 100%!

This cooking class was our favorite part of our trip to Como. Amazing food, great conversation, and beautiful views. We had so much fun making the tiramisu and tagliatelle with Ana Maria. Would highly recommend this experience!

Sara was a complete superstar. My teenage boys and I loved our cooking and dining experience and Sara was an excellent teacher and host. She coped well with a group with differing ages and abilities and the food was delicious. Her apartment is beautiful. It’s is spacious light and very clean. My boys enjoyed the bonus of table football and eating outside on her terrace with its fragrant herb garden was so special.

The resort at sterling lake kodai is just the place to chill and relax with your family. The weather was awesome.... The ambience of the resort was very good, the garden and outdoors maintained very well and clean. Kid friendly zones available to keep them well occupied. The food at the resort was excellent. Chef Asan took care personally of our food choice and prepared every meal to perfection. Well done Chef Asan. The rooms were spacious and clean and the stay a very pleasant one. Thank you all at sterling lake.

Amazing class with Sara! It was so lovely being in her chic home and learning from her about cooking AND Como. She was very knowledgeable and food was delicious! In three hours we made roasted tomato and eggplant appetizers, ravioli, and tiramisu!

I would rate this experience 10 stars if I would! The cooking class was incredibly easy to follow as Carolina and Simona are great teachers. Their family is extremely friendly and amazing people. They picked us up from Como Historic district, took us to their beautiful home, and taught us how to make an incredible dish & dessert. Carolina also made us a surprise and it was one of the best things I've had in all of Europe! Highly highly reccomend taking their class.

We had a wonderful time with Carolina and Simona! They were gracious hosts and provided a great experience in pasta making and Italian culture. It was one of the highlights of our trip! This is a must do activity if you are visiting the Como area!!!
