Return details- Ristorante Imperialino, Via Regina, 26, 22010 Moltrasio CO, Italy The tour ends at the restaurant in Moltrasio, about 25 minutes drive from Como. The Restaurant will be glad to arrange a taxi on request for the return journey to your hotel. (The approximately cost for a taxi transfer Moltrasio/Como is Euro 35).

Got off to a bit of a bumpy start as we got stuck in bad traffic on the way to Como. Laura was exceptional in communicating and accommodating our tardiness. She provided an alternate pick up and redirected our boat pilot, Claudia, to the new location. We were fortunate to have been the only couple on the tour this evening so the delay was not impactful to a larger group. Once underway, the cruise was exceptional. Claudia was very knowledgeable of the notable villas and other locations on the lake. The weather was perfect and we took in a beautiful sunset and spectacular views of the villas and surrounding mountains.
Claudia then dropped us at Ristorante Imperialino for a fabulous, upscale dinner. The staff at Ristorante Imperialino was first rate--attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. A truly exquisite dining experience.
The entire tour was wonderful and I would recommend if you're in Como.
Please note, however, that the tour does NOT come full circle. The boat picks you up in the town of Como and leaves you at Ristorante Imperialino in Maltrasio--a good half hour away by car. I was not aware of this and it did create some logistical challenges the next day. Fortunately we were staying a mere 0.5 km from the restaurant so were able to walk back that evening but needed to get a taxi the next day to retrieve our automobile. This logistical glitch is the reason for only 4 out 5 rating. If the boat took us back to the pier after dinner this would be 5 out of 5.
