Phenomenal experience and very welcoming host. We wined, dined and ate tiramisu and pasta. Thankful she was so patient as a teacher

My boyfriend and I booked this experience not knowing what to expect but saw that it had brilliant reviews. We were slightly late arriving and greeted by Luca who instantly put us at ease. Patrizia guided us through the tiramisu and pasta making, we both were made to feel completely at home and had plenty of laughs along the way. Not only are Patrizia and Luca hosting a truly brilliant experience (way beyond our expectations) but they are lovely people. It was a pleasure meeting them both. I would honestly recommend to anyone whether going alone or in a group, of any age.

This class was the best part of out trip to Lake Como. The food was amazing and the view from Patrizia's home near Bellano was spectacular. There was plenty of advance communication from Cesarine about the menu (we wanted vegetarian) and the location. The small group made it possible to really learn about making pasta and tiramisu. I can't wait to try the recipes again!

Fabulous experience! Patrizia and her husband Luca are warm and engaging and gave us a wonderful introduction to Italian cuisine. With their instruction and extras we created a sumptuous meal- one that fed our hearts as well as our stomachs. And it was easy to get to their home- just a train ride from Milan and then Patrizia helped us contact a local driver to take us the additional 10min drive up into the mountain. The view of Lake Como amazing, the experience memorable!

Our cooking experience with Sandra was AMAZING! She explained each step and helped when needed. We loved learning about her personal story and hearing about her family farm. Her house was welcoming and a great vibe for a personal cooking class. We would recommend Sandra to everyone! Such a great way to spend an evening in Milan.

This small group cooking class was magical! It was everything we wanted! With fresh pasta, tiramisu, appetizers, incredible hosts and all you can drink wine, I could not have asked for more. I will note that this class is in the city of Belano, not Varenna, so be prepared to take a 20-30 minute taxi to this destination if you do not have your own car.

Our host Patrizia was absolutely wonderful. We went to an evening cooking class on my birthday and had the best time drinking wine and learning how to make pasta, focaccia, and tiramisu. The ingredients were fresh and the recipes were simple enough to follow along! If you want to experience authentic home cooking that you can carry with you the rest of your life, this class is a must.

We had a wonderful evening with Patrizia and Luca. We were warmly welcomed and shown around the house. The hosts and the house made us feel at home. There were appetizers, 2 main courses, drinks and much more. Patrizia helped us with the cooking and patiently explained what we needed to do and how. Luca entertained us with stories about the area, the culture and other exciting stories. The food and the conversations were great. We would highly recommend anyone to book this experience. Our cooking class in Milan was better than we could have imagined! Antonio and Silvia welcomed us into their beautiful home and offered us a custom pasta and tiramisu experience we will never forget ❤️ They took us through step by step, with details about their Italian receipts and roots and many stories and laughs along the way. I am gluten free and they were wonderful with the accommodations to ensure I could still enjoy the experience alongside everyone else. We cannot recommend them enough!!! Book your class with these two, you won’t regret it :)

We loved our experience! Giuliana was a great host. We felt like a part of her family. We can’t wait to receive the recipes and try making the ravioli, fettuccine and tiramisu in our home. This was a highlight of our trip to Italy.

Our time with Patrizia was amazing. She is warm, welcoming, and an excellent teacher — the meal was delicious, and we can’t wait to re-create it at home. Even if it seems like her beautiful home might be a bit out of the way, it’s certainly worth the trip! She’s very responsive on WhatsApp and helped us with information regarding parking and directions which made it very easy to find, so we could focus on enjoying our experience.

Highlight of our trip to Italy. Loved seeing the market and getting tips on purchasing meat, cheese and pasta. Enrico and his wife were such a delight! The food (fresh homemade pasta to tiramisu) and the hospitality was awesome!! Highly recommend this experience.

Our cooking class hosted by Patrizia and Luca was absolutely wonderful! Upon arriving we were warmly welcomed into their charming mountainside home. After taking in the view and exploring the garden, we headed up to the cozy kitchen, which fit our family of 8. While we’ve attempted homemade pasta on our own before, learning from Patrizia and Luca unlocked the world of elevated Italian home cooking; the art of tiramisu, tortelloni and tagliatelle. Patrizia’s bolognese was out of this world, and had been simmering long before we arrived. While eating and chatting, we learned even more about local cuisines and the area. This was one of our favorite nights of our vacation. Thank you Patrizia and Luca for opening your home to us!
