About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Justin S0 contributionsBeautiful Lake ComoFirstly, a good tour starts with easy access, clear communication and punctuality. We were picked up on time and our tour began, with Monica as our guide, nothing en route was missed in terms of clear and interesting commentary. Being the off season, our group was small and intimate so access to the wealth of knowledge that our guide could offer was easy. Every aspect of this tour was enjoyable, especially the boat tours and the village of Bellagio and city of Como. I would highly recommend this tour, many thanks Monica.Written February 11, 2025
- L2210TBmarkc0 contributionsMSC Excursion to PortofinoIt was a beautiful day with sunshine in January. We took the 50 minute bus trip from the Genoa port to Camogli. we stopped outside the city and walked down for about 20 minutes to the port in Camolgi. We had about one hour to visit shops and sight see. We then board a bot to Portofino, quite crowded with 6 bus full of tourists on the one boat. We sat in the stern to get some better pictures, everyone rushed to the top deck. We traveled along the coast and slowed down to see Abbazia di San Fruttuoso. We did not stop and went on to Portofino. Everyone had 2 hours to sight see, we decided for a lunch along the water. After that, we took the boat to Santa Margherita Ligure. Again about 45 minutes of sightseeing and then the 50 minute trip back to the boat by bus.Written February 2, 2025
- Z1299UWerikac0 contributionsAmazing views. Poor customer service and communication! The whole trip was fantastic and beautiful. But there was no communication on how to get to the meeting point. They never told us a bus would be waiting outside. We called customer service multiple times to try and find the bus before it left and customer service was rude and hung up on us. Other than that, the trip was beautiful.Written January 14, 2025
- bamafan20160 contributionsGreat half day tour!Massimo led our tour and did a fantastic job. He kept the tour on time, had lots of intriguing insights about the opera house, the duomo, and the last supper. Clearly well informed and excited to share his knowledge. The last supper was quite the finale to this great tour!Written January 9, 2025
- Katherine F0 contributionsBeautiful scenery, great first stop to get croissant and espresso. Shame noting was open in St Moritz but wouldn’t buy rGreat 1st stop; great scenery—beautiful day, got great pictures. St Moritz was pretty although no shops were open on Xmas Day. Speaker was very good.Written December 28, 2024
- N6147UZevec0 contributionsNorwegian cruise to GenoaThe rickshaw driver was excellent. Touring Columbus house was an event. The historical stories of church of Magdalena was fascinating. He took us to eat delicacies like farinata, that is a must and crave it foreverWritten December 26, 2024
- elena008740 contributionsSwiss day tripI apologise if I misspelled our guide name , I believe the lady’s name was Michaela. Her and the bus driver were both able to provide us an unforgettable experience. Our guide made the entire journey quite joyful, she provided us with useful detailed information and tips, made the entire journey so enjoyable. We were blessed with a beautiful sunny weather , surrounded by the scenic snow and views , both from Italian and Swiss sides. The train experience was truly amazing , although we were on the original train, we were grateful to be sat next to the window and a heated radiator , the entire atmosphere was so cozy. To the bus driver , thank you for keeping us safe , as some of the roads appeared to be really narrow and challenging. Will look forward to have new experiences with you in the future.Written December 21, 2024
- stephens4730 contributionsGood ValueFirst of all this was a very cheap boat cruise so value for money was excellent . It lasts about 55 minutes and you go up and down the canal and also into the basin . Great opportunities to take videos and photos of this beautiful area. However the crew were extremely miserable , barely spoke and obviously wished they were somewhere else. The commentary was patchy but at least the boat was heated. I would recommend purely for the fact yo got to see a lot of the local area for £15.00Written December 18, 2024
- lindseynic890 contributionsTour guide made this tour amazing. We had a great time with our tour guide Monica. She was helpful, knowledgeable and really funny! She gave us great information along the bus ride to St. Moritz as well as on the train. She told us when to get the cameras ready for the amazing views and great camera shots.Written December 13, 2024
- 652graham0 contributionsDecember 24 tripThe train trip was from StMoritz and we started in snow watching x-country skiers adjacent to the track. Train then started the climb from about 2000m to 3000m and the scenery became whiter. In the train it was very warm and many windows were opened to aide photos. After about 90 mins then descent starter into greener valleys. After about 150mins we were at the end of the line. The scenery was spectacular and would not hesitate on doing again. In winter again or summer. Recommend.........Written December 5, 2024
- kingsleyc4300 contributionsA Magical Alpine AdventureThe Swiss Alps Bernina Red Train and St. Moritz Tour from Milan is a breathtaking experience that combines the charm of the Swiss Alps with the luxury of St. Moritz. This full-day excursion is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a memorable adventure. The highlight of the tour is definitely the Bernina Express. The journey takes you through some of the most stunning landscapes in the world, including alpine meadows, glacial lakes, and snow-capped peaks. The train's panoramic windows ensure that you don’t miss a single view, making every moment photo-worthy. The climb to the Bernina Pass is particularly awe-inspiring. After the scenic train ride, you arrive in St. Moritz, one of Switzerland’s most glamorous resorts. Here, you’ll have time to explore the town, known for its luxury boutiques, elegant cafes, and beautiful lake. A walk along Lake St. Moritz offers stunning views, and if time permits, visiting the famous Hanselmann café for a hot chocolate is a must.Written December 1, 2024
- Francisco L0 contributionsTour doesn't follow the scheduleWe didn't have time to visit da Vinci's Last Supper as the tour doesn't end at the specified time listed in the description. We planed our itinerary around the their times listed for each experience. The end time listed in the description corresponds to when you will visit to see the Vinci's last supper, not the actual end time. The description needs to specifically state when everything will end. The tour guide was also not knowledgeable and it was hard to understand. The 3 hour and 30 minute experience, includes 1-hour of free time of doing nothing. Please save your money and buy your tickets directly from the museum!!!Written November 22, 2024
- Trail415686995790 contributionsMinimalistic .....We really found this trip to be the most basic trip of our whole trip. Despite being an english guided tour, the guide (Veronica) gave next to no insight, english was horrible. Rushed the group and at the end of the train ride, accidentily split us (& a few others) from the gorup and we alsmost got left behind as we didn't know where she went (Yes, I just said I couldn't find a big bus, but it was a large station & not native). More details on Viator.Written November 22, 2024

- Dream095555373570 contributionsGreat introduction to MilanGreat way to get an introduction to the city! I did this on my first full day in Milan and it was a great way to get a lay of the land while seeing the notable sites of the Duomo, la Scala, and the Last Supper. There is a short bus ride on a double-decker which passes through the swanky area and a great way to see all the shop windows. The tour guide was perfect, he gave many recommendations on what to explore after the tour. And the Last Supper experience was amazing, I really enjoyed this whole excursion.Written November 16, 2024

We enjoyed our day trip to Venice!! Wish our guide would have explained the gondola situation a little more in depth but it turned out to be another amazing experience. We do wish we had more free time to explore, experience and shop. The guides should consider wait times to go into places. You won’t be allowed to enter the church if you have on shorts and the wait time is at least 45 mins.

I loved this experience so much. Our bus driver and tour guide were the best! They wrapped the tour up to be around an hour instead of 2 hours to give us more time to roam around and enjoy ourselves. The absolute best trip and money spent !! I loved it so much !!!!!

The trip experience was average. The coach journey was smooth and plenty of stop offs to go to the toilet etc. The tour guide was very unfriendly. Had to pay €25 per person for the gondola boat ride. Not much time in Venice, had about 2 hours of free time all together. If I had known this, I would have independently went to Venice and explored myself.

I was picked up on my own from Bergamo Railway Station. Then out to meet a coach that was coming from Milan. It takes a couple of hours to get to Venice. You have a short stop on the way, to use the restrooms and grab a coffee. On arriving into Venice, you head to a boat that takes you over to St Marc's Square. We had a amazing tour guide, I forget her name unfortunately. You are given a radio so you can hear her as you walk round. We met up with another lady who lives in Venice. She gave us a short walk round and we went to see glass being made. After we was free for a few hours to ourselves and met up later to go back on the boat and home.

It's easy to take a quick day trip to Bergamo from Venice via train - and well worth it. Focus on the Citta Alta for authentic Italian cuisine and shops.
