  • Due to security reasons all of the private drivers are not allowed to enter the restricted area, and meet you at the bottom of your ship gangway. You must catch the free shuttle bus, right in front of the ship. The ride is very short approx 2 minutes (this is just to bring cruisers outside of the restricted area) Your driver will be waiting for you, where the shuttle will drop you off, holding a sign with your name on it.

Where to begin.....?
First, let me say that booking a shore excursion with Prestige Rent is the best thing I did so far on this vacation! From beginning to end the communication with Michela was entirely professional and seamless. With 17 passengers ranging in age from 3 years to 85 years there was always going to be some challenges, but in the end it went perfectly.
The vehicle was spotlessly clean and arrived in La Spezia 5 mins early. Pick up went smoothly as we were introduced to our driver, Stefano. The next 6 plus hours we were looked after like royalty and we now have a friend for life. We learned things about wine, olive oil and life in Tuscany that we will never forget. We can’t wait to return to Lucca in particular as a smaller group to see the things we had to miss as a larger group. I can guarantee we will use Prestige Rent, and Stefano, if possible, to do that. We have full confidence in recommending this company and Stefano for any tours or transfers in Italy.

Fantastic Tours

We booked a tour with Prestige Rent in Florence, Rome, and Naples. All three were great. The vehicles were top notch, and the drivers were knowledgeable and friendly. They shared tons of info about the area and Italy in general. They found us great local places to eat and enjoy the culture. Leo in Florence, Vladi in Rome, and Mario in Naples all made our trip so special. It was our first time in Italy, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone going to Italy.
