About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 652graham0 contributionsDecember 24 tripThe train trip was from StMoritz and we started in snow watching x-country skiers adjacent to the track. Train then started the climb from about 2000m to 3000m and the scenery became whiter. In the train it was very warm and many windows were opened to aide photos. After about 90 mins then descent starter into greener valleys. After about 150mins we were at the end of the line. The scenery was spectacular and would not hesitate on doing again. In winter again or summer. Recommend.........Written December 5, 2024
- kingsleyc4300 contributionsA Magical Alpine AdventureThe Swiss Alps Bernina Red Train and St. Moritz Tour from Milan is a breathtaking experience that combines the charm of the Swiss Alps with the luxury of St. Moritz. This full-day excursion is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a memorable adventure. The highlight of the tour is definitely the Bernina Express. The journey takes you through some of the most stunning landscapes in the world, including alpine meadows, glacial lakes, and snow-capped peaks. The train's panoramic windows ensure that you don’t miss a single view, making every moment photo-worthy. The climb to the Bernina Pass is particularly awe-inspiring. After the scenic train ride, you arrive in St. Moritz, one of Switzerland’s most glamorous resorts. Here, you’ll have time to explore the town, known for its luxury boutiques, elegant cafes, and beautiful lake. A walk along Lake St. Moritz offers stunning views, and if time permits, visiting the famous Hanselmann café for a hot chocolate is a must.Written December 1, 2024
- Francisco L0 contributionsTour doesn't follow the scheduleWe didn't have time to visit da Vinci's Last Supper as the tour doesn't end at the specified time listed in the description. We planed our itinerary around the their times listed for each experience. The end time listed in the description corresponds to when you will visit to see the Vinci's last supper, not the actual end time. The description needs to specifically state when everything will end. The tour guide was also not knowledgeable and it was hard to understand. The 3 hour and 30 minute experience, includes 1-hour of free time of doing nothing. Please save your money and buy your tickets directly from the museum!!!Written November 22, 2024
- Trail415686995790 contributionsMinimalistic .....We really found this trip to be the most basic trip of our whole trip. Despite being an english guided tour, the guide (Veronica) gave next to no insight, english was horrible. Rushed the group and at the end of the train ride, accidentily split us (& a few others) from the gorup and we alsmost got left behind as we didn't know where she went (Yes, I just said I couldn't find a big bus, but it was a large station & not native). - Dream095555373570 contributionsGreat introduction to MilanGreat way to get an introduction to the city! I did this on my first full day in Milan and it was a great way to get a lay of the land while seeing the notable sites of the Duomo, la Scala, and the Last Supper. There is a short bus ride on a double-decker which passes through the swanky area and a great way to see all the shop windows. The tour guide was perfect, he gave many recommendations on what to explore after the tour. And the Last Supper experience was amazing, I really enjoyed this whole excursion.Written November 16, 2024
- SiphiweM300 contributionsExcellentThis trip was awesome. I was worried about the amount of time spent in the bus, but it was not an issue. The drive was scenic, and the guide shared knowledge along the way. We also had enough time to explore St Moritz before boarding the train. Really enjoyed it and would recommend itWritten November 15, 2024
- lauralO1579MX0 contributionsBernina ExpressHajo, our tour guide, was very passionate with her work. She provided us with valuable experience. The view from the train ride and the crisp air from the Swiss Alps was well worth this trip.Written November 12, 2024
- 536lesliew0 contributionsBoat trip. Don’t select the optional food or drink. This is just a nice boat ride down the canals in the area Friendly staff while you wait to get on but Under no circumstances should you waste your money in the optional food and drinks. For $20 euros you’ll get cold 1 by 1 inch cold pizza and a watered down drink or wine. One drink. Just get on the boat and enjoy yourself. Eat and drink before or after.Written November 10, 2024
- Sherif E0 contributionsWorst trip and worst organizing everThe organizer was rude and she did not care go contact me at all until i called her at 7:20 before the trip starts and she said one thing big white apple big white apple I tried to follow the pin on the app but they but it wrong and they caused me to lose my trip, i was inly visiting milan for 2 days And finally charged me with 160ÂŁ and they told me they can not refund me. This is one of the worst exoerience ever, i had the day earlier a trip to bernina lake it was amazing and good coordination and people were following up and it was the best, i recommend never taking it ever or seek a good and respectful companyWritten November 7, 2024
- B9514AVpaulw0 contributionsDisgraceful behaviour from Inter StaffIf you are from an opposing Football team you should boycott this club they treat people so badly and herded people into a pen trying to create a crush effect like the tragic Hillsborough disaster.Written November 6, 2024
- josephlT3314WD0 contributionsGenerally good but could have been betterThe tour was generally good. After visiting Bellagio, the long drive going all around the lake to Lake Como was uneventful and generally boring. I would have preferred a shorter drive and more time in Bellagio and Como, or perhaps taking a boat from one to the other. Especially for slower walkers, there just wasn't enough time on our own.Written November 5, 2024
- X2649SXshannonb0 contributionsVenice day trip from MilanAn amazing and fabulous coordinated day. Najma was patient, organised and extremely friendly. She navigated all transport with ease from her local knowledge. The day was stress free and memorable. Fantastic tour company, cant recommend highly enough. Thank you Najma!Written November 5, 2024
- gunnelj20170 contributionsVeniceMy day trip to Venice was truly unforgettable! The experience was so well-organized, making everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Our guide, Maurizio, was fantastic—his knowledge and passion for Venice’s culture and history brought the city to life, and his friendly approach made everyone feel welcome. We started the day with a bus journey toward Venice, with a breakfast stop at Autogrill. The coffee and pastries there were just what we needed to start the day energized and ready to explore. A highlight of the day was our visit to Murano, where we witnessed the age-old art of glassblowing.I n the afternoon, we had some free time to explore the city on our own and go for a ride with a gondol. After reuniting with the group, we headed back on the bus, stopping again at Autogrill for a relaxed dinnerWritten November 3, 2024
- Maria L0 contributionsSpectacular viewsOur guide Lina was very good. She suggested a nice restaurant for our lunch in St Moritz and also where to do some shopping. Our train ride took us thru some of the most spectacular scenery. It was a long day but well worth itWritten October 25, 2024

We left Genoa 30 minutes late. We waited for a bus coming from Milan with other tourists, after which we went to explore Genoa by bus but also walking . I really liked the guide who introduced Genoa. After Genoa there was a bus ride to Santa Margherita, the guide who came from Milan remained to introduce, her English was not very good and she didn't seem to know everything she was trying to describe, at the stop in Santa Margherita she explained to us in bus the instructions for what was going to happen in the next few hours. It was raining outside, clearly we had to go out with the child and sit in the torrential rain because she wanted to explain everything again. This really annoyed me, it seemed to me that she behaved very rude , not everyone had an umbrella like her. This totally disappointed me.

The tour guide Antonella was humorous and very knowledgeable about Genoa, however there were about 30 ppl in the tour and the use of headphones and microphone did not work. Unless your proximity to the tour guide was within 2 feet the connection cut out and we missed 3/4 of what she was saying. It was a Shame bc she was great, but we did not learn much about Genoa bc we couldn’t hear her. If you are looking for transportation to Santa margherita and Portofino I guess it’s good, but such limited time in both places and then just provided a ferry ticket for a 1 hour 40 min ride back to Genoa without enough time to really explore Portofino. Other tours are more expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

The tour was very informative. We got to walk around Genoa and learn all about its history. We then took a bus ride to St Margharita Ligure and had some lunch there and got to explore the beautiful beachside town. In total we had about 2 hours of free time here. Then, from there, we took a ferry to Portofino. Portofino is incredible but the only thing I would say is that I wish we got more free time in Portofino. We only had about 1.15minutes. I think 2 hours would have been nice. Otherwise, it is a great tour.

Most amazing and beautiful experience I’ve had in Italy. The local guid explained the history behind everything then gave the group time to split up and individually experience the culture and sights. I would highly recommend this trip, it’s unbelievably affordable for everything packed into the days itinerary.

Honestly this tour was a waste of time. The tour is combined with a group from Milan and as a result the bus arrived late to pick us up. After a short bus trip we walked around the city for about 30 minutes and then stopped for free time of 20 minutes then waited around for another 30 minutes until the bus turned up. We arrived at Santa Margherita Ligure where we had around an hour of free time, but really it ended up being 20 minutes because by the time you find somewhere to have lunch, order and eat there goes 40 minutes. Again once we were back at the meeting point we waited around for 20 minutes for no reason that we could understand. From there we took the ferry to Portofino whereby we were given 40 minutes free time which was just enough to run through the town, line up for an ice cream and get back to the meeting point where by we waited around for another 20-30 minutes for the boat to arrive.
This was the point was where the frustration hit a tipping point, the people who were collected from Genoa were supposed to take the Ferry back to Genoa from Portofino, not to Santa Margherita, however, when we disembarked from the bus at Santa Margherita everyone was told it was ok to leave our bags on the bus, so we (the group members from Genoa) did too. The tour guide then said (when we were at Portofino waiting for the ferry) that we were not going with the group back to Santa Margherita but instead Genoa, however our belongings were on the bus. So in the end we went back to Santa Margherita with the rest of the group whereby we were told that we would have to find our own way back to Genoa which was by train. We were told that we would be reimbursed for the train costs, however after following up with the email address and phone number given to us, no funds have been reimbursed and no reply to my emails has been given.
So long story short, don't bother paying for this tour, instead purchase a train ticket from Genoa station to Santa Margarita Ligure station which will cost 10 Euro (or free if you have the Eurail pass) and then purchase a return ferry ticket from Santa Margherita to Portofino for about 16 euro or a ferry ticket from Portofino to Genoa Euro and actually enjoy your time and not have to wait around for no reason.

Excellent use of time. Genoa guide was excellent giving a rich overview of Genoa’s history. Tour was a great way to identify which areas and places t come back to visit in the following days. Tour guide also provided colorful highlights of Genoa’s culture.

Wished we could have stayed more than 1 day! Such a nice town. We were on a cruise and only had 1 day to get around and see the many things.
