Lisa did a wonderful job teaching us about the cheese and ham. The tour was fun and a highlight of our trip to Italy. Would recommend this tour to anyone and Lisa was a fabulous guide.

I had the tour on a Sunday, and no one else had signed up. So they were flexible with me. I had the impression that this might not always be the case. BUT...this is Portugal. Very relaxed. Let them know what you need.
