Great tour of the major sites of Bologna. Our Guide Alex was very informative on the history and culture in Bologna. We need a 3 hour tour which was sufficient to see the sites.

Although it was a rare rainy day in Bologna, Alex helped us make the best of our walking tour with plenty of interesting information and a very pleasant attitude and personality. Before the tour we were asked to complete a questionnaire about our interests and so the tour was perfectly tailored to our interests. Alex also offered helpful suggestions for restaurants.

I enjoyed my walk with Claudio. He is knowledgable and loves the city. Claudio's English is excellent. I am preparing to return in September next year with a group and I needed to have a better familiarity with Bologna. I learned many new things: history of the city, canals beneath the city, university of Bologna, great restaurants and cafe's. We really enjoyed our walking tour with Claudio. He was charming and took us on an informative and interesting tour through the centre of Bologna. He took the time to personalise the tour to our interest and even sent me further information of interest the following day which was very thoughtful.

My wife and I wanted to start our Bologna visit with a walking tour to get oriented in the city. We signed up with Viator for a 3 hour walking tour. Claudio confirmed our visit a week earlier and meeting point . Right on time Claudio met us and having asked us earlier what we were interested in , he had a game plan. We saw popular points of interest while Claudio explained some historical and cultural things about Bologna. Very knowledgeable and super comfortable to be with for 3 hours. My wife felt really at ease as did I . We felt like a friend was showing us around town . 5 stars for sure. ( gave us restaurant tip where we ate lunch after the tour at a local not tourist restaurant) . Great way to start our Bolgna experience.

Our guide, Nicola was wonderful. He provided us with a very comprehensive tour, which included out perso al preferences. His answers to our questions were excellent and he also sent us links and videos to further explain. He was very personable and dun! Grazie mille, Nixola!

Chiara was a great guide. Super friendly, very knowledgeable. The three hour tour was packed with all of Bologna’s “secrets”, a quick stop for a coffee, and stops at beautiful churches and other historic buildings. We booked the tour in English, but opted to do it mostly in Italian, and Chiara explained things in English when we needed some extra help.

I got so much from my tour of Bologna with Gabriele this morning. He seemed to know everything there was to know about Bologna, particularly regarding its architecture and history. Gabriele was mindful to keep things at a pace I was comfortable with and made sure he left me at the perfect lunch spot. Thank you so much!

Got a great tour. Tour was 3 hours and we were tired. We personally could have done with a 2 hour one instead since we were tired.

Andrea was a congenial and knowledgeable young guide who my young adult kids could relate to. He adapted to our pace and interests and kept us in the shade. And he was "unscripted" and conversational, true to the company's name.

Nicola was a very good guide, attentive to our interests. He was knowledgeable in history, architecture and art and we enjoyed his company very much.
