While our guide was lovely and knowledgeable and made numerous stops to talk about the sights, I felt the city itself is not conducive to doing a bike tour. It is crowded with pedestrians, cars and motorcycles and difficult to look around fully appreciate your surroundings while

We did the 2 hour tour. Have done tours in cities all over. In Bologna its people rather than cars that are the problem. Its still a great way to get a handleon a place & see how everything fits together. The guide was excellent with lots of context. A no brainer. Just do it :)

In a town that might be comparatively limited in things to see this tour was welcome. A very informative and enthusiastic guide (can't remember his name but he is an actor!) who was great. Definitely filled in some hours productively.

Only 8 of us in the tour. Done a few of these types of tours which I find are great to orientate yourselves round a city. This one was no exception and our guide was knowledgable friendly. Loved the tour, my only suggestion would be a break for drinks as it was baking hot.
