Worst service ever ! Idc if im a savage but… it says mobile tickets accepted .. so paid $30 for 2 adults thinking that we had special access plus could skip the line just using my phone to show tix… . Did not find out that we needed physical tix till day before… they asked for where we staying so I sent them 2 emails with our hotel address… never got back to me… it was out last day in rome so we went without the tickets… was free entry and only waited for 30 min and got in easy as that. One day later they showed up at hotel 🥲🥲🥲🥲
