Awesome tour!

Mr. Bernardi is a knowledgable. professional,and enthusiastic tour guide.
He explains in a remarkable way the story behind the Sistine Chapel's stunning ceiling, sharing details and facts going along with everything.
During the "walk" my attention and interest were highly engaged throughout the virtual tour which allowed me to view the beauty of the paintings up close.
It blew my mind!
I highly suggest this virtual tour. It is a MUST.

We had an excellent experience with Mario as our guide for two tours in Rome: a tour of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel as well as a tour of the Colosseum and Forum Romanum. He is super knowledgable, excellent at putting events or buildings into their historical context and a very nice person to tour Rome with. Both tours were very engaging -- for us adults as well as for our children (aged 10 and 12). We learned so much about Rome and it was entertaining at the same time.

Mario Bernardi and The Grand Tour Europe are consumately professional

I had the pleasure of a virtual tour with Mario Bernardi, who was one of the best guides I've ever experienced. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, information, educational, passionate, inspiring, charming and the time just flew by. I learned a lot about this magnificent creation and can't wait to visit it again in person. It was a very special virtual visit.

I attended few of quarantine talks and virtual visits. Brilliant,instructive, funny, exciting, passionate, inspiring, just to mention few adjectives.
Mario is such a mix of academic background, love for funny details, philosophical insights and friendly feeling that you hardly may figure out a better way to spend your time while in quarantine.

Our last day in Italy the Vatican was the most amazing day of our 2 week trip.We will always remember how much we enjoyed the tour. We had my 88 yr old mother and Mario took great care to make sure her trip was unforgettable.

Mario is amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have worked with him personally and also professionally. I send my clients to him for any and all tours in Rome. He arranged touring for us in Milan and Lake Como that were both fabulous. Whatever you needs might be in Italy, Mario is the one to contact. Grazie mille.
