We booked the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill and access to the Arena for €150 and we booked it on time. However, 3 days before we had to go there, they called us saying they cancelled our booking because they had no availability left? Which is not a fair reason at all, since I reserved it and paid for it on time.. They said they could only keep the same date if we wouldn’t go to the arena anymore, but I knew my boyfriend really wanted it, so I said: No, we booked the Arena, we really want it. Then they said they could only keep our complete reservation if we would move it to a different date. We were sad with this, since we had a tight schedule. But we had no other option if we wanted to see everything that we paid for. We decided we don’t want to make a fuss, we’ll try the new date. But.. if we wanted to be in Rome on time on that date, we had to store our 2 big suitcases somewhere because our hotel check-in wasn’t until later. We called En Rome and asked if they could move the time of the tour to later in the day, but he immediately told us no. We understood, so we asked that: (because they messed with our reservation and because we didn’t get mad) they could at least help us find a place to store the luggage. He told us 4 more times that they couldn’t move the time which was not what we asked. He was not listening. Finally after discussion, he sent us a luggage storage. We booked it. But then 30 mins later he messaged us that they can move the time after all???! Luckily the storage place wanted to make an exception and refund our storage reservation… But if not we would have lost more money because he did not look or listen! Then since our tight schedule, and very slow traffic in Rome.. We missed our tour on the new date they gave us. Because yeah.. We had a lot of things planned already, this didn’t fit in between but we had no other choice but to try. I called them, told them we were running late but they couldn’t do anything about it. We understand not wanting to let the rest of the group wait, so it was not about being late. It’s our frustration with cancelling our original date which we booked on time. And then also not meeting us halfway or listening to us. Very sad to deal with on our trip.

This company scammed me and my sister on a transfer from the port of Civitavecchia to Rome. The driver demanded cash payment saying he has not been paid. Then the company charged my credit card which I used to make the reservation. I called and they said not to worry but they never return the money.

The underground of the Coliseum, Forum and Palartine tour was exceptional not only because these places are overwhelming but because our extraordinary guide Silvia. She knows everything about Rome and its history and she knows how to explain it in a very funny and instructive way. Thank you Silvia. An unforgettable experience

It was organized and descriptive. Natalia was very good and super nice. She is very knowledgeable and made it a great tour. There's a lot of people visiting but we were able to stay with the group. You get a ear piece so you can here the guide better. At the end, you can explore the st. Peter's basilica on your own time. It was beautiful. Loved that this was in spanish so my relatives could understand. Definitely recommend!

Our guide was very knowledgeable, and caring. She provide us data that is not easily found. Our group was made up of families or couples with young teenagers and she anticipated our needs for rest, shade or water. An excellent and highly recommended guide with a fluent command of Spanish.

Fabio was a great tour guy , made it a great experience for alll. Highly recommended, from the moment we arrived he was outgoing, very entertaining, gave us tips for good spots for pictures

We are a four people group visiting Rome. We book a coliseum tour on line, but we found nobody at The meeting point. We called the office but their answer didn’t work to find The tour operator. They keep The Money but dont maje The service. It is a real cheat

I did the Forum, Colosseum and Palatine tour on March 31st. Marita, the guide, made me feel very welcomed and she managed to capture my interest from the beginning. We barely had to queue, even though it was during the Easter holidays! Very punctual and professional, good value for money, I'm looking forward to repeating. Totally recommend them!

You pay for a guided visit with no lines, that's what the offer says. Guid tour ok. Tours of Palatino of 40 minutes. It seems the entrance to Colisseum will take us more than 1h. Not worthy at all. Just book tickets online and buy a good guidebook!
