    Great tour of the Catacombs
Excellent tour! The bus driver, Alessandro, and his commentary to and from the Catacombs, was a big additional bonus to the overall experience!

    Fast and smooth 😎
The visit was very enjoyable, nice to see that the family has open to us normal people. With nice hostesses that welcome you at the entrance

Brilliant tour made better by Alessandro!
We had a fantastic time on this tour, you are taken by bus outside of the city but given a fantastic tour guide by Alessandro who is from Rome and showed us his favourite parts with great passion and love for his city! The catacombs tour was brilliant and a must do!

    Good experience
Wonderful tour and tour driver. Alessandro did this with all his heart. The small city insiders were interesting to listen to.

Great place, skip the line is totally worth it, audio guide was a disappointment.
An amazing building with loads of history! Skip the line ticket was worth every cent. The normal cues stretched for miles! The app kept crashing between every selection and lots of the information was repeated. It really needs a review.

    Waste of money.
Absolutely not worth the money, the group was 17 people plus the guide, not the advertised 12. There was limited information, and it was rushed... Some of which wasn't the guides fault as the museum was too full, so we were diverted. Obviously there's a lot to see, but it really felt like we almost ran through it, and whilst there was some information on the statues, paintings and other exhibits were hugely missed. No time to stop at any point...keep walking. Even the incredible view of Rome, was said as we were being moved on.  The only two good things were the information on the paintings for the Sistine chapel, the detail for this was great, and getting us into the Basilica. Avoid this tour.

    Waste
The women in the front desk was nice, but they left us with no type of direction on how to navigate the palace. In addition, when we were almost done (two rooms left), one of the women rushed us out with an hour left and told us to leave a review. Don’t waste your time/money. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but from someone who travels to another country and books tickets in advance there should be some type of rapport. We weren’t loud, abiding by all rule, simply reading/looking. Their job is to educate and welcome guests, not rush them out.

    An Excellent Experience with Allesandro!
Alessandro was the best driver who gave us great info to and from the Catacombs. He was so kind and my family loved our experience. Our entire experience with the Catacombs and this tour was perfect.

    Expensive and wrong
My experience with TouristStation was terrible. Due to lack of availability I purchased Vatican museum tickets “skip the queue” tickets. Firstly, the only queue was with these tickets. The queue was massive but did move quickly once moving. I purchased tickets for my family of 5 including a 7 year old which I selected Infant 0-7 years. When I came to collect my tickets the company told me that my child wouldn’t be admitted as they are over 6. I was then required to purchase another full price ticket for another €45. Apparently TouristStation has done this incorrectly and I had clear evidence from TouristStation that I had purchased a child aged 0-7 years. Nobody owned the situation even though I did as required and I needed to purchase another expensive ticket so that I could get access otherwise I would have lost a large sum of money. I have raised this with TouristStation and have so far received no response.

History from Roman times to the present
Castel Sant'Angelo offers an amazing opportunity to experience all of the history of the building and to appreciate the way it has adapted to human needs. It began as Hadrian's tomb and was adapted as a safe haven for Popes during the wars with France. It was used by armies and a celebration of fireworks commemorating the intervention of ST. Michael to end the plague. I highly recommend a visit but be prepared to walk and climb your way to the top !

    Perfect 20th wedding anniversary.
Spectacular service, knew we would not fit it all in as we were only there for 2 days. Missed out on Vatican museum and sitting due to it being the weekend. Arrived late due to flight delays yet nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Made for a perfect anniversary ❤️. Thank you

    Informative and Fun
The bus tour was fantastic. The driver, Alessandro, clearly loves Rome and loves his job, too. He put in extra effort to make the trip enjoyable. I especially appreciated his suggestions on what and where to eat.

Purchased tickets online to save time. Had to go to a ticket booth blocks away from event to have online tickets/voucher redeemed for tickets. Discovered at that point, we paid 2X as much for the tickets versus what we would have paid at the event itself. Also, our online tickets noted we could only use at a specific time. Once we redeemed the online ticket/voucher for tickets, we were told we had 7 days to use them.

Pleased with other events we purchased through your site. Felt this one was a rip off.

The tour is called the glass elevator tour. But there’s at least 100 steps to the elevator. So that’s a little misleading. The directions to the touristation aren’t very good. I couldn’t find it without calling them. But the view is magnificent and the building is beautiful. It was worth the money

It was HOT when we were there. It burned your skin to touch any metal railing.

Nice views of the city but the "what you're looking at" boards were very faded.

Do not buy this ticket here online because the place is free entrance. They only ticket you need is just for the elevator to go up and see Rome from the top

The observation deck is open until 19:00, but the place trip advisor told us to get tickets was only open until 16:00, and trip advisor did not provide that information so we didn't get to go because we got there after the trip advisor ticket place was closed.

We did go the next morning though; the tickets were only 15€ each (as opposed to the 32€ trip advisor charged). There was no line, and the people at the Monument were extremely helpful! The view was fantastic, would 100% recommend, but don't waste your time or money with trip advisor on this one.

We were never told that we had to redeem tickets from pdf voucher. Got to site and ended up buying the tickets again! Communication regarding process was poor. Really want a refund

Going thru Tripadvisor/Viator was a joke! We stood in line longer to get our “skip the line”tickets at the designated pickup spot than we would have at the actual sites ticket stand.

The view itself was beautiful
