About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Andrew B0 contributionsEngaging tour for a teen and his DadAn excellent tour with an engaging knowledgable and fun tour guide, George. Communication with the tour company was excellent, and meeting up was straightforward. A few teething issues with the audio guide but that sorted itself it too. My 17yo son really enjoyed it as did I, so excellent all round.Written February 16, 2025
- 395kierank0 contributionsVatican City tour is a must while in Rome. From start to finish the tour was excellent. Simona our guide was so informative and knowledgeable and a proud Roman. The tour was not rushed which allowed us to take in all the exhibits, along with Simona’s passion and information of each section of the tour made it so enjoyable. Vatican and Sistine chapel took around two hours then St Peter’s basilica was where we left the tour and could ramble at our own pace. A highly recommended tour.Written February 16, 2025

- leeannm8320 contributionsBeautiful place to visit.Very busy place. The tour guide was lovely, and gave lots of good and informative information, but felt I missed alot of the museum. I would have liked to have had a good walk around myself and not rushed past some areas.Written February 13, 2025
- Manic M0 contributionsVatican fast track tourOverwhelmed by the amount of art and sculpture there. Great guide named Simone who was very good at her job giving us all the relevant information. Shame it was pouring down with rain though sadly. Fast track tickets definitely worth itWritten February 13, 2025

- 970terryi0 contributionsDo not use this companyHead phones broke for both me and the wife 2 minutes into the tour and the guide only had one set spare so I spent the whole time walking around following the group trying to listen to what was being said, by doing this I sort of missed out on actually seeing anything and couldn’t really hear the guide anyway. Half the tour was missed out because we ran out of time. They just don’t give themselves enough time to do everything they claim to do on the description. Once in to colosseum even the people who were lucky enough to still have a working headset couldn’t hear the guide due to the noise and only having one earpiece if even still worked. The only reason I didn’t give them a 1 star review was because of our guild, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely NOT Recommend this trip to anyone. Complete waste of time and money.Written February 7, 2025

- arnoldoc9030 contributionsBe AwareTour wasnt to bad, but i had reserved at 9am. They changed the tour last minute to 12pm, which made me not finish it because i had another tour set at 2pm. They told me that there was no money back hecause it said in small letters that the tour could change hours.Written February 6, 2025

- stevenkV5628ZU0 contributionsMaximo the tour guideMe and my partner decided to take a tour whilst in Rome, as we weren't entirely sure how to approach the general Colosseum area. We booked in and proceeded to the designated meeting place - we were signed off and given listening devices to use for the duration of the tour. Our tour guide Maximo was fantastic, very friendly and kept the tour at a very natural pace. We had a few people who struggled to keep up as there is alot of steps involved and he made a point of ensuring that we all stayed together. Maximo's knowledge and sense of humour really shined and it was a pleasure listening to him talk about the history of the Forum and Colosseum. Unfortunately I have knocked a star as we received a message on whatsapp changing the time (we did not see this as generally keep data off in foreign countries unless connected to Wifi) so we were a little frustrated at first with having to wait around longer on the tour starting, however this wasn't a huge issue. Thank you again Maximo for a wonderful tour.Written February 3, 2025
- Joy R0 contributionsProfessional, knowledgeable tour company - not rushed, very knowledgeableI would highly recommend this tour company for their professionalism and the quality of our guide. Ihave done Vatican tours in the past, and was disappointed in the experience. I almost didn’t book a tour this time around because I was concerned about being rushed through with minimal detail. But, I thought I’d give it another chance. My friend and I booked with this tour company and I am so glad. Our guide Francesco was a delight - he was so knowledgeable and friendly! He kept the group together while pointing out individual details I never would have noticed on my own. He took extra time to explain the Sistine Chapel before we entered, so I felt I really knew the history once we got there and weren’t allowed to talk. He was an expert in navigating the lines and ensuring everyone had what they needed. You won’t regret choosing this company for your one chance to see the Vatican.Written February 3, 2025
