I used Rome Chauffeur after my cruise that left us off in the Civitavecchia port to bring us to our hotel in Rome. We also used them to bring us to the airport out last day in Rome. They were very reliable, punctual, and great with communication. Cesar was our driver and he was amazing. We only had one day in Rome after our cruise and we really wanted to make the most of it. With our tour guide we saw everything we wanted to see. He knew all the best ways to get everywhere and the best times to go. He gave ample time for us to explore and take pictures at all the stops. It was pretty hot while we were there and it was so nice to get around in this beautiful car with wonderful AC. My husband was initially apprehensive about the price but after the tour he said he would have happily paid double for the whole experience. Thank you Cesar and Rome Chauffeur! We used Rome Chauffeur for a private transfer from our Airbnb in Rome (Pantheon area) to FCO at 5:30 a.m. Driver was on time (actually, 10 minutes early), helpful and friendly. This was the fifth time using Rome Chauffeur in the last nine years for a private transfer. They have always been reliable, dependable and competitively priced. Will definitely continue to use them. Rome Chauffeur was, actually, referred to me by Rome Cabs back in 2015 when they were fully booked. Highly recommend.

We had visited Rome for 2 days prior to our cruise. Our post cruise flight was a late one so we wanted to see some of the countryside of Rome. Leonardo was waiting for us as we exited the cruise terminal. The views were amazing and he was very knowledgeable of the area. We had amazing views of Lake Bracciano and toured a magnificent castle. We drove into the tiny town of Ceri and met local shop owners. We tasted cheeses and breads and other local products. Another shop owner was making jewelry as we watched. We bought several pieces! Our lunch in Ceri was amazing as were the views. I can not give this tour and our driver Leonardo enough good words!!

Beyond excellent service. Orlando, our driver, showed up 20 minutes early, loaded our bags and was extremely professional, and took us directly to the appropriate terminal for our airlines. The process to book was very easy. Confirmation emails were clear and concise. Overall, a very well run operation that you can rely on for effective movement around Rome.

We used Rome Chauffeur for two transfers while in Italy. One from the port after our cruise to our hotel in Rome, and one from the hotel to the airport. Both drivers were courteous and on time, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend them!

We took the airport transfer twice(to and from the airport) Then we took a city tour...my choice where we went to : St Paul Tre Fontane EUR and the catacombs and finally an all day trip from Rome to Motecassino and Casamari . All four trips worked out perfectly.The drivers very punctual and helpful. A little expensive but worth every Euro and considering the crowds of tourists in Rome probably the best way to do trips when your time in Rome is limited. THANK YOU Rome Chauffeur!

Our driver was awesome - thanks Radu! He had already done our airport transfer so we were happy to see a familiar face. A fantastic guide was arranged for us in Pompeii, then we were off to the coast. Radu gave us a great recommendation for lunch spot in Sorrento. He was also happy to answer questions and offer suggestions everywhere we went. Highly recommend!!

The service was impeccable. Our driver was waiting for us in the lobby when we went down to check out. Lorenzo loaded all of our many bags and drove us to the airport.
