Getting around in Rome especially for an American being in Europe for their first time can be a challenge. Thankfully Shafin and Monica were able to work with us and provide us a great experience. We missed our scheduled trip (completely our fault), but Shafin and Monica did some magic and got us on another tour with a different company. I was very appreciative that they did everything in their power to provide us with the best experience they could. Thank you so much.

A very interesting visit with lots of climbing but wonderful views. There were two bathrooms (one male, one female and one washbasin) for the thousands of people who visit this site. That is a disgrace.

Had a great tour guide named Marta she gave me and my family a great experience into the world and life of the Vatican museum there was no rushing we got to skip the line. I would definitely go again

Polina (Paulina) was a very knowledgable and friendly guide. We loved the tour and although booked last minute tickets (which made us a little unsure), it was 100% worth it because Polina was amazing!

Beautiful museum to visit. Worth the time and very memorable. Very large museum with precious works of art and statues.

It didn't happen because it was canceled by email on the day it was sheduled and we didn't have enough time to reschedule. No reason for the cancelation was given. Very poor way to conduct business!!!

This was a great skip the line ticket. The company got in touch about a week before to ask if we could push our entry time back a bit which was totally fine for us, once we agreed to that the ticket was sent straight through to us. Walked straight in via the skip the line and had entry to the arena section as well as the main section. Also used for the forum and Palentine hill so was great value. Overall a great purchase!

Such a lovely gallery, beautiful. Highly recommend. Small gift shop, wonderful cafeteria with tasty food and drinks. Enjoyed the garden walk.

This is the most amazing gallery. Simply awe inspiring. We had a guided tour of the “main” objects. There were many many others too. The building was incredible. We were blown away by the beauty of everything we saw. Do not miss this if you visit Rome.

I have to say that this company Once upon a time has an outstanding customer service. For some reason i had issues with my cards to pay online, they were patience, kept communication open, gave me options and follow up frequently via chat. They were great, thanks Monica!

DO NOT GET THIS TICKET. Purchasing was easy, but we were unable to go inside the Colosseum because I was never given the ticket. The only thing I was given was a confirmation. I called, they answered the first time. After the second call to ask why I didn't have a barcode. NO ONE was answering the phone. It went straight to voicemail. 30 minutes to trying to call. Terrible and worstless.

The instructions says that the Tripadvisor staff will be at the stairs with a hat and tshirt, but no was the case. I was running around asking every tourist guide, stressed thinking I am not gonna make it.
