I have tried to contact this company, as when went to check in for this tour yesterday. They wouldn’t take our booking. Said the company didn’t exist and had to purchase on the day tickets. So want these refunded as been charged. Do not use this company, as not excepted at the tour. The tour guide was very rude, and was in a rush….son loved being at the stadium, but was very rushed

Terrible experience during our holiday. The pdf supplied stated “this is not your ticket”. The emailed tickets were not accepted at the gate and we were turned away. On trying to contact the tour operator (Ticketinrome) with details supplied, there was no response. Contacted Viator, who sold through Tripadvisor, they could only try the number we did, which was not available and tell us to try again (as if we could make the number work better than them.) We sent emails to Ticketinrome.com that have remained unseen and with no response. The upshot was being left with no support, €99 down and having to repurchase tickets at the stadium to avoid complete disappointment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER . This has caused much stress and anxiety that our tickets booked through Viator for other experiences during our stay in Rome, might not be as secure and genuine as we would hope. We now know that they are not helpful when there is a problem. Not what we expect when we come away for a once in a lifetime experience. We would expect more from Viator and Tripadvisor.

Total scam, no tickets were provided, tried calling their contact number and first it was engaged then no one would pick up! In the end I had to buy new tickets at the stadium. I will now try and seek a refund!

Do not use this company! I booked and paid for tickets using this company for the Colossuem in Rome via bookingcom. These tickets were supposed to be sent via email and sms and did not arrive to either (I checked and double checked!). When I contacted them to tell them I had not received them, they said they had sent them and basically called me a liar. Had to purchase new tickets on the day. They have since responded to a review I wrote elsewhere accusing me of not correctly typing my email correctly(!) or that my email provider is at fault. Unbelievable! They should have refunded me. Simple. I feel completely scammed.

Best pizza I ever had ! Was traveling and staying at a hotel in Georgetown Kentucky who knew we would find a gem here! If you’re ever in that area your mouth will be watering for there food!

My wife and I have traveled much of the world. I’ve never experienced a larger screwup than trying to get into the Baths of Caracala — it took us one hour to honor the payment we had made through Viator then were rewarded with an audio interface which WAS INAUDIBLE

Scam. Paid for tickets via Booking.com. Tickets never arrived. Ticketinrome.com repeatedly claim they were sent. THEY WERE NEVER SENT! I had to buy new tickets on the day. Avoid this company at all costs!

Fraud. The company promises to deliver tickets, they are good in booking the money from the credit card, but I did not in sending tickets. I did not receive any and cannot contact them via phone. Do not use the side.

The tour lasted 40 mins, and we saw the absolute minimum. Little about the olympics, no opportunity to sit in the dug-outs, hurriedly taken through the changing rooms, and a look at the museum which to be honest was a bit pathetic. I would have thought given the history of the Italian national team, plus great teams like Lazio and Roma, there would be more to offer, but sadly not. One mitigating issue was the Italian rugby team practicing, and their coach was disturbed by a tour taking place, (although we were 70 yards away), but the simple answer is don’t double-book!

We wouldn't go again! Only 3 ladies loos for our section of several hundred spectators - queued for nearly 40 minutes before match. Son-in-law disappointed that Peroni was the only' beer' available (he's a real ale drinker). Insufficient buses available to accommodate folks going to and from the match - crammed in like sardines and very claustrophobic. Stadium announcer was raucous and far too loud much of the time. All 3 of us would have much preferred to watch the match on TV - very disappointing as our 6 Nations Rugby visit was postponed from 4 years ago because of covid.

Went to see a Roma game. Have to say it’s a cracking stadium albeit the seats are a wee bit far from the pitch. The atmosphere was tremendous. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Our tickets wouldn't scan, and the pdf download didn't work at the venue, the staff said we had been scammed as we had paid £63 for 2 of us and it is only £16pp normally, The staff at the venue were great though, they let us on the tour, which although only about 40 minutes was really good, the girl who took us round was very good as well.

Quite short compared to other stadium tours we’ve done, although it was enjoyable to see. The club shop was quite small and limited. I think the history of the stadium was a bit under played. Still, really glad to have been.

Love the tour the people are nice and friendly. Really enjoyed the whole tour. All staff at friendly.

Avoid booking using this! Use the official stadium or pay on the day. You don't get a ticket sent through and the price is pretty much double as what the stadium charge. It's only €18 at the stadium. We got lucky as they let us in but they said please don't use TripAdvisor for this as it's more expensive and if their manager was there he'd have to refuse us entry meaning we'd have to buy another ticket. As for the tour itself it's only 45 minutes the stadium is impressive and you get to see the dressing rooms, media area, stands, hospitality and of course pitchside where you can sit in the dugouts. Not much of history museum part as theres just a small part of it with a few memorabilia in. Club shop is also very small and not much in terms of merchandise to buy except from the basic stuff.
