Great service and driver. We were met at arrivals, the driver helped us with our luggage, helped my elderly mum in and out of the car, and drove safely. Highly recommended.

We were a party of 6 ladies (65 +) we travelled to Rome for a city break. We had booked our transfer through Hoopa ,as we had done several times before. When we arrived at our collection point there was no sign of our driver. When I telephoned the contact number I was told we were a no show . The car arrived at the airport before the plane, we had to disembark the plane, pass through passport control, collect our cases the walk to the collection point. This journey takes some time, we did not linger, but we are elderly and not olympic athletes. This has never happened to us before, but it makes it dubious as to whether we would use them again. It cost us 2 taxis at 50 euros each to travel to our hotel.

We got picked up at the airport and added on a tour. We got a good overview of Rome. Matteo was our driver. He was knowledgeable and very attentive. Matteo thank you for giving us a warm welcome to Rome.

It was so nice having someone pick you up after a long flight. We got through security quicker than we anticipated and so our driver was not there yet but he was in communication so the whole time with us so it was not a problem. Would use this company again.

It is on time and efficient. It is expensive, but after a long flight, having a driver waiting for you saves time. It is about a 30-minute ride to Rome.

The driver was exceptional. We were delay quite a bit with immigration and he waited for us a little over 2 hours. When we saw him he had a smile on his face very nice to see.

After a ton of searching and researching, and deciding against Uber or other forms of transportation like that, I found Car Service Roma for a transfer for my daughter and I. We were on a mother daughter trip to Europe and although I had booked our vacation through a travel agent (outside of myself) , we had to change plans from one country to another so transfers were no longer included. Customer service from start to finish was amazing. When we arrived at the airport in Rome, the driver was waiting for us with a sign that had our name on it. The vehicle was clean and the driver was absolutely amazing, The driver during the drive even gave us some interesting tidbits about Rome and differences between being inside and outside of the Roman walls. I am not a history person but the driver was great in giving us some great history on Rome. I would definitely recommend Car Service Roma to clients, family and friends for transportation needs when in Rome.

Driver was early. Tony was very accommodating and enjoyed our translation app so we could communicate well. We had a slight change in our drop off place which he accommodated no problem. In price comparison they are competitive with other private services. I would hire them again!
