My family of 6 did this tour and it was absolutely perfect! Ricardo was our driver and Daniel was our guide. I can’t say enough about both of them. Our time in the van was peaceful, clean and safe. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind, he had planned our day perfectly! I still can’t believe how much of Rome we were able to see in just one day, all because of Daniel and Ricardo! Daniel always made sure we stopped for restrooms when they were available and he planned a perfect stop for lunch near the coliseum. This tour far exceeded our expectations!!!!

This was the absolute best way to make the most of our one day excursion in Rome! A private Mercedes van met us a the cruise terminal with a very pleasant driver, and efficiently delivered us to the steps of each spot, minimizing our walking time. Our guide Eddie was the best! He was so informative, pleasant and showed us so much, without feeling like we were rushed. We had a full guided tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and St Peter's, then headed into Rome to see the Trevi Fountain, skipped all the lines into the Coliseum, the Spanish steps, and more. A worthy investment!

Great way to see Rome in a day and get private tour of Vatican, Sisteen Chapel, Colosseum and more. The private driver (AMira and Alex) and guide (Andrea) were fantastic! Very informative and highly recommend! Our kids (ages 13-16) loved it as well! Great tour for anyone!

We had the most amazing “Rome in a Day” tour with our guide Daniele and driver Ricardo! Daniele was a treasure trove of knowledge and we especially benefitted from his expertise in art, in addition to his enthusiasm and kindness. He knew his way around all of the sites we visited, and even when we were in very crowded areas, he knew where to take us to have the best view and pointed out fascinating details that everyone else seemed to miss, including other tour guides. He even went out of his way to find cold water for our kids! Ricardo was a safe driver who was courteous and always made us feel comfortable. We cruised around Rome in luxury! When our tour ended, he took the time to do a visual check to make sure we didn’t leave anything in the vehicle. When we actually found out later that my son had dropped his sunglasses in between the seats, he was kind enough to drop off the sunglasses at our hotel for us. We had chosen RGV for our Rome tour at the recommendation of our friends who visited Rome the prior year. We are so happy that we did!

Worth every penny. Our guide Patrizia was incredibly knowledgeable and so funny. We would not have been able to see so many things in one day without her. Our driver Andrea got us from location to location in style and was so kind. Highly recommend.

The entire experience was very good. Our guide Robert was very knowledgeable. The tour itenary was well done. He was very considerate of our needs and kept us engaged very well. Driver Remo was excellent in his driving skills as well negotiating the traffic and kept us on schedule.

Tour guide Andreas was amazing, very knowledgeable and allowed us to be interactive. If you want and need to see it all in one day, this is the tour. It is a lot of sight seeing in one day however with the limited amount of time for a port adventure it was perfect. Gave 4/5 stars due to the driver. Tour came with a driver and a tour guide, 2 separate people to tip. Unfortunately, the main road to Rome was closed; our driver did get us to where we needed to be because we had timed tickets but the driving was slightly erratic. The driving continued throughout the tour and on the way back to port despite having enough time to board. Again very thankful however I think I lost a few hairs. I also wasn't prepared to split our tip. I had brought enough money for the tour guide based on the cost of the tour however didn't expect the driver to be with us all day, definitely something to keep in mind.

Venice started out beautiful but after visiting the islands the weather changed drastically. We were drenched. But Donatella (bless her heart) drove on with the tour. I would suggest a backup plan for inclement weather. Pro: Having a driver and assistant to help me with the train was a great help! Also the boat captain was instrumental in getting us from island to island safely. Con: Pretty expensive for not having lunch included. Watch out for the vendors. They put much pressure on you to purchase items so one must be adamant if not interested. I would recommend this tour in warmer months. Donatella was very educated on the history of Venice.

Trying to visit the many beautiful sites in Italy is challenging. We decided to take a day trip from Rome to Venice by Train. Left the hotel at 6:50am and returned in the evening at 11:00pm. The trip was will coordinated, from our hotel pickup to ensuring we got on the right train, our tour guide (Donatella) met us in Venice. She coordinated our tour and was very knowable concerning the history of Venice. She made sure we got back on the right train at 6:30pm. Our driver was waiting for us when we returned to Rome and drove us to our hotel. I would definitely recommend this trip.

First class way to see the city. Robert our guide was very well versed in the city history. He pointed many little things we would have never noticed or known about. Skipped all the lines saw all the best sites and learned a lot. Well done!

Rome is not built in one day. Rgv incoming tour company helped us visit all major sites in one day. We were picked up at the hotel at 8:00 am with seperate tour guide and driver. Our driver dropped us off to the closest location to each site and our tour guide Robert accompanied us during each site visit. Together we visited Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Basilica of San Clemente. Lunch is also included in this tour. Robert is very knowledgeable. He showed us pictures of colosseum before and after, explained the secrets for the wind tunnel. He shared a lot of fun and intersting stories about each site. Robert also asked about what other sites we would like to visit. I told him about Mouth of Truth (Bocca della Verità). Robert brought us there. The tour ended around 3:30. The entire tour is VIP experience.

Rgvincoming is an excellent tour company. They got in touch with me before I left for Italy and informed me that Vatican city is not open on Sunday. My family has a very tight travel schedule and doesn't allow any mistake. They helped me set up the Vatican tour on Saturday. The driver picked us up from the hotel. Our tour guide Robert met us at the Vatican city entrance. He led us navigate through the long lines and visited Vatican museum, the Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. He is very knowledgable and he picked out the interesting facts and shared with us his insights about different art pieces. It is a very well-orgnized tour, very educational, very interesting and no time wasted.

This day trip to Venice was the highlight of our vacation. Our guide Daria was great, as were the rest of the team. It was really nice to not have to worry about the logistics, especially as we had some older travelers in our group.
