We met the guide at the meeting point which was very easy to find. The colosseum tour was amazing! Our guide was incredible knowledgeable and the experience was both informative and immersive. We had the chance to visit a lot of areas. The tour was well-organized and the guide made history come alive. Very recommended!

I went with my Mom and sisters, it was a wonderful experience not only because the Museum was full of amazing stuff, but the headphones were giving me the pointers and explanations I needed to know which my Mom didn't know about. I loved it and I hope we come back some time soon. Oh also to mention Marko and Rosa, the hosts were super cool 😎.

The audio guide was incredibly helpful, offering clear and engaging explanations that brought the art and history to life. It was great experience! I was suprised to fined big lines to enter even if it is low season in Rome, and getting fast track service was good idea! Staff was helpful and escorted us to the entrance. Museums where beautiful, especialy statues rooms and Sistine Chapel breathtaking.

I did the tour with my mother because she is a religious person, but at the end I can say that it was even for me a good experience the places is really beautiful nothing that I saw before the personal and tour guide help us with to process to get in, our guide it was so knowledge at the end I enjoyed everything

The. Vatican itself was fantastic and well worth the visit. However, when we arrived 30 minutes before our meeting time, there were already over 200 people in front of us in the queue with the same ‘fast track’ tickets. We therefore still had to queue for ages. Not worth the price. Just arrive first thing and queue before it gets too busy.

On May 21st, 2024, we booked "Fast Track" tickets for the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and The Vatican Gardens for June 17th 2024. This was booked for four people at $72.00 each for a total of $288. After the initial booking, we were instructed to arrive at the scheduled meeting spot 30 minutes before our Fast Track entry, which was 3:30pm. When we arrived around 2:55pm, we were told that we could not check in before 3:25pm. So, we took a seat at the eatery near the meeting spot. We waited the 30 minutes then went over to check in. At 3:25pm, we were told that we had to wait for the person who escorted the previous group to return. Upon his return, he gathered our group together and we proceeded to walk to the Vatican and get in line. This line was almost a block long. Meanwhile, there were groups to our right who were passing our line and entering the Museum very quickly. We did not enter the museum until 4:51. The gentlemen who escorted us to the museum purchased our tickets at this time!! (We never had 3:30 entry tickets). These tickets were 20 Euro each and we paid $72.00. Our next concern was having the time to see everything we wanted to see. One of the gentlemen in our group asked our “escort” what time the Vatican closed and was told 8pm. This was not the case – it closed at 7pm. We went through the museum and got to the Sistine Chapel at about 6:40. After a few minutes, the guards starting announcing that we had to make our way to the exit. We did not get to tour the Gardens nor did we have a chance to see St. Peter’s Basilica or Square. Very disappointing!!! There was absolutely no advantage to purchasing these "Fast Track" tickets. We booked many Fast Track tickets for other venues in Italy that worked beautifully. This was NOT one of them.

Horrible experience. Not only I couldn’t print out a ticket for the excursion until the day before which made me thought things were sketchy. I walked to the meet up area and no one was there to meet up. Luckily I had phone service to call the operator she answered and said she had no tours. I told her I have a 2:30pm tour and I was there at I looked behind me and found her. She gave me 2 tickets and they gave us a verbal directions on how to proceed to the Vatican. We showed up at the entrance and the workers told me my pass was for 2pm not 2:30pm. I showed them my tickets I paid for 2:30pm. He told me to go back and complain. I told them they probably wouldn’t be back at the bar. He felt bad and let us pay entrance fees and let us skip the line. Not only I paid 200 for the first tickets but 40 more to get in. Just buyer aware they take your money.

Tour personnel was supposed to take us to the entrance and get us in, they walked halfway with us then gave verbal directions which were very confusing and had to ask others where to go. Times were pushed back with no notification, waited an extra hour for the guide to give use tickets for our "skip the line, no wait" purchase. Would never use this guide or recommend it, it was a rip off.

This was appalling. We booked these tickets over a month in advance for a graduation trip. The afternoon before they cancelled our tickets. They said they were cancelled for no tour guide. These tickets weren't even for a tour. Obviously because of the late cancellation all of the other skip the line tickets were sold out on our last day in Rome. Terrible.

I really wanted to like this experience but it was per chaos. We could not find the meeting point and when I would try to call someone, I was hung up on. I had to be annoying in order to get answers. Marco told us our tour was cancelled when I had just spoken with Rosa earlier that morning about our tour and confirmation. We walk to the Vatican and are not let in because our tickets said 8 am and we were there at 1030 for our 1030 tour. I had to call Rosa again and she confirmed it was all day tour which is why it said 8 am. She had to speak to security in order to get us in but they really did not want to accept our voucher. We walked around then there were two places to eat- pizza or cafeteria food. Our voucher for free lunch did not specify which one we had to go to so we chose pizza. Once the guy had served us, he wouldn’t take the voucher so we had to pay for our lunch. The pizza was absolutely terrible. It’s such a tourist trap. I’ve tried reaching out to the company to refund us for the lunch since we had to pay but no response. Don’t use this company.
