Fabio was absolutely wonderful! He was able to navigate us even with changing train schedules and different situations than we thought we would have! He was extremely knowledgeable, so kind and personable and had so much knowledge of all the places we passed. We used his transportation 4 different times over two days and could not have been happier! Would highly recommend and will use again when we return to Rome! (We threw many coins in the fountains hoping to come back!)

Fabio was the best. From the minute he picked us up at the airport to when he dropped us off. We used him for multiple transfers from the airport to the train station to a Tuscany tour. Always on time and always had recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit. Very knowledgeable of this beautiful city of Rome and it shows when you drive by sites and he explains the history of it. We did a Tuscany tour with Fabio and it was unbelievable. Fabio stopped at beautiful sites in Tuscany for the girls to take pictures and even stopped in a small beautiful town in Tuscany called Montepulciano where he recommended a restaurant for lunch and a wine cellar tour with a wine tasting. It was amazing. Fabio is great and will always be part of our memories in Rome. Thank you so much.

We had Fabio as our Airbnb host and found him to be very a thorough communicator and trustworthy. Later we also had Fabio manage a ride to the airport for my 75-year-old parents when we were not able to be present to assist them ourselves. As we expected my parents called from the airport to report that everything went smoothly and Fabio was charming as ever. This would have been a very stressful situation otherwise, trying to direct my parents how to meet with a cab we were arranging while not knowing if the cab driver would have good communication until the last minute. Having Fabio take care of them was extremely reassuring, and obviously successful.

We were lucky to choose Fabio for our round trip from Rome airport to our location in Rome. Fabio is not only a perfect and punctual driver, he’s also the incarnation of the Italian gentleman and helpfulness! He even managed to show and explain us some extra nice places on our way back to the airport. It could not have been a better way to start and finish our city trip to Rome! Without a doubt our favorite transportation and tour guide in Rome. Fabio has such a warm personality, is beyond kind, extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, organized, punctual, smooth driver, flexible, reasonable prices... I could go on and on. We found gold in Rome! Upon arrival, at the airport, we (my family of four... one adult and three kids) were warmly welcomed by Fabio. He held a board with our name, which made it super easy to spot him and we felt welcomed. He drove us to our Airbnb apartment while sharing amazing historical details of all the buildings we were passing. He also shared tips on where to grocery shop during our stay. The latter came in extremely handily throughout our stay. We also scheduled a trip from Rome to Pompei with Fabio. Just like our airport pick up, Fabio arrived on time in a spotless (fresh-smelling) Mercedes. The drive down was amazing. Upon arrival, Fabio called our private tour guide to communicate our arrival (he made all of these arrangements for us). We felt so special and learned so much. I could not have done this without all of his help. (Sabina the tour guide is phenomenal with kids. Excellent tour guide at Pompei.) On our drive back to Rome, Fabio continued to share amazing historical details that we would have missed if we had traveled on our own. He is extremely knowledgeable and have excellent timing. Fabio also took us to see The Midday Cannon at Gianicolo Hill. We never would have known about this if he had not shared. Fabio will make you feel like family. My only regret was not booking him for more tours. Definitely next time!

Very professional. Excellent service. Booked them for an airport pickup. The driver was waiting for me with a clear sign right at the exit. Picked up my luggage and walked me to his car. Newer model, clean and very comfortable Merc. Smooth ride all the way to my destination. Will pass on the information!

Our cruise ship was scheduled to arrive in Rome (Civitavecchi) on a Wednesday, and Fabio made all the arrangements so we could attend the papal audience in St. Peter's Square. He arranged to pick up the tickets on Tuesday evening and was going to pick us up at the cruise ship (one hour away) and take us to the papal audience. Unfortunately, the cruise line made a last minute change to our schedule so we arrived in Rome on Thursday, not Wednesday. So I didn't get to see Pope Francis but I did get to meet Fabio. He picked us up at the cruise port in an immaculate, comfortable car and drove us through rush hour traffic into Rome, giving us lots of information and suggestions for what to do for the day (including taking us to Santa Maria del Popolo to see the Caravaggio paintings - a church we NEVER would have found on our own). Fabio met us at the end of the day at our designated meeting point to return us to the cruise ship port. When we asked if he would stop at a wine store, he not only stopped but came into the store with us and helped us choose an Italian wine. Fabio is knowledgeable, personable and provides first class service. When we return to Rome next year to see Pope Francis we will definitely use Fabio.

Fabio, Vittorio, and Dino were fabulous and incredibly nice. They made us feel welcome and felt like we were friends instead of just customers. We unexpectedly had to make same day changes to our pick up time as well as increased the number in our party from 2 to 9 people. They were able to graciously accommodate our larger group of 9. Also I can’t say enough about the invaluable cultural insights they provided. They made our experience in Rome spectacular.

Fabio treated our family very well on our two week trip through Rome and Umbria. He's an excellent driver, incredibly knowledgable, and very easy to work with. In every city he drove us to, Fabio had recommendations on sights to see and places to eat. When touring with him, Fabio knew incredible detail about history, churches, art, culture, etc. All in all, my family and I could not recommend him more. Fabio is a great choice for touring and travel, but above all, he is a good man.

We had Fabio for a couple days. We explored so many places with him, he always arrives on time, very professional and is an excellent English speaker. He suggests places with exceptional service just like how he is. Very pleasant driver, knows Italy very well and its history. I highly recommend him if you want a worthwhile trip full of memories, because thats what we brought back from Italy, good memories and its all because of Fabio.

Fabio is awesome! He picked us up at the train station, took us to 2 tours, and drove us to the airport at the end of our trip. He was always right on time - never had to wait. He even adjusted his schedule when the airline changed our flight. He was professional, courteous, and has the best speaking voice! This man knows Rome - he showed us around and pointed out so many things to see and knew all about every site. We were so happy to have him as our driver on our 1st trip to Italy.
