I don’t normally write reviews, but this was such an outstanding experience I had to. Our limo driver Matteo, was the most wonderful start to what was a magical trip. I travelled to Italy with my daughter to visit my son who was studying abroad. Matteo was front and center at the airport with my name. He was so warm and friendly from the very first second. The car was immaculate and after a long flight from New York it was nice to sit in a comfortable car. He had waters ready for us and immediately began to get to know us. He told us about the things we saw on our way and at the end of our trip he took my phone number and shortly after he dropped us off he sent me a text of all the best restaurants by different category and even what to order at some. We tried a few of his suggestions and they were amazing. If you plan a trip to Rome and need a transfer, do not hesitate to book with this company. If I could give more stars I would!!!!

Our experience using Matteo for travel from Fiumincio to our hotel was excellent. Our plane was a little early, but he was waiting for us when we got there. He pointed out sites of interest on the way to the hotel, described the layout of the different areas, and in genreal provided lot's of good information for our stay. We asked him about restaurants in the area of the hotel, and he sent us a list of his favorites. We had a chance to go to several of them and his recommendations were spot on. All were very good. Overall, a very profession, friendly and informative driver. I highly recommend him.

When I arrived in Rome from NYC last week, I was grateful for the excellent service provided by Mia Limo! Everything was so smooth and their communication and follow through was top notch. I also used Mia Limo for my return trip to FCO at the end of my visit. Both drivers were timely, courteous, friendly and spoke excellent English. The cars were spotless and comfortable. I will use them again for future trips to Rome!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Mia Limo. I booked Mia Limo for my Rome arrival transfer and departure. I received prompt confirmation correspondence at time of booking from Matteo, and his courteous, re-assuring follow-up on my days of travel was much appreciated! Professionally dressed, skilled, friendly drivers who also happen to possess that Italian charm, arrived in beautifully clean sedans promptly at each of my pickup spots. I will defiantly use them again on my next trip to Rome!

We used Mia Limo twice once from the port to Rome and again several days later from the Hotel to FCO. THEY WERE GREAT!!! Both times they expressly stated "confirmed" in their emails which made me feel very confident in their commitment and committed they were. Both times the drivers were early, The cars were clean and wonderful. But most importantly the drivers were exceptional. We got a great ride and a tour! I use a lot of Black car and limo services and this company will be at the top of my list. Matteo was wonderful to work with and i would use them again and highly recommend their service.

Outstanding service! Our flight from the U.S. arrived 30 minutes early (6:00 am) and our driver was there waiting for us! As soon as we got off the plane, the driver (Mateo) sent me a message saying he was there and gave clear instruction/directions for us to follow when leaving baggage claim. Exceptionally clean car (Mercedes)!! I immediately booked them again to take us to the cruise port the following week. That also went exceptional!! The driver didn’t just drop us off at the port, he went and found a worker to assist us with our bags and escort us directly to check in!! Would definitely use this service again!!

Got a ride from Matteo from our rental place to FCO, 7 of us with 7 carry-on bags and 7 backpacks and we all fit really well in his amazing van. Texted him the day before, he texted right back. Wonderful service!!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mia Limo. Their responsiveness, follow though, and professionalism regarding my bookings was beyond great! I was a bit nervous upon my arrival in Rome because I had no phone service to reach out to my driver to let him know I had landed. However, much to my relief, Matteo was waiting for me just as promised. He also made it a point to reach out to me as my departure date out of Rome approached to confirm that transfer. Traffic in Rome is bad, but the ride was smooth and as swift as possible. Beautiful, comfortable, clean cars. Professionally dressed and friendly drivers. 100% will use them again!

Amazing service by Matteo, and Mia Limo. We used Mia Limo for our transport from the airport to Rome and then Rome to the airport. Both times the services provided were amazing, profesional drivers and clean vehicles. Definitely takes away the worry and the stress finding reliable transportation. Had the pleasure to have Matteo as our driver to the airport and he even provided us with great tips and information for when we return to Italy, of course, when I do I will book solely through Mia Limo for transportation services.

We went to Pompei on a private tour! It was fantastic to visit the villages. Great experience ! The guide was very knowledgeable and the shopping was not expensive nor was our wonderful lunch!

This company is wonderful. The driver met us at inside the airport and kept in communication on where to meet. She was informative and friendly the whole ride. Almost 45 minutes after being dropped off at the hotel I realized I left my phone in the back seat. I contacted Matteo who contacted the driver and they brought my phone a little later between trips. I was so grateful they went out of their way!

Easy to arrange airport pickup at FCO. All communication was excellent. Driver picked us up as planned in a very clean car. No issues at all. We were so impressed we booked another trip a couple of days later. Highly recommend.
