    Walking tour
Quite enough information about some important places during your first day in Rome. Good having small groups! The guide (Dominica) is helpful.

Alessandro Knows the Colosseum! Awesome wealth of information!
Alessandro was AMAZING! He knew his history and shared his knowledge well, keeping the group interested and involved. Eternal experiences seemed a bit dis-organized in setting the meeting spot and it was a bit chaotic to start. If the company would sort itself, this would be a top tour. Alessandro did his part above and beyond!

    Hot 100-degrees
It was the afternoon of our arrival in Rome and we had pre booked our tour of the Colosseum. Way too hot to be standing around in the sun for 3-hours. Our guide tried hard, but I had to abort after one hour.

    Great tour great guide
Our tour guide was great! Very knowledgeable and allowed plenty of water breaks and time in the shade as it was very hot. We learnt a lot about the history of Rome and the Colosseum and she answered any questions we had! Would highly recommend this tour!

    Excellent tour
Very good tour. Not too big- about 15 people. Got a lot of history about Colosseum and Forum. Nicely done, would do it again.

Amazing local foods and great guide
Great experience, not much walking but experience the best food in the area, were the locals eat, around 10 individual courses, all super tasty! Advice, go hungry! Stephany was a perfect guide, so knowledgeable, and a beer and wine somellier and can give so much colour and history to where the foods come from

    Uninformed and uncooperative your company
This was a horrible experience. The day we booked had free entry into the Coliseum. The tour should have told us that when we booked, but they did not and charged us full fare. The tour offered us a partial refund for the entry fee. We went to the exact meeting place at the right time. There were many tours meeting there, but we couldn’t find ours. Four of us looked endlessly. The lines were so long that we missed seeing the most iconic artifact in Rome. The tour company refused to compensate us in any way. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and we left very sad and disappointed.

    Excellent communication and customer service!
While we had to miss the actual tour due to various circumstances, we wanted to let everyone know that this company did everything they could to try and help us make the tour. They were responsive within hours, if not minutes, and even heckled on us when we didn’t arrive (late flight/cell phone died) which we found out about through email, after the time had passed. These people were lovely and understanding. We will absolutely make this tour when we again return Bella Roma! 😊Grazie Miele!

They Sell Tours on Days Tours Are Not Allowed! Rip-Off!!!
They sold us a tour on a day that tours are not allowed. We were offered a full or partial refund. If we met them there at 8:15, we would have to wait in line with everyone else, but get the tour guide’s input. We were there on time and asked every tour guide at the meeting place. None of them had our name. This was the option for a partial refund. We were so disappointed as we missed one of the most historic and important sites in Rome. We received a small refund, but requested a full refund twice and never got a reply. According to the Coliseum, it is free the first Sunday of every month, without tours. Certainly, the company should have known this and not sold us a tour on that day. This was our once in a lifetime trip to Rome and this tour ruined it for us. Find a company that actually knows when tours are allowed. To the tour company, I say, shame on you.

Rome is full of things to see and when you start googling it can be a little overwhelming. I am a little skeptical of tours since I have done my fair share around the world but this was FANTASTIC and incredible value for money. In about two hours we saw everything in the city center and even got to go inside the Pantheon. We loved the little personal touches like when our guide Russell took photo's of us throwing coin's at the Trevi.

Back in January we took this walking tour through Rome and our guide was Colin. Colins knowledge was far greater than any other guide we had in Rome and his ability to keep the young ones involved with the group was great. I particularly liked that we took this tour on the first day we got to Rome because it helped us get a feel for the city and Colins recommendations were excellent.

Nothing short of brilliant. I was absolutely amazed by the knowledge of the guide - both with the information he had prepared but also answering my questions.

This is both a very interesting history lesson as well as a great introduction to Rome.

When I learned that the guide also does a Colosseum tour I didn't hesitate for a second, and I've now booked that as well.

Would recommend this to everybody visiting Rome.

I had an incredibly enjoyable and informative experience on this walking tour of Rome. Sharon, our guide, was not only enthusiastic but also shared in-depth and fascinating information that I would have easily missed on a self-guided tour. Her local insights made the experience unforgettable. The only minor downside was that we didn't get to enter the Pantheon, contrary to the website's suggestion. Nonetheless, I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to delve deeper into a small slice of the rich history of Rome.

Meeting point is B.S, made most tourists confusing. This kind setup after you bought the ticket. The people should be able getting in the gate. The tour guide should meet right by the gate. I called the number in my booking receipt. No answer, i kept trying they picked up spoke native language i didn’t understand. Anyway I paid tickets but i can’t use it. Total lost. it’s a scam setup. Don’t do it.

Our guide was Sarah. She was amazing! She was very thoughtful about keeping everyone together as we walked thru the very busy streets of Rome and made sure we could all hear her as well. She gave us so much information about the things we saw and kept it very interesting and exciting. I would book another tour with her in a heartbeat!

Our group of five, adults and teenagers, met Francesco on a slightly rainy evening. He was on time and very pleasant. The tour was very relaxed and informative and covered nicely the area around Trajan’s column, the adjoining market, the church and piazza of San Ignacio with its fascinating false dome, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Definitely better than just walking around on our own and easily worth the cost. He also provided us with a list of recommended bars and restaurants which led us to a great dinner in trastevere.

Excellent educational tour of this beautiful city. The tour took 2 hours and I advise taking lots of water if it is warm. Sharon was our guide, and the American lady had lots of knowledge of everything we saw, having lived in Roma since the 1980s.

Dogusio was knowledgeable and personable. He told us great “stories” of the areas we visited and helped us understand some of the history.
Would recommend for a good evening tour on your first visit.
Would’ve of liked to reach and visit the pantheon but it had closed for the day by the time we got there.

Our guide was Dan. He was awesome! Some people canceled so it was just 4 in our group. He showed us many notable sights but also pointed out the “hidden gems” which made the tour even more memorable. The guide makes the tour and Dan is a standout guide!
