The castle was great and our guide, Alberto , went out of his way to accommodate us. We loved going into the countryside to see Roma from a different aspect

A wonderful day spent wandering around these beautiful hilltop towns with their narrow streets and medieval buildings.

Our driver was prompt, patient, friendly and a very good driver! He was professional, in his dress and impeccably clean van. He even had cold water for us in both directions.

Best decision we made getting them for our short stay in Roma, we got Alberto as our guide and driver and was amazing! Highly recommend them for your stay!

What an amazing tour of Rome and the Italian countryside! Alberto was there as we disembarked the cruise ship, and we spent the day in a luxurious car touring with all the amenities touring the road to Rome! He knew every efficient way to visit the catacombs, Colosseum, Roman Form and so much more. He introduced us to Marco who was a wealth of information regarding the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and the life and history of Michelangelo’s sculpture and painting. This was the best way to tour these historic places! Excellent!

Across Rome is outstanding in every way!! Alessandro was super to communicate with via email and phone (he called us). Not only did he respond to all our requests, but he made some outstanding suggestions that we are so grateful we went along with. There were 4 of us, and Alberto was waiting for us when we disembarked from the cruise ship at 8 AM in Civitavecchia. He grabbed our heavy luggage and off we went for a fabulous day seeing the highlights of Rome in the Mercedes Sprinter!! Alberto was so fun and spoke perfect English. Both he and Marco (our Vatican guide) were so knowledgeable! Both of them took such good care of us. Lunch was delightful while Alberto guarded our luggage! At the end of our unforgettable day, seeing more than we thought possible, he helped us unload the luggage into our hotel and gave us suggestions for what to do that evening close to our hotel.

We enjoyed our full day private tour of Rome’s fantastic sights and the Vatican in a spacious and comfortable Mercedes Benz, our guide Alberto was fluent in English and knew all the spots to visit ..... he was fantastic ! When we arrived at the Vatican Marco took over and acted as our private guide ..... both Alberto and Marco were passionate and most knowledgeable about their beautiful city. If you’re planning a trip to Rome skip the tour buses and wasting your time standing in long lines .... consider this private tour ....we loved it !!

It is the second time that i use this company Across Rome and i can say Excellent Experience!!! We had such a wonderful day in Rome with our driver Mauricio He was Very Knowledgeable, professional and polite. He told us about famous places and the history behind it We saw almost everything that we wanted... He also recommended a small and family restaurant which was delicious..manager by two nice and funny brothers Dino and Tony!!! We spent the afternoon touring the Vatican with Massimo as our guide . He was prompt, knowledgeable,and very professional. So glad we booked a private tour.

The Best way to see Rome! We were a group of 7 people we asked for a comfortable car and they reserved us a nice and clean Mercedes Sprinter!!! We had a great day in Rome. Maurizio the driver was so fun and pleasant and our personal Vatican guide, Sakaida was so knowledgeable and passionate about history and art. Enjoyed both of them very much. We saw everything we wanted in a day and didn't feel rushed. Highly recommend!

Alberto meet us at Civitavecchia port just in front of the ship and shared interesting History on the drive to Rome .He took us everywhere we wanted to go and more .We had a tour guide for the Vatican named Marco who also Fantastic. We spent a perfect day with Mauricio and vatican guide Marco. They are really professional, enthusiastic and always tried to customize the tour for us. We stopped also in an really good italian restaurant for lunch. They are the best, I would highly recommend them for everybody, who would like to visit the main sights and the real Rome.
