Thank you for your amazing service. Our trip was successful because you provided a reliable and excellent transportation. Special thanks goes to Orlando, our driver x4 days. He was authentic, kind and so patient with us. He was always on time, professional, warm, and went above and beyond to help us. We didn’t have to lift our fingers as he loaded all of our luggages and strollers. He drove safe and got us to destination on time. Making a reservation was super easy, they were quick to respond and very thorough with instruction (where to meet, what time, what to look out for, etc). The company vehicle was spacious, accommodated all 8 passengers with luggages (nearly 8 luggages plus a double stroller).

Once again, my choice of chauffeur service was Rome Chauffeur. To my delight, I got the same driver I had in December from Hotel de la Ville to Fiumicino airport. This trip it was for a transfer from Civitavecchia to Rome, Lazio. It was wonderful to get our luggage, find a porter, and see the sign with our name on it, directly in front of the door through which we exited. We booked a Mercedes van due to the amount of luggage (we had crossed the ocean from Miami to Rome, 18 days, on Oceania Marina), and the luggage was quickly put into the van; we were in our seats and on our way into Roma. Our driver was, as always, courteous, professional, and a great, safe driver. We reached our destination Rocco Forte de la Ville quickly and our driver explained the sites to my girlfriend whom I invited to accompany me on the cruise. This was my fourth time in three months using Rome Chauffeur. I will ALWAYS use Rome Chauffeur for my travels to and from Rome. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company, and in today’s world, this is an extraordinary company with fabulous customer service.

We used Rome-Chauffers 3 times in our most recent trip, going to/from Civitavecchia cruise port and to FCO airport. All rides were great. The costs (for 6) were as acknowledged in the confirmation letters (paid at the end), except for the trip to FCO. In this trip, due to unforeseen circumstance one couple had to drop out. The driver graciously adjusted the cost down on his own since there were only 4 of us.

Terrifically simple, comfortable journey. We used Rome Chauffeur on three occasions over a two week period and the driver was always very visible, very friendly, drove as if on a cloud and with the cleanest cars we have seen. Really impressed and good prices to boot

Rome Chauffeur we’re extremely flexible and helpful when I had questions or needed to amend a pick-up time.
The driver arrived on time and was really helpful and friendly, he even pointed out some historical sights during our transfer from ship to hotel.
The vehicles were immaculate, very comfortable and our driver even offered us a drink of water.
An extremely reliable company that I will be booking again next year for our transfer from the airport in Rome. Thank you!

Our driver was very professional and knowledgeable about Rome! He was on time picking us up from the Civitavecchia Port next to our ship. The car was very clean and he was a great driver through the crazy streets of Rome. He even made a pit-stop to show us one of his favorite viewpoints in Rome. He pointed out lots of sights and gave us helpful information along the way. I would highly recommend booking this transfer!

It was a joy to see our driver waiting at the foot of the gangplank as we walked off the ship. He was a very pleasant and helpful fellow and led us to his beautiful, clean, and quiet vehicle.
