I was hopeful based on reviews that Rome Cabs would work well for us. Our driver picked us up at the Citavecchia port right on time. He was personable and most importantly, spoke good English. We had a smooth and fast transfer to our hotel in Fiumincino. I highly recommend this service.

We used Stefano’s Romecabs for our pickup at airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, and cruise port back to airport. Absolutely perfect experience at every aspect. Prompt pickup, great help with luggage, and the drivers went out of the way to make our ride perfect. They even stopped a couple times for some pictures on the way. We would recommend 100% Great communication that makes you feel reassured that your driver will be there when promised.

We chose Rome Cabs for our trips from FCO to Rome Hotel, Cruise Port to Hotel and Hotel to FCO on our return flight back to NY. All three transfers were excellent and the drivers were the best, punctual, polite, friendly, professional and spoke English. We were also able to pre-pay our transfer fees in advance from NY to avoid taking more Euros that necessary. The next time we travel to Italy, we will definitely be using Rome cabs again.

Stefano Rome Cabs and especially our driver, Radu were outstanding. Radu was on time to pick us for our private tour of Pompeii and Amalfi coast. He was not only an expert driver in the rainy conditions but also kept us engaged and entertained with interesting facts about Italy and Italian way of life. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and also Radu's company. We will definitely use Rome Cabs in the future and request Radu as our driver.

Advance communications & coordination were timely & comprehensive. Even our request about 10 days prior to pick up for a larger vehicle due to the greater than anticipated luggage volume was efficiently handled. Our driver was punctual, professional, courteous & convenient. Driver met us at door of cruise terminal and was parked only 50 yards away. He drove well & safely deposited us at the front door of our hotel. It was a seamless, painless process for which we are grateful. We highly recommend Rome Cabs.

We have used Stefano's Romecabs in the past so when we needed a ride from Rome to Assisi, they were our first choice. Danielle picked us up at our hotel in Rome and dropped us off at our hotel in Assisi. She was on time, helpful, and a great driver. We talked the entire ride which flew by in a flash. As usual, I left the planning late and by the time I reached out to Stefano's Rome Cabs for an airport transfer they were fully booked. The reason I am writing this review is to commend them on the nicest rejection email I have ever received. It was prompt, polite and really helpful. They gave me the name of an alternate company and I was able to book through them. I have nothing but positive impressions of Stefano's Rome Cabs.

Driver arrived early and was very courteous and helpful. Van was new and clean. Only recommend this service if you were staying in Rome and then headed to the port to board a cruise

Our group was 4 senior adults. Two of us had been to Rome before, and this was a first visit for the other 2. One person had limited mobility. Our driver, Leonardo, was very understanding and accommodating to our needs and what we wanted to see. He always parked so there was the least amount of walking. The driver met us on time in our hotel lobby. His Mercedes mini-van was clean, AC worked great, gave us bottles of water, and he was a safe driver. Our Panoramic Rome Tour was 8 hours. We chose not to tour inside the Colosseum or Vatican, but to view it only. We stopped many times for pictures and to view or to walk to the sites. Leonardo was a wealth of knowledge. He had a plan, but was very flexible if there was anything extra we wanted to see or not to see. Excellent tour and excellent guide! For lunch he gave us options, but we chose to go to a small authentic Italian restaurant! Good choice! It was a long day, but we all felt we saw a lot of Rome and had a good understanding of its history.
