I was in Rome with a friend and we were given grat and a very pleasant service by Alessia :) Everything was smooth and fast! Definitely recomend.

This tour was AMAZING!! They picked us up from our cruise ship and off we went! We are a family of four, and we were with two other couples. Our vehicle was a brand new Mercedes Benz van, which was very comfortable. Our driver, Laura, was incredible. We saw the Pantheon, the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and the Vatican/Sistine Chapel. At the Vatican, we met up with another tour of 8 and had another guide that took us through the Vatican. Isabella's English was terrific and she was very informative. This tour is incredible if you only have one day to see the highlights of Rome!

They were there to pick us up as soon as we got off the cruise ship. We had a group of 6 with a driver. He showed us all the highlights allowing us to get out for short periods. He was able to take us in the back streets as the vehicle was a van. Then when we went to the Vatican we got a private tour guide that was very good. You will not find any better value.

This Tour was amazing! My family and I were on a cruise that docked in livorno. Italytours.eu picked us up and dropped us off at the ship on time. The Van held 8 passengers comfortably. Driver was knowledgeable about the area and all the sites we visited. Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and then dropped us off at the Vatican museum to meet our expert guide. Before the Vatican the driver dropped us off for lunch and recommended a couple of places to eat. The place we chose was amazing Just a Note to fellow cruisers: We visited more sites and were back on our ship before the Cruise designated excursion. We also saved a lot of money! Perfect trip if you don’t want to waste any time. We were here for 2 days. Instructions are simple. Meeting point is easy. Tomasso our guide was perfect. I could write a really long boring review but trust me. Book with these guys, you see everything, you don’t queue for anything, and you get the info you need. We arrived in Civitavecchia on an Azamara cruise. The excursion, booked through VacationsToGo.com added a full day pick up for 4 of us in a nice Mercedes van, and a fabulous guided tour through all the major sights of Rome via our driver and guide, Claudio. It was an excellent day and Claudio did a great job. Highly recommended.

We did a walking tour with Simone Lanna to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and it was fabulous! Our guide was not only knowledgeable about the sites, history and culture, but he also had so much interesting information about the city and its people's background information! Almost like an episode of "Insider" from TV! Simone (a guy) was witty and friendly and we enjoyed the tour immensely with him! I totally recommend the tour and Simone. Marta knows her stuff and was a great guide through the less super touristy parts of Rome. It’s a great way to know more about the city and the history.

Worth every penny! A private tour is the ONLY way to visit and tour The Vatican. Don’t waste valuable vacation time with the horrible lines and instead, invest in a private tour to make the most of your visit.

Dani from Best of Rome Tours arranged such a great day in Rome! Our driver picked us up at the Marriott and was so friendly. He shared some information with us about additional things we could do and see while in Italy and Greece. He mentioned a wine tour in Tuscany that we will have to come back to do. We met Guilia at the Coliseum. She was the best tour guide! She shared her very knowledgeable background of all the sites with us while making it a pleasant, enjoyable experience. She recommended a great place for lunch and the best gelato shop! We loved our walk through the sites of Rome while having an expert to share all of the history. Our Vatican tour was amazing! In Rome, we used Italytours.eu and had them pick us up in a small van as we exited the ship saving us time from using the shuttle bus to the main bus staging area. Our driver Alexander was excellent in navigating the torturous streets and traffic, and managed to get us close to all sites. He provide commentary while driving and found us a nice quiet spot for us to have a reasonable lunch and do some additional sightseeing. We had skip the line tickets for the Coliseum and the Vatican, where we had an expert guide, Isabelle, who knew about all the works of art, even what the painter was thinking at the time. We got to see all the major sights, with inside visits to the Coliseum and Vatican and even had a leisurely lunch.

Going through the Vatican with Paola was very worthwhile. I learned so much more than when I had gone by myself many years ago. Paola knew the history and fun facts that she shared and knew how to maneuver the crowds. Organizing the tour with this company was also very easy!!

Our guide Maria-Teresa was great! She regaled us with many interesting facts and stories that made the coliseum and its history come alive, Our tour of the Vatican was tailored to meet the wishes of our group. We arrived on a cruise ship and our driver was waiting exactly where and when we had planned. Great communication back and forth about getting tickets ahead so we never wasted any time waiting on lines. It was a wonderful tour, exactly as advertised!

Absolutely fantastic Lara was an informative and fun guide. A lot of walking quite hard work for people of advancing years but so worth it. A lot of steps at Villa D'este but wouldn't have missed it.
