I went to Rome with my wife, mother, & friend. We decided that we had to get a guide for the Coloseum and the Vatican the next day. Donatella Mauceri was so wonderful and made the experience at the Coloseum so fun and informative, that we had to have her take us to the Vatican the next day. This was equally enjoyable. I would reccomend Donnatella and Eternity tours with absolute comfort.

The tour was amazing. So informative and accommodating. Our guide was perfect! I twisted my knee before the tour and she was very patient and assisted me if needed. I can’t say enough nice things about this tour. Definitely don’t miss it and book with this company!

Thomas was an amazing guide. He was fun and extremely knowledgeable as an art historian and someone who studies architecture. The tour takes you through the museum first, then the Sistine Chapel and ends with St. Peters. There is so much to see that having a guide who can get you through everything and explain the history is really important to get the full effect. Also, by the time we left the line to get into the Vatican was about 1/2 mile long and this was in November - the slower season. Don't just show up to get tickets. It is worth the time and money to book a tour and get in early. Through Eternity Tours was easy to book and Thomas was a phenomenal guide. I don't hesitate to recommend the company for any of their tours.

We were very lucky in our booking with Through Eternity Tours - up to 12 people could have been on the tour, but it was just 3 of us and the tour guide. Basically we got a private tour and it was phenomenal. Our guide Marina was incredibly knowledgeable and had really interesting stories to tell about the buildings and surrounding area. It was a bit crowded, but nothing like in the summer months. We had lots of time to stop and listen and walk at a pace that didn't feel rushed. We can't say anything but praise for Through Eternity Tours and our guide Marina. Having a tour guide makes the history come alive and you learn so much more. Do not hesitate to book with this company.

Federico was a wonderful guide. Even our teenagers were interested in the Vatican tour. He did a great job explaining the different styles (Renaissance vs. Baroque) and keeping us entertained with tidbits about Michelangelo. I couldn't always hear everything (the microphones could be better) - but our guide was happy to repeat.

This tour is fantastic. Our guide, Guia, was very experienced, knowledgeable and lots of fun to be with. The tour was absolutely worth the cost. We will take many more tours with this company. Highly recommend.

Very detailed and informative tour....without it the ruins are a jumble of old rocks. Really brought ancient Rome to life and gave me a deeper understanding of the history here.
