My family and I really wanted to try a pasta making class during our short trip to Rome. Mersad and Francesca were excellent teachers who took special time to give my 9 year old and 7 year old some one on one tips. This will be one of the highlights of our trip!

I took this cooking class with my mom and my 18 year old. The class was really fun. Mersad taught the class with wit and charm. The format makes the class easy to follow and gives you enough time to try on your own. My teenager had a blast and enjoyed all the dishes. On arrival, everyone sits at a big table with all participants. They serve your first drink (they include 2 in the package). It comes with wine, prosecco, beer, or soda. Tap water is unlimited. They added some potato chips with parmesan and pepper. The first part is how to make a tiramisu. They explain, have some people participate and then everyone assembles their own tiramisu. Then back to the table, they serve some bruschetta. The next part is how to make egg based pasta. Throughout the whole experience, the instructor walks around helping people, making observations, providing tips and of course teasing some participants. In whole the class is as informative as entertainment. Would recommend it to families.

Mersa an incredible chef and host of cooking class. Made class very fun yet informational. Kids around with participants to make things funny yet you learn a ton.

We chose this class because it offered the opportunity to make both fettuccine and ravioli as well as Tiramisu. Mersad was a knowledgeable and fun instructor. Our entire family enjoyed this experience. Highly recommend!

Alessandra was a delight! Her English is excellent and the instructions were very easy to follow, plus she gave us a lot of tips, no doubt from plenty of experience! The appetizers and drinks were delicious and the Carbonara was the best I've ever had. . Brava Alessandra, and thank you for a lovely evening!

The class was super fun and informative! Alessandra was the best. We started with a drink and was able to learn as we went. It was also super close to the Vatican so a nice fun activity after the touristy stuff.
