To whomever reads this: Avoid Talixo. They are NOT as reliable as they claim on their website, and there are better AND cheaper alternatives. I ordered a "Business Van" to pick us up at the airport at 22:00, because we were 5 people and arriving late in the evening. They claim to also monitor your flight, etc. so it all seemed like a safe option. What really happened: We arrived 30 minutes (21:00) earlier and went straight to the NCC meeting point. At 23:43 I got an SMS saying the driver was there - but there was no driver in sight. I called the driver but nobody answered. We waiting until 22:10 where I contacted the Taxilo support via. chat. They said they would contact the driver and 10 minutes later I suddenly got a text on WhatsApp (What??) saying his car broke down and he was sending another driver. That guy came up 5 minutes later, where we had to walk 500-600m to a garage with a beaten up Mercedes. The bill: 140€ Now to the alternatives: 1) Stand in line and take a regular taxi. 2) Just use Uber. They are reliable and the price is 98€ for the same trip with door-to-door service! I will never use this service again, and I hope this review will lead others to look for alternatives. They look good on the web, but their service is not worth the pain.

Never showed up to pick us up. Called multiple times and they hung up on us saying your driver is parking the car. Would not answer the phone again. Waited over 2 hours, would not answer our call. After 2 hours they called us to say that they were charging us for the drive because we no-showed the driver. Ridiculous. They had our number to give the driver. Ruined our entire day in Rome. Had to pay $200 for an Uber. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
