I’m so happy we booked our Tour of Rome with Rome city tours. Our tour guide Francesco was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, warm and friendly! We got to see so much more than we thought and had some amazing gelato too! From the moment the tour started until the end we knew that our guide, Francesco loved his city knew so much about it, and was excited to share it with us! We learned so much about Ancient Rome, Italian history and also things that are currently going on in the city! I highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Rome!

We did a day tour to Pompeii and Herculaneum from Rome. Our guide Lello was animated, knowledgeable and lovely. He brought the two cities to life for us. We have teenagers and he pitched his commentary to suit my husband and myself, as well as the kids. It was a big day, more than 12 hours and it was expensive but absolutely worth it and I would do it again. We got so much out of it. The knowledge I now have about both places will stay with me forever. Wonderful memories. We also had lunch at a winery above Naples. At Cantina del Vesuvio. The view, the food, the wine, was perfect. The sun shone for us all day too. Excellente!

the most important thing about booking with this company is that they are legit. I was very concerned, since i saw the line and it was hundreds of people long. I found this company online, purchased my tickets. Then i contacted them via the whatsapp link, and they sent them to me within the time period requested. A real person!!! Highly recommend, mostly because you can trust them.

Our day in Rome was made very special by having a private tour with guide from "Rome in a Day". Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us an incredible "once in a lifetime" experience.

Sara was awesome! She was punctual, prepared, interesting, engaging, relatable, and fun! We have 3 girls ages 18-12 and all of them enjoyed the day and learning so many interesting facts. The day was well worth it! Back home, all three kids said it was a highlight of the trip! Sara was very family-friendly and went out of her way to engage each kid.

Our experience was great and we learned a lot from our guide. she was so passionate and could tell she loves her job. We didn’t have to wait in the lines as promised. The tour last closer to 3 hours by the time we were finished. Would recommend. it was very well organized.

We did a two-day tour with tommaso he couldn't have been any more knowledgeable and we had the best time ever and he took us for the best gelato after seeing all the beautiful sights we would highly recommend anyone going to Rome to take the tour we hope one day to see tommaso again

Our family of 6 was very happy and satisfied with the private tours provided by our guides Massimilliano and Christina. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was a lot of walking involved but overall a very good and enjoyable experience. There os no private transportation included so you have to know your way and get to the meeting place. From there, the guide will be leading the tour around.

Romina was our guide for the day and was extremely knowledgeable. She made the hole experience one which we will never forget. Our 15 year old grand daughter was amazed by the sites and explanation given by Romina as were we. The tour agency was very good at followup to make sure all went as planed

Our guide, Claudia, was amazing. She went at the pace we requested, was a wealth of knowledge and you could see her love for her city during the guide. My mother was with us and she has some mobility issues and Claudia was very sensitive to her mobility issues. The experience we had from the drivers waiting for us, driving us to our guide, the tour itself and the drive back were all top notch! I cannot recommend Rome City Tours enough!!
