Luca our guide was exceptional! He was engaging, friendly and a wonderful guide. Above all he took very good care of the group. It was a blisteringly, hot day so he took us at a very gentle pace around Trastevere and pointed out every public water fountain we passed (of which there were many), encouraging us all to fill up our water bottles and splash water on ourselves to cool down. The tour is very good and the food we tried on the stops was wonderful, literally the best pizza I have ever had! Luca introduced us to suppli and we ordered it for the rest of our stay in Rome. Thank you Luca for making the tour so memorable.

Fantastic way to explore Trastevere and experience different food. Francesca was knowledgeable of the area and friendly answering all our questions & making a really interesting tour. Kids and adults all loved it

Christian was a great guide and it was lovely to see more of the city from a locals perspective. The market was busy and bustling with life, and Christian had so much to tell us. We tried a lot of the local foods and learnt the stories behind them, all very tasty and fresh. you wouldn’t believe how many types of cheeses there are and how cheap the wine is. We would recommend, the tour ended at the vatican square too so a great place to get photos and carry on your adventures.

Excellent guide and very good tour. We tasted excellent local good and wine. I recommand a 100%, it is a new way to visit Roma !!

Bruno did a wonderful job showing us the local markets, tasting wine and sampling local food - it was so good - even with our 9 y/o who Bruno included in all facets of the tour - best your round and Bruno even picked up a few groceries himself as we moved through the market - just adding to the authenticity of this great tour!! We’ve eaten in alot of restaurants in Europe - the pizza offered on this your was the best!! Highly recommend it!!

The tour was amazing! I had big exceptions but it was even much better than what I imagined. Bruno, our guide, showed us the most local places. The tasting was the best and it was very generous. Would recommend to anyone who'd want to have a good time in Rome !!

The tour was the perfect spot to get local delicacies at an inexpensive cost! We took the subway to the Cipro station to meet up with our guide. We were given the inside scoop on the culture and foods that make Rome so unique while touring a small part of the city on foot. We loved our tour guide, he spoke English well, and answered all of our questions. Bring some cash to buy extras as you stroll through the market! They had fresh seafood, meats, cheeses, wine, pizza, baked goods, pasta, and fruits/veggies. After the market, we walked to a local bakery and coffee shop and tasted some baked goods and espresso. We actually ended up going back to the market the next day to purchase more goodies. Come hungry, because we were stuffed by the end! Would definitely recommend!!

Really authentic, not popular or touristic places but very nice food, we learned more about Italian tipically food and where found it

This tour was a very nice experience. Worth the time and the money. Our guide Bruno, was very good at English, told the history of the area while walking around. We tasted a lot of nice food a wine (you are not hungry for lunch afterwards😊). We would love to do it again’
